Cat clutched the satchel and hurried towards the exit. She had it, and they couldn't take it... the gem of Snow and Ice was hers again.

But, before she could open the door, the satchel was smacked from her hand.

"Not so fast."

The sound of breaking glass echoed in Cat's ears. "No!" she cried out, trying to collect the minuscule pieces and fit them back together. "Nooooo! You..." She turned around sharply to face the predator who had broke her most prized possession
