Hello and welcome back to The End of the World and this is the long awaited Prologue and this will mainly be a recap chapter of what happened during Dead Days and some stuff during Marvel Zombies vs the Army of Darkness, but it will also explain where Y,N was during the infection, how he survived, and how he managed to find his safe haven. Anyway I'm your host/author of the night or day OverlordAKX and I don't own anything besides my account, this idea, and my OC's. As always sit back, relax, and enjoy the story. LET'S GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It started with a flash in the sky, and a ripple through the clouds. The Hunger is what brought it here--and feed it did, until most of the Marvel Heroes were no more. Those that were infected, were replaced by soulless monsters, driven only by an insatiable hunger for human flesh. 

Or rather.......they will be. 

This is no world of Marvel Heroes. 

This is the world of.....MARVEL ZOMBIES. 

And this is the story of a young superhero named Y,N L,N and his journey to survive this damned wasteland, as once a survivor always a survivor. 

Y,N POV

Y,N: Log 57 start. 

Computer: Log 57 is now recording. 

Y,N: Thanks. 

Computer: You're welcome sir. 

Y,N: Anyway as I was saying, today I feel like reliving how this damned Armageddon came to be.

Y,N: It all started with a purple flash of lightning, it was like it fell from the Heavens as some sort of divine punishment but that's just a theory. Anyway the first known superheroes to get infected were Colonel America, Luke Cage, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Captain Marvel, and Spider-Man. From there they ate, devoured, and infected any superhero or supervillain they could get their hands on. I watched as they devoured my sister before I blew one of their heads off, I believe it was the one named Grizzly. From there I had joined up with Nick Fury's Resistance and helped in the lab with Dr. Bruce Banner trying to discover a cure and possibly reverse this hellish landscape we now found ourselves in. I heard Stark was working on some sort of dimensional teleportation device to teleport everyone off the Helicarrier and into a different Earth, we sounded genius but I hard to try and find a cure for those already infected, it wouldn't help bring back the dead but it would help possibly bring back our friends, allies, and maybe even lovers that were separated via the infection. 

Y,N: However when we got so close to possibly finishing the cure, me and Bruce were attacked by a zombified Iron Man and Not-so-Fantastic-Anymore-Four. Reed bit Bruce right on the shoulder causing him to drop the cure and for it to shatter into a million little pieces leaving me shocked and somewhat scared as I saw the look in their eyes, the hunger. 

Mister Fantastic: Come on Y,N why don't you join us? We'll help show you the light, the gospel of Hunger. Come join us in immortality. 

Thing: Screw that Reed, it's chowing time!!!! 

*Thing launches himself at Y,N and he barely dodges in time before Y,N gets surrounded by a red and black gooey substance better known as Hybrid*

Iron Man: Ah isn't that cute guys, little Y,N has himself a symbiote.  

Y,N: I'm not Y,N anymore, *chuckles* 

Hybrid: We're Hybrid!!!!! *Hybrid attacks with his claws and claws Human Torch right across his face making him scream in pain and rage before he falls down to the floor clutching is face and shouting cuss words and screaming "When he gets caught I get double the amount" and then I grabbed Mister Fantastic by his neck and tore off one of his arms making him clutch his now limp and even more dead arm in despair, revealing to me that their blood was no longer red but this putrid vomit green color*

Iron Man: You shouldn't of done that Y,N or Hybrid whatever your name is. Because now we're hunger and upset, two things you really wouldn't like. Especially when were about to dine on your flesh. 

Hybrid: Big talk coming from an undead bastard. 

Iron Man: What did you just say? I better cut off your tongue, but we're about to dine on your flesh and I want to hear you squeak. 

Hybrid: I said my ride is here. 

Invisible Woman: Huh?

*Suddenly a giant missile blasted through the wall and sent Iron Man and the Fantastic Four flying before Hybrid jumped onto the jet and took off*

Iron Man: AFTER HIM!!!!! I WANT HIS FLESH AND I'LL EAT IT LIKE A KABOB. 

*Iron Man and Human Torch flew after Hybrid while Mister Fantastic, Invisible Woman, and Thing had a date with Nick Fury and a certain dimensional teleporter*

*Inside the cockpit of the jet Hybrid reverts back to Y,N and he's breathing heavy and is currently terrified to the core as 5 of the world's greatest heroes were now infected and the Helicarrier had fallen, the symbol of hope and Earth's last spark of hope had fallen, however he did hear that luckily Nightcrawler was able to teleport himself Colossus, Thor, and Doctor Strange off the Helicarrier in time but sadly Storm was infected and was one of the zombies and Fury was dead, he had become the zombie's lunch and was killed.*

Y,N: Where to? 

