Bonus Chapter #2

Hi loves! I hope you all enjoy this chapter.

I realized after writing the first bonus chapter that I never wrote about the boys' wedding! So here we are.

Chronologically this chapter comes BEFORE the last chapter just FYI. But it doesn't change the storyline at all hehe.

-

Taehyung's hands were becoming increasingly clammier as he wrung them nervously, his eyes fixated on the floor. He took shaky, shallow breaths in and tried desperately to calm his nerves.

"Oh come on Tae, what is there to be nervous about?" Jimin said while he consistently tucked stray hairs behind Taehyung's ear and fiddled with the boy's head decal.

A golden wreath made of copper wire entwined delicately through Taehyung's chocolate locks, small ornate flowers made of diamond and sapphire circled his head and glinted beautifully in the light of the small room.

"You have quite literally-" Jimin continued, "Stopped an entire army of rebels with just your voice. Demolished a tyrannical society into a functioning democracy. And turned a split-personalitied monster man into a sweetheart. Some of which you did while raising two- no, three little girls." Jimin spoke strongly, tugging harshly as he adjusted and adjusted and adjusted Taehyung's attire to his liking.

Taehyung's best friend paused and began to gently rub the other's back, eyes softening into a tender stare, "You can handle a little wedding." He smiled broadly and ruffled Tae's hair before cursing loudly and beginning to fix the groom's hair all over again.

Taehyung laughed lightly and his breathing steadied, "Yeah, I guess you're right Chim. I'm just so afraid he's changed his mind or something."

A harsh slap to the back of the head stops the brunet's intrusive thoughts before they can begin.

"Are you stupid?" The drawling voice of Yoongi called out while Taehyung cradled his throbbing skull.

"The boy practically lives, breathes and eat you. If he said no I think it might actually kill him." The former Sin Sloth said matter-of-factly as he took a seat on a a small stool in the corner.

"Well technically he does eat Ta-" Jimin began before Taehyung elbowed him harshly in the gut, turning a bright red shade in embarrassment.

"You're right Yoongs, but I just cant shake this anxiety. I think I'm just so used to things going wrong in my life that my worrying has convinced me this cant be real." Taehyung explained, eyes turning sad as the words spill out of his mouth before he even realized what he was saying.

Yoongi and Jimin turned to look at the nervous groom-to-be with sympathy, Taehyung had confided in all of the former sins about his past not long after the destruction of the hierarchy. They now knew just how horrific Taehyung's upbringing had been, and how that played a role in his anxiety these days.

"Look at me bub." Yoongi said gently, Taehyung lifting his chin to glance at the older.

"You're going to be just fine. Today, you are getting married to a man who loves you- truly loves you- with his entire heart and more. The worst that could happen is Namjoon getting too excited and breaking something." The grey haired male said.

Taehyung giggled at this sentiment while Jimin simply cracks half a smile- a big deal for him might I add.

Before another word can be uttered into the small dressing room a loud crash is heard from outside the door followed by an equally loud "fuCK ME NAMJOON!"

Mere seconds after this exclamation Jin bursts into the now extremely crowded dressing room, fire ever presently blazing in his eyes.

"Jin I know you and Namjoon are officially together now but please refrain from announcing how horny you are in public. There's children here." Yoongi holds a sarcastic smile back while he talks and Jin turns to him with his mouth gaping open in offense.

"You idiot! I didn't mean it like that! Namjoon broke the fucking dinner table and spilled ALL the food so now I have to fix it for some reason." Jin yells dramatically, his hands flailing around with so much vigor that Jimin has to physically throw him in front of Tae to try and protect his handiwork with the flower crown.

"Hey watch it will you! I spent the last five hour trying to perfect Taehyung's outfit!" Jimin nearly screeches at the broad shouldered man. "Plus you're the only one who can actually cook besides Yoongi, but he's too lazy to do anything!"

Jin opens his mouth to refute this but cant seem to find the words. Technically, Jimin wasn't wrong. After they all denounced their rights to be Sins, the abilities they had all possessed during their reign spontaneously vanished as quick as they had appeared. They were all in shock for a while but ultimately decided it was for the best. They no long held positions of power, so they didn't need powers.

