Third-Person-pov

After two months.

Atharv and his army won the war against the Bhairav's who came to capture the city Rayanakonda, his army was very less compared to Simha's, so Atharv and his army defeated Bhairav's army very easily and tactically, even though he got support from the Tulasipatnam army.

Atharv was tired with the war, so he was resting in his room, he got up and looked outside and the sun was shining bright "I think I slept more." He went outside and saw the guard who was standing outside his room for the king's security "Where is Rajamatha.?" Atharv asked.

"Rajamatha went to Shiva mandir near the palace pond, she told me not to disturb you, as you were tired, and you need rest." The guard said Rajamatha declared two days of public holiday for the kingdom on account of winning the war.

"Oh..., wh... Where is Mitakshi.?" Atharv asked.

"Queen must be with Princess Aadrika, your majesty, they must be playing hide and seek." The guard chuckled.

"Hide and seek.?" Atharv questioned confusingly "Where are they both.?"

"Maybe in the queen's chamber, your majesty." Guard said Atharv started going towards the chamber, which was opposite to his chamber, he went there from outside he heard Mitakshi saying "Aadu, stop moving, sit at one place, otherwise I can't draw properly."

"What is she drawing.?" Atharv thought.

"I can't sit in one place for more than one minute, you know." Aadrika said.

"Sit properly, your portrait won't be good, just two minutes, it will be done." Mitakshi said.

"Fine." Aadrika said Atharv entered inside, Mitakshi's back was facing him, and Aadrika is sitting near the window, Aadrika smiled looking at him, Atharv kept his finger on his mouth and signalled Aadrika to be silent, Atharv stood a few meters away from Mitakshi and looking at the painting process.

"Good, smile like that only." Mitakshi said looking at smiling Aadrika, she didn't notice the presence of Atharv, she was busy painting.

Atharv admired the painting skills of his wife, she was drawing every detail "Perfect" Atharv said.

Mitakshi was shocked to hear a male voice, she immediately turned and saw Atharv admiring her painting folding his hands across his chest "I...I th..thought you were taking rest, your majesty." Mitakshi said.

"I was... portrait is too good, you didn't told me that paint also." Atharv asked.

Aadarika was bored sitting there "Mitakshi, please finish the painting."

"Yeah almost done." Mitakshi gave finishing touches to the portrait "Done, come and see."

Aadrika looked at her portrait it was too perfect, every single detail was present there "Wow, it's too perfect, Thank you, Mitakshi." Aadrika hugged Mitakshi.

"You are welcome." Mitakshi smiled, Atharv admired her smile "Beautiful" Atharv thought.

"You know bhai, Mitakshi is good at painting, she can draw a portrait in a few minutes." Aadrika said and looked outside and heard a few noises near Krishna Mandir "I need to go, I have a dancing class, I will collect portrait afterwards." Aadrika went out.

"That's a good painting." Atharv observed the room, a few more portraits were there "You made this." Atharv asked, Mitakshi nodded her head, Atharv was stunned to see her painting skills "All are good, you didn't answer my question earlier I asked you about not telling me about your painting skills."

"We didn't get time to talk, before marriage we didn't see each other and you directly went to war after our marriage, your majesty." Mitakshi looked straight into his eyes.

"That's an honest answer, ok let's be friends and try to understand each other." Atharv said, Mitakshi smiled, Atharv continued saying "Didn't you scared? , while was away fighting in a war." Atharv asked.

"No, I mean why should I be scared, I heard about you not losing any war, so I know that my husband is a warrior fighter and he will return victoriously." Mitakshi looked into his eyes, and they both looked into each other's eyes, they were lost in looking at each other's eyes, and they break eye contact when they heard a knock on the door, it was Rajiv, Mitakshi's brother.

"I... I just came here to say bye to Mita, I'm leaving for Tulasipatnam now." Rajiv came inside.

"Very soon, you should have stayed more days." Mitakshi said.

"Yeah, she is right, even Mitakshi also feel happy." Atharv said.

"No, it's been two months since I left home, everybody must be waiting." Rajiv said.

