Snowstorm, 3rd Person
Snowstorm scouted along the edge of the StormClaw's territory as part of Fallenrain's training group. Fallenrain was one of the main trainers. Snowstorm was not in Moonbeam's group, but that was due to the fact that Snowstorm was way younger than Moonbeam.
"Remember, we are looking for any trace of any cats from any other tribe. Even the slightest pawstep in the mud that smells strange could be something," Fallenrain explained to the trainees which were, Snowstorm, Raincloud, and Humid. The rest of that age of trainees were with Downpour. Snowstorm bounded around excitedly with her training group, all hoping to impress Fallenrain. Afterwards, all the trainees of all ages would head off for training based on what ability they had, rain or snow.
Fallenrain led the three young cats along the InfernoClaw Border. Luckily, Fallenrain saw no reason to check out the Far Border.
"Humid, Raincloud, come with me for Rain Training by the Oak Tree by camp. Snowstorm, I think Snow Training is with Icefur inside the Ancient Roots. Remember, after training catch a minimum of three pieces of prey and then you may head back to camp." Snowstorm raced off along the PulseClaw Border. A few minutes later, as Snowstorm was navigating the thicker undergrowth, there was a thundering of pawsteps. A white cat quickly sprinted across the border. Snowstorm's jaw dropped. It matched Moonbeam's description of Lightningstruck perfectly. Snowstorm tackled Lightningstruck and pulled him into the bushes. He looked terrified, and looked like he had been chased. Snowstorm quickly covered up his scent with snow as several PulseClaws sprinted to where Lightningstruck stood a few seconds earlier. They looked confused.
"We better head back. We lost him. Remember, Joltingbolt said we can't start a war with the StormClaws." A pale yellow furred cat mumured.
"He is right," a she-cat whispered. "Let's go."
The PulseClaws headed back over the border. They had not gone far enough over the border for it to be suscipicious to any StormClaw to pick up on the scent. They would figure that it had just blown over. After Snowstorm was sure they had gone out of earshot, "What happened, Lightningstruck."
"Okay, one, how do you know my name, and, two, why are you not reporting me?" Lightningstruck looked genuinely shaken.
"Right, all the cats in the five tribes know your name from Joltingbolt, and I am not reporting you because of what Moonbeam said."
"Wait, what? What did Moonbeam say?" Lightningstruck said shocked.
"Look, you maybe about twice my age, but I am quite sure I know quite a few PulseClaws who would like your whiskers. So, talk."
Lightningstruck reaccounted his tale. Snowstorm felt horrified and shocked.
I would not call this chapter short, but it is a lot shorter than my other chapters. Please comment suggestions, ideas, or names. Or, just comment. Thanks for reading!