"Fine. But I still get to be mad at Namjoon." Jin sighs in frustration (trustfration) and Taehyung laughs and flashes his famous boxy smile.

"Jinnie, I know that it's annoying but can you not argue with Joonie today? It is my wedding. And Namjoon is just a lost cause after all." Taehyung says with the most sickly sweet voice he can muster, his words are sincere but he may or may not have upped the cuteness to better convince his hyung.

And it worked. Jin sighed once again and rubbed his temples before giving in, "Fine, fine! Anything for you Tae, its your big day of course." Jin relents and Tae's smile grows three time the previous size, causing Yoongi to joke that he needed sunglasses from the brightness.

"Okay ladies I think its showtime." Jimin half-heartedly jokes as he claps his hands together in anticipation.

"Oh my gosh I cant do this I wanna leave-" Taehyung begins to ramble on about how he was too nervous to go on and how Jungkook would probably see how much of a wreck he was and abandon him at the alter.

"Oh mY GOD Taehyung shut up and go marry the love of your life already." Jin groans as he grabs the trembling brunet and shoves him out the door of the dressing room and into the long hallway leading towards the open space the ceremony will take place in.

Yoongi stands up from his chair and grabs Taehyung's hand softly, surprising the groom as it was a very un-Yoongi move, "Taehyung. It's going to be all okay, yeah? Don't be nervous, you're not trying to impress anyone. Do this for you. Not for me or Jimin or even Jungkook okay? Do this for your happiness, hmm?" The older hums while gentle rubbing the back of Tae's hand comfortingly.

Taehyung sniffs involuntarily as he feels the cool caress of diamond tears pool in his eyes.

Yoongi smiles, "Ahh, no don't cry. I was trying to be inspirational."

Taehyung laughs warmly at this, a rich, genuine laugh.

"Thanks hyung. You know you're a huge softie, be careful or I'll spill your secret." Taehyung jokes and Yoongi half-smiles.

"Ha, we wouldn't want that now would we? Now come on, enough stalling."

And with that Taehyung begins to embark down the long hallway, his mind racing and yet thinking of nothing at all.

A million thoughts of his future with Jungkook collide with thousands of doubts of his worthiness. But his friends' words ring clearly in his mind like the chime of the school bell during last period.

"You can do this Tae." He affirms himself.

The bright light of the sun temporarily blinds Taehyung as he steps into the large clearing, decorated beautiful with flowers and shimmering garlands. Pale pinks and cream whites flood his vision as his mocha colored irises take in the gorgeous floral arrangements.

Taehyung is too preoccupied trying to calm his wavering nerves to hear the gasps of awe from the small gathering of guests when they see his beauty in the shining golden light.

Jimin smirks at the crowd's reaction to Taehyung's appearance, knowing that he did a good job dressing his best friend.

Taehyung's soft curls are parted slightly to the side, tucked elegantly behind his ears, exposing his tanned forehead. A golden wreath of diamond flowers rings his head like a halo and matching gilded earrings dangle from his ears. His ivory satin shirt flows softly in the light breeze ever so often catching and hugging his curves just right. His pants are a light creamy beige and taper down to the ankle, fitting loosely and waving like angels wings as he walks. The warm glow of the ever present sunset highlights his features beautifully, casting a honey film in his eyes. He looks simply ethereal.

To say Jungkook was speechless would be the understatement of the century.

He was absolutely floored.

Jungkook knew that his love was beautiful, anyone with eyes could see that. But this, this was unreal, and he had to blink and rub his eyes a few times to see if he could wake himself up from this living dream.

Jungkook could have burst into tears the moment he saw the love of his life, he was so happy that any words created by humanity couldn't even begin to explain his joy.

Taehyung nerves melted away into content the moment he laid eyes on his future husband. He continued his slow walk towards the alter, smiling as he watched the small Hyejin and Ryujin throw pastel pink flower petals to the floor in front of him.