"Bye.." Mitakshi smiled "Don't forget to write letters."

"Bye. ." Rajiv moved out of the room.

"Huh... I will accompany him till the door." Atharv went out of the room and went till the door with Rajiv, Rajiv was about to sit on the horse but he turned towards Atharv "I think you are surprised to see my sister's painting skills, but she is good at archery also, sometimes at night she used to go to the forest with bow and arrow for hunting." Rajiv said, Atharv was surprised to hear and Rajiv sat on his horse and went from there.

Atharv went back to Queen's Chamber "I heard from your brother that you know archery also."

"Yeah, it's just a hobby." Mitakshi said hesitantly because she don't know how will he react, because when her father got to know that she is learning archery, he scolded her and punished her, but still Mitakshi learned everything secretly.

"Oh, then be ready tonight, we are going out." Atharv said.

"Where.?" Mitakshi stood there in confusion.

"To forest for hunting, let's test your skills today, it's our secret don't tell anybody." Atharv started going out.

"Ar...Aren't you angry on me.?" Mita asked.

Atharv turned "Why will I be angry on you.?, I'm happy and proud that, my wife knows a war skill, be ready, we will go after everyone sleeps." Atharv smiled and went out, Mitakshi smiled looking at him going out.

During night

They are in the middle of the forest for half an hour, but they didn't find any animals.

"It's a waste to come at night, animals will be sleeping at this time." Mitakshi said.

"Yeah, can you see a tree there with red cloth?" Atharv asked.

"Where.??" Mitakshi moved forward to see, but she kept her leg on the stone and was about to fall on the ground, Atharv grabbed her by the waist and pulled her back, Mitakshi felt sparks inside her body by his touch.

"Careful." Atharv removed his hand, "There just a few meters away from her." He pointed his fingers.

"That one is a little far, do I need to hit an arrow to the tree.?" Mitakshi asked.

"No, the place where the red cloth is tied." Atharv said.

"Ah... this cheating, your majesty, you told me we will go for hunting, not this." Mitakshi complained.

"Ok fine, You try to first after that I will try to hit." Atharv said Mitakshi took the bow and arrow, and with all force, she left the arrow from the bow, it went fast and fell just a few inches below the red cloth.

"Oh no, just miss." Mitakshi said.

Atharv took the bow from her "Now it's my turn." Atharv's arrow also missed the red cloth and it fell below Mitakshi's arrow.

Mitakshi laughed "Mine at least went near the cloth, but yours didn't.", Atharv stood there and admired her smile.

"Your smile is beautiful." Atharv said.

"Thank you." Mitakshi blushed.

"Come let's aim it together, let's see how far it will go." Atharv said Mitakshi took the bow and arrow in her hands, Atharv touched her hands, and their cheeks touched, just a few inches gap between their bodies, Mitakshi was breathing heavily with their closeness "Hold it tightly and eye on the target, let's aim it together and leave." Atharv said.

"O.. Ok." Mitakshi whispered, words were not coming out of her mouth, because of their closeness, Mitakshi focused on the target, they aimed together and left the arrow, it went and hit the red cloth.

"Wow that's so good, we did it." Atharv hugged Mita with joy, and Mitakshi felt shy, Atharv and Mitakshi went back to the palace.

Meanwhile, in a cave of the jungle, three men wearing a mask met there, one man was looking a little old, maybe in his forties wearing a red scarf and another man young looking in his early twenties wearing a white scarf and another is looking middle-aged, wearing a green scarf.

"Most of our plans are failed, we need to make other plans." The red scarf guy side.

"No, not now whole kingdom's secret spies are on high alert, Atharv sensing something wrong." The white scarf guy said.

"Did he get a clue that we instigated, bhairav's against him.?" The Red scarf guy panicked.

"No, but he is doubting about something, I think, so it's better to keep our main plan on hold and we can continue our small plans." The green scarf guy said.

"True, we will execute our main plan, when the situation is cool, not tense and in his weakest moment." The white scarf guy said.

"I agree with him." The Green scarf guy and they dispersed from there.....
