Adam woke up feeling better, he moved to his side, he felt stronger then what he has in the past few days. He sat up slowly, he looks at Seto's bed, expecting for him to be there, but he isn't. He slips on his sneakers and grabs his jacket, amulet, and sunglasses, he puts on his sunglasses, feeling his achey eyes dull in pain slowly. He leaves the infirmary, almost bumping into Statilia.

"Sky!" She said in surprise. She takes a step back.

"Oh, hey. Where is everyone?" Sky asks.

"I was just about to come wake you up. They are in the great hall, come on. I bet you're hungry after everything that has happened." She said. Sky follows her down the hall. Sky slips on his jacket, his eyes looking around.

"So, the only reason you joined the Sky Army was for Ty, right?" Sky asks. Statilia looks behind her and stops. She turns towards him.

"Commander....my mission was to get you but after I found out about Tobias being there I...but yeah. Sorry I can't be a recruit, I mean, the base is a cool place but it isn't where I should be." Statilia said. Sky nods, not looking at her.

"I get it. You could have just told me, you didn't have to become a recruit." Sky said.

"I was going off the rumors I heard about you and thought you would be easier on me if I was one. But meeting you I...those rumors aren't true. And I won't be going back to the base at all, sorry but I'm needed here." Statilia said. Sky nods.

"It's fine, Statilia." Sky said. Statilia lifted her hand up a little to touch his hand but stops herself.

"We can still be friends, I liked hanging out with you and the trip to Verane..well before the whole stomach cutting open thing," Statilia said. Sky smiles a little, his eyes flicker to hers.

"You aren't so bad yourself. A little overprotective, but ain't that bad. And yeah, I would like being friends." Sky said. Statilia smiled, they both go into the great hall. Sky looks around seeing loads of people eating, some sitting on the floor and some standing. Kids playing and they all look weary. Sky looks over at the back of the room seeing his friends and the princess. Statilia follows his eyes.

"Are you hungry?" She asks. Adam shakes his head.

"No. I'm fine. I'm gonna go talk to Ty." Sky said. She nods before he walks away. Sky looked at him seeing she is talking to other people, his expression dims down. He looks ahead, staring at the floor. 'Why did I...stupid..like usual...' He thought to himself.  Sky walks up beside Jason, Asthie is hugging his leg, laughing. Sky smiles and looks at Jason.

"I think you have something on your leg." Sky said. Jason turns around.

"Sky! You're awake, and yeah, I do. She's been clinging to me. But how are you feeling? Any better?" He asks.

"I feel okay," Sky said. Ty goes past Jason and suddenly hugs Sky. Sky takes a step back.

"Don't do that to me, I thought you were gonna die," Ty said. Ty lets go of him. Sky looks around.

"Sorry..but, this is where you grew up, it's nice." Sky said. Princess Rosani comes beside Sky.

"It will look nicer once we finish restoring it." She said.

"We?" Sky asks. Jason picks Asthie off his leg and dumps her onto Ty.

"Ty and Princess Rosani are gonna restore the Kingdom. Than Ty will be taking the throne." Jason said. Sky looks at Ty, Ty puts Asthie down on her feet, she runs over to Seto, clinging to his leg. Seto tenses up and looks down.

"Ashhhh! I told you to get Jason." Sky heard Seto complain making everyone else laugh. Sky looks at Ty.

"So King Ty or...King Tobias rather. Now that is weird." Sky said. Ty smiles a little.

"It does," Ty said.

"That's a lot of responsibility, Ty, sure you can handle it?" Sky asks. Princess Rosani nods.

"Once his memory is fully restored, he will back to his old self again." She said. Sky looks at her and then looks away and Jerome runs up beside him, his arm going around Sky's neck making Sky take a step forward for balance.

"Adam! Finally, you have graced us with your presence. But I just only figured this out, Ty has to be at least 221 years old since he is 21 to us and was alive 200 years ago. Did you realize that?" Jerome asks. Ty looks at Jerome, talking back. Sky doesn't pay attention, he just stares at the floor like something is there. He felt Jerome's arm pull on him, he looks at Jerome. "You okay?" Jerome whispered in his ear. Sky looks at Ty, seeing he is concerned. Sky smiles.

"That makes you almost as old as dirt." Sky said. Ty smiles a little, Jerome chuckles.

"Yeah, but I look pretty good for my age," Ty said.

"Now that's questionable for sure." Sky retorted. Jerome and Jason laugh while Rosani smiles. Ty can't help but smile a little.

"Nice to see you're getting back to your old self at least," Ty said.