Waiting at the alter was, Jungkook of course, with Namjoon besides him as his best man. Hoseok stood next to Namjoon and on the other side of the small stage was Taeyeon, Taehyung's maid of honor. The priest stood in the middle of the small group, smiling tenderly.

Finally, after what seemed like an eternity to Jungkook, Taehyung stepped up onto the slight elevated platform and took his place across from his lover.

The two males couldn't tear their eyes off of each other, too caught up in their overwhelming happiness and love to notice their surroundings.

Taehyung was breathless looking at Jungkook, who's black hair had grown out slightly and formed a slight curl, now slicked back slightly. Silver earrings looped around his earlobes to match the metallic silver tie hanging from his chest. A perfectly tailed black suit jacket clung to his muscles and complemented his black slacks wonderfully.

It was a gorgeous sight to be sure.

A moment of silence filled the open space before the couple realized the priest had said something to them.

"Uh... sorry what was that?" Jungkook mumbles sheepishly and the crowd laughs.

"It's time for your vows." The priest repeats, smiling at the endearing glances from the couple to one another.

"Ah, o-okay." Taehyung stutters, nerves filling his chest again.

As quickly as the nerves appeared, they disappeared once Jungkook noticed Taehyung's hesitation and reached out to grab his hands.

"It's okay pup, you're doing amazing." Jungkook whispers into Taehyung's ear after leaning forward slightly.

Taehyung takes a deep breath in and squeezes Jungkook's hands.

"Jungkook..." he began.

"I love you."

"I couldn't possibly imagine my life without you in it. You have changed my entire existence and outlook on the world."

"We've had our ups and downs. But the ups always outweighs any negatives we've ever encountered."

"You aren't my other half. You are my other whole. You complete and add to me."

"The weight of my love and appreciation and gratitude for you outnumber all of the stars in the galaxy."

"Words truly can never express how much I cherish you."

"I promise to love you and to hold you and to support you for the rest of my days."

"I promise to love you until the very end." Taehyung finished, sniffling loudly as he watches tears collect in the corners of Jungkook's eyes.

Jungkook could not believe this was his reality.

So many hardships, so much pain.

And now Taehyung.

Taehyung slipped a simple golden band onto Jungkook's ring finger and continued holding onto his hand as Jungkook straightened his back and began his own vows.

"In a dire situation, I once promised you I would say these words again in front of all the people we love. And now I get to do that..." Jungkook said, voice wavering, overcome with emotion.

"Taehyung..."

"I will protect you, no matter what, no matter the cost. I will defend you against anything this word has to throw at us. I want you to know I love you, more than anyone has love anyone in history. I love you more than the crops love the rain after dry season. I love you more than the moon loves the companionship of the stars and more than the sun loves the plants that nourish from it. I love you more than a nesting bird loves trees and more than man loves oxygen. I love you to the moon and back and a hundred times over." Jungkook repeats his words from the dungeon, eyes watching Taehyung softly as his lover's smile widens and his own eyes tear up.

"Taehyung I am so lucky I get to spend the rest of my life with you." Jungkook smiles wide, bunny teeth on full display.

"I promise to love you until the very end."

Taehyung lifted a hand up to tentatively wipe his tears away before Jungkook slips a matching golden band onto his finger.

The small crowd claps and cheers loudly, choking up at the beautiful scene of pure love.

"And with that-" The priest finalizes.

"I pronounce you, husbands bound by marriage, Jeon Jungkook and Jeon Taehyung."

The priest turns to Jungkook and nods, "You may now kiss the groom."

The crowd claps and cheer even louder once Jungkook swiftly grabs his husband by the waist and dips him dramatically, Taehyung wrapping his arms around Jungkook's neck before kissing him passionately.

The two men couldn't be happier.

They finally had a family, and love.

The most pure form of love.

Love formed out of turmoil and trust.

Rarely do happily ever after actually happen,

but for Taehyung and Jungkook, it did.

"I love you." Taehyung mumbles into Jungkook's ear as the taller holds him close in a tight embrace.

"I love you more."

"I love you most."
