Well...most of you know how my action scenes are written. I spend a lot of time on them to at least make them good. After all, action scenes are my favorite to write. So enjoy!

As soon as Seto got outside, he took off into the air. But a magic council guard appeared a few feet above him, his eyes widen, the guard smirked at him before Seto got whacked, crashing straight back down into the dirt, a dust cloud flying into the air when he hit the ground. Seto gritted his teeth.

"Seto!" He heard a recruit yell. Seto looked up, the guard coming down towards him with a spear. Seto gets his feet under him, jumping back making the guard miss but land on their feet. Seto flicked his wrist towards the guard, the guard put their forearm out in front of them, a shield forming making Seto's spell hit it. Seto tries to hit them again, but the shield took it. Seto wanted to take this fight out of the base, he didn't want to hurt a recruit since magic battles are unpredictable. Seto flicked his wrist again towards the guard, but just as his shield took it, Seto swiped his hand to the left, the spell went around the guard and struck them in the side making the guard fly to the right and hit a wall.

Seto flinched when an explosion took the Meeting Hall, it bursted in a fiery explosion on one side. He looked at it, like many others, the building starting to be eaten up by flames. Seto's eyes widen. 'Oh no.' Seto thought. Cassandra pushes through recruits, her eyes glowing as the wind started to pick up. Seto felt a hand grab his shoulder, pushing him backward, his eyes meeting with Halie's. Seto broke her hold as he fell on his back, his foot dug into her stomach, he kicked up making her flip over him and fall on her back. They both got up to their feet, Halie puts her hands on her hips.

"I'll admit, when I heard of who you are, I wasn't the least bit surprised," Halie said.

"Oh, did I not earn your trust? Too bad but I wasn't aiming for that or else I would have tried." Seto snapped. Halie shakes her head.

"You have no records of even going to a Master or an academy to learn your magic and yet you are this strong." She said. Both of their eyes glowed, their hands glowing an aura around them.

"I don't need a Master or a school to learn how to perform spells," Seto said.

"That's because you are a Dark Mage," Halie said before she fired a spell at him. Seto dodged it.

"Get out of this base," Seto growled.

"Make me," Halie said. Seto's eyes changed from dark purple to getting hints of an orange color as his eyes narrowed at her. Cassandra looks at Seto, seeing the change in his magic color. Her eyes widen. 'Oh no, he needs to calm down!' She thought.

"Cassandra!" Jason said as he pushed her down, he took a hit, recruits catching him. She sits up, Landon comes flying out straight towards her. Cassandra looks at him, she plants her hands on the ground, she pushed up, kick to the left, gravity seeming to push Landon to the left and crash into the ground. She stood up, she looked at Jason.

"Jason--"

"I'm fine," Jason said getting up. Sky jumped out from the hole in the wall, he stumbled a little, coughing, parts of him covered with black smudges. The smoke from the fire took over the sky, Landon got back up, he coughs a few times too. Recruits went over to help Sky, Landon attacking Cassandra. Jason grabbed her arm, pulling her back when he saw her focus on Sky instead of Landon. 'The smoke from the fire must have messed Sky and Landon both up.' Jason thought.

Cassandra took a step back, she motioned with her hands towards him making him go flying backward. Landon got up, he attacked Jason. Jason dodged his attack just barely. He stepped back, about to hit him but Landon snuck in a spell, it hit him knocking him back. Cassandra got up, going between Jason and Landon.

Seto got stopped as the ground under his feet suddenly shot up, he felt something go around his ankle, the ground shot him high into the sky, he would have flown when the ground receded back, but the thing around his ankle yanked on him. It made him crash into the ground. Halie smiled, a guard holding a white wire that was attached to Seto's ankle.

"Pull him over here," Halie said. Seto got up on his hands and knees, his mind a bit scrambled from that landing. A recruit pulled out their sword, an arrow from a recruit flew at the magic guard, the recruit cut the wire from Seto's ankle as the arrow hit the guard. The guard cried out, grabbing their arm where the arrow hit. Halie groaned, irritated. Hands grabbed Seto, Seto was pushed up on his knees.

"Seto." A voice said. Seto opened his eyes.

"Brice," Seto said pushing him off, falling backward. "What are you doing here?" Brice looked at Seto and then at Halie.

"Helping you--"

"Helping me?" Seto questioned. Brice looked at Seto. Seto gets up, stumbling a little. "It's because of you this is happening."

"I know, but--"

"You couldn't let me explain, you just had to stab me in the back without even giving me a chance to tell my side of the story." Seto snapped.

"You're Vincent's son--"

"He forced me! My whole family turned against me and corrupted me! Brice! I would never do dark magic willingly." Seto said. Brice's eyes soften. Seto grits his teeth, Brice's eyes widen seeing Seto's eye color changes to an orange color. "But now, I'm happy they did." Seto's eyes glowed orange, his hands emitting an orange aura. The tattoos under his sleeves, and on his chest begun to glow a faint red and grew brighter. Brice shakes his head.

"No, don't! They want this! They will do anything to make you look like the bad guy!" Brice shouted. Seto flicked his wrist towards Brice, Brice went flying backward and crashed into the ground. Halie smiled.

"Contain him now!" She ordered. Seto's hands clenched into fists, he could see magic guards appearing around him, a bounty line beginning to form around him. Seto took a step towards them, he took off, flying over them. Halie and they took off after him. Landon took off to. Cassandra watched.

"No, no, Seto!" She shouted. Jason grabbed her, stopping her.

"No, Cassandra, don't," Jason said. Jason looked over at Sky. "They're heading straight for Alamut City, Sky. Follow?" Sky shook his head.

"We wouldn't make it there in time to help anyway. Alamut has magic users in it, it will be fine." Sky said before he started coughing again. Cassandra looked at him.

"Let me clear your lungs of debris and smoke at least." She said.

"Notify Ty and Princess Rosani immediately." Sky said.

Seto got hit as he flew over the city, he lost his balance, causing him to land in a courtyard. He stumbled a bit as he landed on his feet, but seeing guards in his path, he mumbled under his breath, the guards flying backward. Halie jumped on his back as he tried to take off. Seto fell forward, Halie thrown off his back but rolled on the ground, landing her feet and she got to her feet. She immediately blocked a spell from him.

"Bounty!" Halie shouted. The guards from not only the council but also the city came over. They drew a bounty line, trapping Seto in a tight triangle shape. Seto chuckled.

"That's cute," Seto said in a much darker voice than normal. Seto touched the bounty wall, the wall turning black and shattering into pieces. Halie's eyes widen, a rock wall shot up in front of Seto, Seto broke the other bounties, Landon flew in, he puts his feet on the rock wall, pushing off it changing directions and grabbed Seto.

Seto broke his grip, stumbling back. Landon swiped a weapon at him, Seto dodged it, but the weapon cut him. Landon attacked again, but he hits a wall making him stumble back and hit the rock wall. A ball of orange plasma forms floating over Seto's hand, he was about to fire it when a hand grabbed his arm, pushing his arm up towards the sky. Seto looked at the owner. "Captain Derek." He gives Seto a small smile. He waves his hand in front of Seto's face, Seto felt something hit him in the back of the head knocking him out cold.
