There are a total of seven elements in dragon world. The seven elements are divided into three categories. Peace, Chaotic, and Divine. Here are the seven elements and their categories: 

Fire Element (Chaotic): This element if left unchecked can cause a fiery destruction. That's why fire dragons meditate to keep their element under control. For when fire dragons get angry, their fire flares and they leave righteous destruction in their wake. They must keep it under control, for there is a time for peace and a time for war. It is one of the two chaotic elements. 

Water Element (Peace): This element is very peaceful. Water dragons are very loyal and helpful and they stay calm no matter the situation. They believe in peace and tranquility, just as the ocean is. Water dragons can also be found eating seafood, their favorite meal. This is one of the Peace elements. 

Nature Element (Peace): Nature dragons are very sensitive creatures. They love nature and care deeply about animals, plants, trees, and other natural things. They cry when they see animals and nature hurt. They also tend to be skittish and scare easy, but they are brave when the situation demands it. This is the second Peace element. 

Sky Element (Divine): Sky dragons are a holy element of dragons. They normally don't live in the ground like the other dragons. They have their own home up in the clouds where they created their own civilization of divine dragons. But sometimes when they are needed on the ground, they will fly down to help the other dragons. This is one of the Divine elements. 

Light Element (Divine): Light dragons are also a holy element of dragons. Their powers come from natural light plus the Grace of God. They are a very religious breed of dragons. They go to church as often as they can and they pray daily. They were also once jingoists against their opposite element, the shadow dragons, which caused a war between them. This is the second Divine Element 

Ice Element (Peace): Ice dragons harness the power of frost/ice. They like to live in cold environments. Their kingdom has a magical crystal that keeps them alive no matter where they go and is the source of their magic. They have the power to make ice and snow and freeze their enemies in ice. They use their powers only for good, to defend peace in the land. This is the third peace element. 

Shadow Element (Chaotic): Shadow dragons are the most feared in all of dragon world. They tend to be very aggressive in how they deal with their enemies. Their battle methods have no filter and their magic is very powerful. Some shadow dragons are bigger than dragons of other elements. Not all shadow dragons are necessarily evil though. Some are, while others mean good even if their means are chaotic. This is the second Chaotic element.
