Angel's POV

Angel snuggled deep into her toy, then fell asleep.

Hello.

Who are you?

My name is God. I will give you a gift.

What gift?

Listen to me. There is a prophecy: To save the world from destruction, a group of brave young humans will join together to form the Elements Council. They will use the powers given to them to save Earth. The humans will have to join together now......

What a procephy! So, I am one of the humans that are destined to save Earth from destruction, right?

Yes. The role I have given you is to become the leader, with the powers of all elements, but your main type is Nature. Your animal is a green western dragon with diamond claws. Only transform when hidden. No one else must know that you are the chosen one. Oh, and your name is Dragonimus.

Yes. I am the chosen one, and I shall save Earth!

Good luck finding the other members of the Elements Council.

Angel and her twin, Anna, stepped into school. Their friends hurried to meet her.

"Hi, Angel! Another nice day at school!" Wendy called.

"You're here!" Eshani and Clea shouted, running over.

Her friends crowded around her.

"Hi, everyone!" Angel nodded to her friends. "Let's get to class."

Lunch arrived swiftly. Angel sat with her friends at a table. She noticed that Anna was looking very weird. She whispered in Angel's ear, "I had a dream last night. God said that I was special, and I was the deputy of the Elements Council." hearing that, Angel's heart fluttered lightly. She had found the deputy! "My name is Eagleimus." she frowned deeply. "I don't know who the leader is."

"Actually, I am Dragonimus, the leader of the Elements," Angel whispered back. Satisfaction spread throughout her as she saw Anna's eyes widen and her jaw dropping. "We have to save the world from destruction, and find out our members!"

"What's going on?" Wendy asked sweetly, interrupting their mini chat with a smile.

"I-" Angel opened her mouth to reply, but was cut off by a great, deep booming sound. All the students stared outside, their eyes widening with fear. Some even jumped out of their seats.

A huge rock was stuck in the wall of the school. Shards of rock flew up into the air.

"WHO'S TRYING TO ATTACK US?!?" Anna cried, and all the students, including the teachers who were supervising them, ran, screaming with panic.

"Let's go!" Wendy shouted, grabbing my wrist and yanking me along. My other friends pushed Anna and me out of the cafeteria.

BOOOM. The air sounded of a rock hitting the school. Angel glimpsed outside, caught a glance at the other houses near the school, and realized that they were also hit with rocks. "Wait! I forgot something!" Angel pretended to cry. She pried off Wendy's hand, then lunged for the table. Shards of rock pierced her face, and she screwed her eyes shut. Angel's heart twisted as she heard Wendy and Anna cry her name. She knew what to do. She jumped off the hole in the wall. No one was on the field to see her fall. While falling, she let her power course through her. She felt magic streaming throughout her body. Huge crystal wings sprouted out from her back. Scales covered her body. Her body grew bigger and bigger, and then horns popped out from her head and a long and slender tail grew out. She was a dragon. In this form, she was not Angel. She was Dragonimus.

Dragonimus flared out her wings and caught the wind. She dodged just in the nick of time as a stone crashed into the wall beside her. She decided to seek out the person flinging rocks and imprison him or her.

She saw an evil shape on the ground.  A catapult lay beside it. The shape was barking orders at scuttling red spiders, who were struggling to heave another big heavy rock onto the catapult. Their little legs bent underneath the weight. "HURRY UP, YOU USELESS SPIDERS! MOVE THOSE LEGS!!" the shape shouted, anger in its voice.

FLING!!!! Another rock was flung into the air. Dragonimus snatched it from the air like if she was plucking a bird.

"Evshrila..... my lord! A green dragon has caught the rock!" a spider stammered. "Just..... look behind you!"

"HUH?!" Evshrila turned around, and Dragonimus realized that the shape was a red dolphin with glowing orange eyes. A dolphin on land? Dragonimus thought, stunned. That's impossible! "HEY! YOU! COME DOWN HERE! NOW!!" she barked.

"No," Dragonimus growled. "Never."