Human Torch: MY STOMACH. 

*Y,N screamed in terror as Human Torch was right besides him with the giant claw mark still very visiable and him enraged*

Human Torch: You might of lost the armored zombie but you won't lose me that easily. I'm going to have your flesh, Kentucky fried. 

Y,N: Not today. *Y,N rammed the jet and Human Torch into a building and ejected himself out of the cockpit at the last second making the jet crush Human Torch and leave him trapped under the jet and the debris of that building the jet smashed into*

Y,N: *wipes sweat off forehead* Hopefully that will deal with him. Let's get the hell out of here *Y,N runs off* 

*Y,N ran and he watched many unspeakable things happen that day he saw innocent civilians tore apart and devoured by the infected sinking their teeth into human flesh, tearing an arm or leg off their body and eating that like a turkey leg, and many more unimaginable acts of gore and blood and flesh and Y,N ran for his life, he wanted to help and did a couple of times if there was enough people to save, he needed to stay alive and un-infected as he had swiped the notes to the cure off Banner's desk right when Mister Fantastic sunk his teeth into Bruce's shoulder and Y,N shook in fear as he knew one thing that would happen that would be terrifying. A Zombified Hulk* 

*Y,N finally made to an old underground bunker Fury talked about when he was still alive. Fury had called this place "Plan B" and now this was Y,N's Plan B to survive.*

Y,N: Come on you piece of shite. *Y,N tried to open the old rusty vault door and he could hear the infected all around him hunting for more flesh to eat, until Y,N finally got the door working with some of his electrical powers and the door zoomed to life and opened long enough for Y,N to quietly enter and close the door back with him sighing when he heard the loud click back into place meaning he had sealed himself away from the infection as this door was strong enough to hold back monsters such as the Hulk, Thing, and Juggernaut and even powerful enough to resistant the power of a Nuclear Explosion.*

Y,N: I'm a coward, I should be out there fighting and helping anyone I can. But I'm not, I'm in an underground bunker and hiding like some scared child. This is not what Iron Man would of wanted, this is not what my sister would of wanted. But I must stay *holds up the notes to cure the infection* if I get infected it's game over for humanity. I have the cure and I can't go making dumb mistakes that could cause me to wind up like Iron Man or the Fantastic Four or Colonel America or any of them. I must stay strong and find a cure for my sister, she would want me to prosper and find a cure for the infected. 

*Y,N turns on the monitors and sees on the news how far the infection had spread, it had been spread to ever corner of the globe due to a Zombie Quicksilver and already 70% of the superhero/supervillain community had been infected while 80% of normal humans had been consumed by the zombies and from he knew he was one of the few superheroes/supervillains alive and not infected and on the news before it went out there was Zombie Iron Man, Zombie Hulk, and Zombie Fantastic Four(minus Human Torch) were devouring innocent civilians and Hulk was eating them whole while the other four were devouring the flesh and slurping on their intestines like giant noodles*

Y,N: This is truly the end of the world. This is Armageddon and I'm one of the few that will witness it fully. But I'll survive. For my sister. For those innocent civilians. For myself. I'll survive *looks down at the notes* but now it's time to work on you *turns on the lights to the lab* let's get to work. Hopefully Doctor Banner knew what he was doing. 

*Before Y,N went to work however he heard a strange voice inside his head and he fell to the ground grasping at his head as he heard a voice clear as day inside his mind say "To any and all survivors, this is a message from the Watcher. Seek out these people who have an understanding of what is about to happen. To (Y/N) I tell you this, save as many as you can before destroying this universe. Find a new one to call home." Then the voice had disappeared as quickly as it came and Y,N picked himself off the floor with a brand new purpose, to help create the cure and bring his friends and fellow heroes back and help any survivors he came across, as now it wasn't hero vs villain anymore, nor humans vs mutants, it was now humans vs MARVEL ZOMBIES. 

*The screen fades to black as Y,N begins setting up his lab and reading the notes Doctor Banner made about a potential cure that would hopefully reverse the effects of the virus and help bring his friends and fellow heroes back to humanity.*

And that's a wrap and I hope all of you enjoyed the Prologue Chapter and don't worry as the 1st Chapter will also be coming out today which will involve Y,N rescuing Emma Frost, Kitty Pryde, and Rogue from becoming one of the undead or the undead feasting on their flesh and Y,N gets to know his three new bunkermates and how they got to where they were now.
