Sunlightwings: Color sales: sandy yellow. Abilities: can breath fire, have fireproof scales, have poisonous tail barbs that look like a scorpion's. Weaknesses: Frostwings, and ice. Queen: Queen Scorpion.

Frostwings: Color scales: ice blue. Abilities: can breath freezing cold ice breath. Weaknesses: hot objects, Sunlightwings.

Earthwings: Color scales: brown and sometimes amber. Abilities: can shake the ground to attack enemies, can turn water into mud. Weaknesses: Junglewings, Darkwings, and snow. Queen: Queen Groundshaker.

Junglewings: Color scales: all types of colors. Abilities: can spit venom out of their sharp fangs, can change colors. Weaknesses: Flightwings. Queen: Queen Vine.

Ghostwings: Color scales: white. Abilities: can go through walls and steal a dragon's soul. Weaknesses: Busterwings. Queen: Queen Soulstealer.

Busterwings: Color scales: yellow, gray, and black. Abilities: can kill ghostwings with their teeth. Weaknesses: specialwings. Queen: Queen Ghostkiller.

Stalkerwings: Stalkerwings are always animuses. They can turn into any other dragon and can turn a dragon into a different dragon. They are probably the most powerful dragons in the world of DragonCore. Their scales are pitch black. They are  such in a bad mood, it will probably kill you. Stalkerwings have razor sharp teeth for ripping the flesh out of its victim's body. Of course, they use their powers—like a normal animus would do. These dangerous species of dragons also have razor sharp talons for digging into flesh. Queen: too secret to be known. King: too secret to be known.

Thunderstikers: Thunderstrikers can create illusions to trick others. They are not very powerful but they are tricksters. They could look like any other type of dragon so you'd have trouble looking for them. They have dull teeth, dull talons, and lazy butts. Thunderstrikers never sharpen or fix things they could use as weapons. (Very different from Stalkerwings) Queen: Queen Thunderclap. King: King Thundergod.