"Alright, now that all the good stuff is here, now for the bad news. Halisca reported activity at the tomb where Tristan Hunt is. It won't be long." Rosani said to Sky. Sky looks at her.

"Seto showed you where it was?" Sky asks. She nods.

"It's by...Ethernal Heights I guess it what you call those mountains now. By the Kingdom of Verane." Rosani said. Sky sighs and crosses his arms.

"Of course it is. Please don't tell me we have to get the Verane King involved?" Sky asks. Rosani shrugs her shoulders.

"I really rather not, but we might. Tobias tells me that you guys are close allies with Queen Jessica? She may be of help, and King Max as well." Rosani said. Sky tensed up.

"Cool, Jerome can talk to Jessica, Sky you cover King Max for us," Ty said smiling. Sky hesitated. 'Did he...Did he really forget why I...whatever..' Sky thought.

"Um...sure..." Sky said. Ty looks at Jerome and then at Sky. Sky still staring at the floor. Ty looks back at Jerome. Jerome meets his eyes and looks at Jason and Rosani.

"Well, I'm starving," Jerome said. He pushes Jason and Rosani. "Let's eat." They leave Ty and Adam alone. Ty stares at Adam.

"You okay? What's wrong?" Ty asks. Adam looks at Ty, he forces a smile on his face.

"Nothing, nothing. I'm fine. I'm gonna go get some air." Adam lied before he walked pass Ty. Ty grabs his arm, stopping him.

"Adam, I'm the one person you suck at lying to," Ty said. Adam looks at Ty and Ty lets go of him. "If you're upset about going to talk to Max, I'll come with you—"

"No...it isn't that.." Adam said. Ty looks at him.

"Than what is it?" Ty asks. Adam didn't answer. "If it's because I won't be in the Sky Army, I'll visit a lot. It's just..for the first time I feel like I'm finally in the right place. My memory is gonna come back soon and...I know you tried everything you could before and I appreciate it but....sometimes things can't be helped. Rosani wants me to live here now, so I'm gonna but I wanted to run it by you."

"Ty, that's your decision. Not mine, you don't need my permission. You're needed here and.....I'm happy you are gonna get your memories restored." Sky said forcing a smile on his face. Ty smiles back.

"You'll be okay to go to Nasia by yourself, right? I know I kinda dumped that job onto you suddenly." Ty asks suddenly changing the subject. Adam was about to speak but Ty cuts him off. "Because Rosani wants to try something to see if it works to restore my memories. And I don't think I'll have time for you." Sky looks away instantly..he hesitated. He bites his bottom lip back and nods.

"Y-Yeah...I didn't know you..had a full schedule..." Sky mumbled.

"That's what happens when you stay asleep in an infirmary, Adam." Ty snapped. Adam flinched.

"Sorry...I still felt weak and—"

"That's great. I have to go," Ty said right before he left Sky. Sky felt his eyes water. He wipes them clean with his sleeves.

"That wasn't very nice." A voice said. Sky looks beside him.

"Oh..hey Ian." Sky said. Ian comes in front of Ian.

"What's wrong?" Ian asks.

"Nothing." Sky lied. Ian hesitated.

"You seemed like you had a problem during that entire conversation or rather Ty talking at you and not giving you time to comment and than leaving you alone," Ian said. Sky met Ian's eyes. He looks away. Ian smiles a little. "I can go to Nasia for you if you want. I know how much you don't like going there." Adam looks at Ian.

"T-Thank you.." Adam said. Ian nods.

"No problem. Don't worry, Ty will come back to himself again, this royalty thing is getting to his head is all. He'll snap out of it." Ian said.

"He seemed like himself at first, but then he changed into someone I don't recognize." Sky said. Jerome comes beside Sky.

"So, are you really going to Nasia?" Jerome asks Adam. Ian shakes his head.

"I'm covering for him. Did Ty forget or something?" Ian asks Adam. Adam shrugs his shoulders. Ty was the only person Adam told why he can't really take going to Nasia, his friends always volunteered to represent him if Ty was busy for Nasia. They figure it isn't their business, so they don't ask for explanations.

"I don't know," Adam said.

"You alright?" Jerome asks.

"I don't know.," Adam said before he walks pass Ian. Jerome grabs his wrist, Adam pulls it out of his grip.

"Wait, Sky—"

"I j-just need some a-air." Sky lied. He walks away from them. Jerome looks over at Ty, Ian grabs Jerome's arm. Jerome looks at Ian.

"Don't...that will only make it worse," Ian said. Jerome looks at Ian.

