Hello and welcome to the final warmup/background chapter of The End of the World and we're finally getting to meet your allies and fellow survivors in this wasteland and from the ashes of humanity has sprung up four colonies completely cut off from the rest of humanity and completely safe from the zombies due to one reason or another be it technology, magic, or something else these final four safe havens is all that the world really has left besides a few other areas spread out around the world and these four places are Mister Negative's Safe Haven, New Wakanda, Final Hope, and the Latverian Embassy. Residents of Final Hope: Still alive and operational due to Maria Hill sneaking a cloaking device/bubble shield from the Helicarrier before Mister Fantastic infected his team and killing almost everyone on the Helicarrier. Finding any civilian, S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent, Military Personnel, and Hero she could find she took all of them to an old S.H.I.E.L.D. Base somewhere in Harlem which led deep, deep underground into almost a city sized fallout shelter meant to possibly hold the entire south side of New York in case of a Nuclear strike. After setting up the cloaking device/bubble shield the town of Final Hope was born.)

 Residents of the Latverian Embassy: A collective of villain's and some world leaders are safe here by Doctor Doom's technology which grants a cloaking device/shield which makes the embassy completely invisible to any and all zombies and even if they do manage to smell them out the shield which vaporize any undead that dares get near the embassy.

Residents of the Raft(Protected by a bubble shield generated by a powerful generator built to last for decades and the shield is strong enough to keep out the likes of Hulk, Thing, Juggernaut, and more. Another bonus is that it's surrounded by water and due to a combination of the shield and the water makes it untouchable. Most zombies are weak to water and will sink to the bottom or die only those that can fly, teleport, jump great distances, or something else that negates that negative effect is safe.)

And that's a wrap and I hope all of you enjoyed the Allies/Survivors warmup chapter and the final update of tonight will be the Prologue Chapter so be prepared and you might be wondering and I'll answer yes most of these characters are already zombies in the canonically Marvel Zombies timeline but I reversed the effects on some of them for three main reasons, A. I find it a little hard to believe that people like Colossus, Thor, Ghost Rider, and Doctor Strange would take one bite to turn into a zombie just like that, B. I wanted to keep them alive to add more allies to the reader and give them more screen time than the original Marvel Zombies did as you may have noticed, I only turned secondary or hell even less important zombies back to being human with the only major one being turned human is Wolverine and he's a half-zombie, and finally C. I wanted to give humanity slightly more of a chance at surviving/thriving in this wasteland and that's why I made the virus slightly slower and instead of the heroes killing off everyone in 3 days, we're now just entering the 4 month mark and there's still about 30-20% of humanity uninfected and alive.