"BY THE EVIL LORDS!! BY THE WORD OF THE GREATEST VILLAIN IN THE WORLD, I DEMAND YOU TO GET DOWN HERE!!" Evshrila spat. "IF YOU DON'T MY SPIDERS WILL GRAB YOU DOWN THEMSELVES!"

"I'm not afraid. I will fight your spiders." Dragonimus said cooly.

"GO, SPIDERS!" Evshrila shouted at her spiders. They stopped working and lunged at Dragonimus, baring their razor-sharp teeth.

"DRAGON STAB!!!" Dragonimus flashed out her diamond-tipped wings and stabbed them into the closest two near her. The spiders gasped, then fell limp, red liquid pouring from the wound.

"TAKE THIS! DRAGON WHIP!!" Dragonimus lashed out her emerald-barbed tail, then slashed the other two spiders' throats.

The four spiders were dead. But Dragonimus wanted to have more allies. "REVIVE REBUILD!!" Dragonimus shrieked, then dove onto the dead bodies. Her claws began to wave randomly, conducting magic to sew the cuts together. She blew a gentle wind at them, then waited for them to revive.

"What did you do...... to my minions?!" Evshrila stuttered.

"Reviving them, of course." Dragonimus rolled her eyes. She turned back to the spiders. The spiders had turned blue, but they weren't spiders at all. They were...... griffins. "Let's attack that dolphin there!" Dragonimus waved to the cowering red dolphin, and the griffins leaped at her, flapping their wings and shrieking noisily.

Dragonimus let it go on for one minute. After that, she said, "Stop." the griffins backed off, still snarling, at the limp, blood-covered shape on the ground. Evshrila's flippers twitched, and her eyelids fluttered, showed that she was alive. "You cannot win this battle," Dragonimus growled at her. "you will get yourself killed if you do continue."

Evshrila opened her mouth, and a trickle of blood went down her chin. "You...... You turned my minions...... to griffins, your allies?!?" she rasped.

"Of course. I shall kill you now!" Dragonimus lifted the huge stone.

"Do it. I am a......" a hacking fit cut her off.

"Hurry up," Dragonimus growled.

"Necromancer. I can live forever." Evshrila lifted her head to look at Dragonimus's eyes.

"DIE." Dragonimus hurled the stone at her, and Evshrila's scream was cut off as dust filled the air. The sound of cracking bones ringed through Dragonimus's sharp ears, and she winced. Dragonimus turned back to the four blue griffins. Their eyes were sparkling, waiting for an command. "You will be named......" Dragonimus frowned and thought for a while. "Crystalfeather. You are Bluewings. Your name is Azuresky, and the last one, you are Marineheart."

"Yay! we have names now!" the griffins shouted into the air, flapping their wings.

"Okay." Dragonimus searched deep inside her dragon brain, searching for the perfect spell. Her eyes fell on the jade bracelet around her talon. This was the perfect charm. "Crystalfeather." Dragonimus pressed the bracelet. Crystalfeather was sucked into the jade bracelet. Dragonimus summoned the other three griffins, then camoflauged. She landed back at the deserted school, then turned back to her human form. A watch was now around her wrist. Weird, Dragonimus thought. Where did everyone go? She trudged through the rocks, searching for her twin and other students, her heart twisting.

"Angel! You're safe!!" a shout sounded. It was full of anguish and happiness. Wendy, Anna, her other friends surrounded her, their eyes full of tears.

"We survived the attack!" Clea and Eshani smiled. But then their faces became shadowed. "One of us were injured. Elly?" they turned to the tall, slim girl.

Elly reached out her right arm, and there was a huge gash. A long bandage was covering it.

"Elly!" Angel gasped. "You're injured!"

"We saw a green dragon outside, fighting a red shape. Then, suddenly, there were four blue shapes behind the dragon, then the griffins disappeared then the dragon also disappeared." Wendy and Anna told me.

"Yeah. I was watching the dragon too. I wonder what it was doing?" Angel lied.

"Come on. The other students are waiting for us." Angel's friends ushered Angel towards the hallway.

Oh, when will I reveal the truth to my friends? It hurts me, and it also hurts my friends.....