"Didn't you see the look on Sky's face? Ty acted like Sky was nothing to him. He knows Sky better than any of us, and Sky has been depressed and broken ever since the whole Alesa ordeal. He's been pushing us away since then, and Ty made it worse." Jerome said. Jerome moves towards Ty, Ian jerks him back.

"Jerome! Don't. I agree with you, but you can't just hit Ty and expect that to solve things." Ian said.

"Why not?!" Jerome asks.

"Would Sky want that?" Ian asks. Jerome stares at him, he sighs.

"No," Jerome said in defeat. Ian lets go of Jerome. Jerome looks at Ian. "It annoys me whenever you are right."

"I guess we should go check up on him, make she he doesn't hurt himself again," Ian said. Jerome walks pass Ian.

"I'll cheer him up," Jerome said. Mitch comes up beside Ian, looking confused.

"What's going on?" Mitch asks. Ian looks at Mitch.

"Ty," Ian said. Mitch looks over at Ty and back at Ian.

"What about him?"

"There you are," Jerome said. Sky opens his eyes, he looks down. Jerome crosses his arms. "How in the nether did you get up there?" Sky smiles a little and leans back against the trunk of the tree. He's a decent 20 feet off the ground, sitting on a thick tree branch with one leg swinging gently. Sky loses his smile.

"An old friend of mine used to love climbing trees, but he never was so good about getting down. I always had to climb up and get him." Sky said. Jerome climbs up the tree and sits on a branch that is underneath Sky. Jerome stands up on it and grabs Sky's branch. Sky's eyes look over at him. Jerome shrugs his shoulders.

"Hey, climbing trees is in my genes being a beast hybrid and all," Jerome said. Jerome gently hits Sky's leg, Sky move it letting Jerome pull himself up and sit on the branch. Sky looks at Jerome.

"If you are only here because of Ty, don't bother. I'm fine." Sky said.

"What's going on with you? You usually are more...what's the word..."

"Stable." Sky said. Jerome looks at him.

"No. More content than that. I was expecting for you to snap back at Ty, you don't usually take an attitude like that." Jerome said. Sky looked away.

"Am I too trusting?" Sky asks.

"Definitely," Jerome said without hesitation. Sky looks at Jerome. Jerome turns more towards Sky. "Wait, let me rephrase that! Is this about Alesa? And about Statilia?" Jerome smiled when he saw Sky blush a little. "I saw the way you looked at her. But I also heard your conversation as well."

"I'm fine, Jerome. I don't need you guy checking up on me all the time." Sky said. Jerome grabs Sky's arm, he pushed up Sky's sleeve revealing scars on his wrist.

"The last time we let you alone, you nearly died from blood loss in the Sky Army Base from cutting," Jerome said. Sky pulls his wrist out of Jerome's grip. He pushes his sleeves down.

"I said I was sorry. That I wouldn't do that again." Sky said.

"Sky, we aren't always on your case just to annoy you. We're just worried is all." Jerome said.

"Well don't be. I'm perfectly fine." Sky snapped. Jerome looks away.

"You remind me of Jason and how he acts after his nightmares," Jerome said. Sky fidgets with his sleeves, he stares at Jerome. 'Jason's nightmares...he has a lot of them, he always seems to wake up screaming or is acting like something or someone is hurting him.' Sky thought. Sky could remember waking up from Jason screaming many times, and every time, he would go over to Jason to check up on him. And he would also be rolled up in a ball in bed crying, or sitting in a corner of the room with this distant look in his eyes and trembling in fear.

"He...He has a lot of them." Sky said. Jerome nods.

"He may seem cheerful and nice, but he....he's more damaged than you think he is. The only reason why he always asks for you or Ty to come get Mitch and I is because we were the ones who rescued him from his past. That's why I respect him, he doesn't cling to the past, he tries to move on." Jerome said. Sky looks at Jerome.

"What are you trying to say?" Sky asks. Jerome looks at him.

"I'm saying that...you need to move on from Alesa. I can see she is still affecting you." Jerome said. Sky looks away, not speaking. Jerome sighs. "I just wanted to make sure you were okay, you haven't been yourself in a long time." Sky still didn't answer, so Jerome climbs down and goes back inside. Sky puts his feet back on the tree branch, he closes his eyes as he felt a gentle breeze hit him he smiled a little. He leaned his head back against the tree, staring out into the vast land masses with the ocean around them. But his eyes look over towards Nasia. He looks away, he puts his back to it. His eyes water again, he wipes away the tears with his sleeves. 'I'm so sorry, Barney.' Sky thought.
