Sky was working on some paperwork when Halie and Landon came into his office. Sky looked up.

"Oh, hey—"

"I want Master Seto Azdel," Halie said crossing her arms. Sky leans back in his chair.

"And may I ask why?" Sky asks.

"Let me rephrase that, Master Azdel is under arrest and you better bring him to us," Halie demanded. Sky sighs, he stands up.

"You do not come here and demand anything of me first of all. And you know how the legal system works, Miss Halie. So you—" Halie pulled out two pieces of paper and slams them on the desk.

"I have a warrant for his arrest and if I do not see him soon, I'll have you court-martial for espionage and willfully disobedience of your superior," Halie said. Sky looks at her and at the papers. He picks them up and looks over them. He looks at her.

"I must ask, who is my superior? Because you are talking about the military law, and royal families have no jurisdiction in military laws." He said. Landon takes one of the papers from him.

"You do realize that the current military laws only state that royal families cannot be involved in accusations against military officers, not the Magic Council," Landon said. Sky looks at Landon. "So you better give us Seto, Commander, or you will take his place." Sky looks at the paper, the paper is the warrant for Seto.

"Military law was put in place to protect the recruits and officers. And since you are accusing me, how are you gonna get me to be found guilty when you have no evidence against me?" Sky asks. Halie smiles a little.

"Magic can make anything believable. So what will it be, Commander Skylen, his life or yours?"

Seto was pulled into Ty's room at the Kingdom. Ty was sitting on the bed and Rosani beside Seto. Seto looks at Ty.

"Okay, what's going on?" Seto asks.

"Are you sure you told me everything that happened before you disappeared?" Rosani asks him. Seto looks at Rosani.

"What do you—"

"Tobias already knows who you are, Harvey. Did you tell me everything that happened on the day you saved my brother from Tristan?" Rosani asks. Seto nods.

"Of course I did," Seto said. Seto looks at Ty. "Did you remember something and it has to do with me?" Ty nods.

"You took my memories—"

"No, I didn't. Tristan did." Seto said stepping towards Ty. "I would remember if I took your memories, Ty."

"Your eyes were orange and you took them," Ty said. Seto looks away, not answering. Rosani comes up beside Seto, she touches his hand.

"We aren't mad, but please restore his memories," Rosani said. Seto looks at Ty.

"I-I can't," Seto said.

"Why?" Ty asks. Seto looked away, thinking. He could feel panic starting to rise in his chest. He didn't know what to do or think. He was confused and yet he knew what was going on. It was freaking him out.

"If I took your memories while my eyes were orange or yellow, it wasn't mean. At least not the good side of me. It was the person my father turned me into that took them and I don't want to turn into him in order to restore your memories. And not only that, I-I don't know what spell I used." Seto said sort of rushed. Rosani gently grabbed his arm. She turned him towards her and grabbed his other arm.

"Calm down, Harvey. Relax. It wasn't your fault, we know that. But you got to remember what happened, what spell you used. We have to restore his memories." Rosani said. Seto looked at her.

"I know. I know." Seto said. He looks at Ty "But I...I can't remember. If I use the wrong spell on you, it would do more damage than good." Ty stood up.

"It has to be a dark arts spell. How many memory wiping dark arts spells are there?" Ty asks. Seto thought for a few moments.

"A few but...that's too many risks," Seto said. Ty shook his head.

"No. No. You aren't getting it. Seto, since you used that spell over 200 years ago, look for the dark arts spells that were created 200 years ago. It has to be there." Ty said. Seto looks at Ty.

"My spellbook! It has to be in there. It's back to the base." Seto said.

"Go get it," Rosani said. Seto leaves the room. Rosani looks at Ty. Ty looks at her too. "What?"

"I don't approve," Ty said.

"Of what?"

"Whatever you and Seto have going on," Ty said. Rosani turns towards him, putting her hands on her hips.

"Okay, you don't have a right to tell me who I love and don't love," Rosani said. Ty smiled a little.

"As your older brother, I think I do. And you are forgetting something, Seto's one of my closest friends." Ty said. She shrugs her shoulders.

"Hey, you were okay with Harvey dating Wendy. Wendy was one of my closest friends and you were friends with Harvey. So don't go using the I can't date my brother's best friend. Because Tobias, your friends are really cute. Especially Harvey, Mitch, Adam, Jason—"

"Whoa! No!" Ty shouted. "Stop! You can't date my friends, that's just wrong."

"Why are you against this now? You had plenty of options back 200 years ago and yet you decided to have a crush on Wendy." Rosani said. Ty looks at her.

"Okay, who is Wendy?" Ty asks. Rosani loses her smile.

"An old friend, um...don't mention her in front of Harvey," Rosani said.

"Why?"

"Just don't!" Rosani shouted suddenly. Ty flinched. She calmed down. "Sorry, I just don't want him to get hurt. He's been through too much to deserve any more pain."

"Why are you after Seto? What is he accused of?" Sky asks.

"You don't know who he really is, who he tries to hide to be. Harvey Magi." She said. Sky's eyes widen a little.

"That's impossible. The Magi Family died out two centuries ago." Sky said. Halie lifts up one of her eyebrows at him.

"Two centuries huh? Maybe you do know his little secret. Of course he would, your his friend and Commander—"

"It's called reading a damn book, Halie. And what evidence can you hold against Seto for this?" Sky asks. Halie pulls out a book, holding it loosely in her hands.

"I have his spellbook. With the name printed on it as Harvey Magi that was found in Seto's possession. This book is full of dark magic, even if I can't prove he's Harvey, which I can, having this book on him is against the law." Halie snapped. Sky shook his head.

"You don't get it, do you? He—"

"What's going on?" A voice asks. Sky looks past Halie, seeing Seto. Halie turns to him.

"Oh, speak of the devil. You get to keep your reputation, Commander. We found our prize—"

"What?" Seto asks seeing the guards from the Council start to move towards him.

"Run, Seto!" Sky shouted. Seto instantly ran out of the door, dodging a magic attack.

"Running will only make it worse." Halie said. She snaps her fingers, the guards go after Seto. Halie looks at Landon. Halie than leaves. Landon looks at Sky, Sky meets his eyes. Landon's eyes start to glow.

"So, how much do you know?" Landon asks. Sky's eyes narrow at Landon.

"Like I'll talk." Sky said. Sky grabs his sword handle. "And if you don't leave my base in the next five seconds, I'll have to force you out." Landon smiles a little.

"I don't doubt you, Commander. The Council is very much aware of your capabilities against mages. While I'm impressed, you are still just a mortal man." Landon said.

"And you're a witch who need to get his ass out of my sight before I kick him out myself." Sky snapped. Landon rolled his eyes.

"It's funny you think that is how this will go." Landon said.
