Route 2 wasn't that hard, to be honest. There were a couple of trainers, and I didn't make Eon change in front of them. Yeah, maybe around them, but you see, Pokemon can hear inside of their Pokeballs, so if I say "Go! Leafeon!" Eon can morph into Leafeon and battle. Then I return and in another battle have Eon switch to Glaceon. It's simple. Ok, it's not. But something did happen, so stay tuned, kids!

"Ugh, when are we gonna get there?!" Lisa complained.

"Tomorrow," I said.

Lisa started complaining some more.

"LISA! We've been walking for two hours, and do you see us complaining? We walked as much as you, and you get to sit down during battles anyway!" Brad started to yell at her.

I saw her eyes get watery.

"Uh-oh," I said, but Brad didn't stop.

"Besides, the battles are, like, ten minutes long, and I could take a break for a minute and be fine! Heck, I'm usually the ref, so I stand up anyway!"

Lisa's face started to crunch up.

"Oh, man... This is gonna be bad..." I whispered.

Eon was on my head, but he was smart enough to get behind me.

I climbed up a tree.

"I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY, BRAD!!! NOW YOU CLOSE THAT BIG MOUTH OF YOURS OR I'LL CLOSE IT FOR YOU!!!"

"Eon..." I said.

"Vee." Eon nodded.

We climbed higher.

"NOT TO MENTION THAT WHOLE 'PRETTY GIRL' THING IN ACCUMULA!!!"

"Sylveon. Go." I whispered.

You see, Sylveon's Pokedex entry states that it can send a calming aura to stop fights.

Don't believe me?

Look it up, then.

Eon morphed and sent out the aura from its ribbonlike feelers. I could see it. It was a light pink mist, but usually you can't see auras, so you know this was a strong attempt. Heck, some recoiled on a branch and hit me, and I felt like I was prancing in a field of one of the things I like most.

Bacon.

I snapped out of it and saw it was about to hit the two of them.

Eon slumped, because it was obviously tired, and I heard a snore.

The aura got closer... Closer...

Direct hit!

"I feel... Like I'm prancing in a field of bacon right now," Lisa said.

"Yeah, so do I..." Brad said.

"I'm tired!" Lisa complained.

"LISA!!! STOP COMPLAI..."

"DANG IT YOU GUYS, STOP IT!" I yelled, hopping down from the tree after returning Eon. "THAT'S ALL YOU'VE BEEN DOING! FIGHTING! STOP!"

"YOU DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO, LITTLE MAN!" Brad said.

"WELL THEN, LET'S SETTLE THIS IN THE RING!" I shot back.

"OK! ONE-ON-ONE, AS WE EACH ONLY HAVE ONE POKEMON EACH!"

"SURE! THANK YOU, AND YOU'RE A GOOD FRIEND!" I said.

"Wait, why are we yelling?"

"I have no idea, but I've had a nice break," Lisa said. "So are you gonna battle, or what?"

"Might as well. We should get stronger before battling the gym, and we can rest it off," I said.

"Let's get closer to nighttime. It'll look cooler."

We walked for a few more hours, and Lisa only complained about being hungry, so she's becoming a better person by complaining less.

"Ok, the sun's about to go down, so we should start setting up camp. Let's look for a good spot," I said.

We searched for a few minutes, the light becoming less and less by the second, and when we found a spot, Eon's Pokeball light was blinding.

"Fire time!" I said, rubbing my eyes.

Eon created a fire as Flareon, then Lisa started to cook as I set up the tents and Brad got out the sleeping bags and plates.

Lisa made soup, we ate with forks for some reason, then we started our battle.

Lisa yawned, then said, "Ok, one on one, no items, one Eevee morph, yadda yadda yadda, go." Lisa swiped her hand in a downward motion and I sent out Eon as Glaceon, and Brad sent out Snake.

"Ok! Snake! Let's start off this battle with an Iron Tail!"

Snake, the Servine, jumped into the air, and its tail suddenly started to glow white, then faded to a silver. He came down in a perfect loop, and aimed for Eon.

"Dodge it, Eon!" I said, but it was too late.

Eon was hit.

Don't worry, he got back up.

"Good! Now let's get this snake with a Shadow Ball!"

A blob of purple stuff formed in Eon's mouth and launched right at Snake, and it made contact.

"Dang! Let's try another Iron Tail, and cover yourself in a Leaf Tornado!"

Snake enveloped itself in a cocoon of leaves and jumped into the air only to come down on Eon.

"Eon! It's morphin' time!"

Eon knew what I was wanting. He nodded and morphed.

"What the...?" Brad and Lisa said, shocked.

"Ok, use Razor Leaf!"

Eon as Leafeon (Don't question my judgement here) used the leaves around Snake to attack, and since Snake was surrounded, he couldn't move.

When Snake hit the ground, he was out.

"Ok, Eon and Lloyd are the winners!" Lisa said, pointing at us.

"Yeah!" I said, jumping while Eon tried to get on my head, scratching my face instead.

"Eevee..." Eon said, changing back into an Eevee.

"Ow, it's ok," I said, taking a little water and splashing it on my face.

"Dinnertime!" Lisa called.

We ate a hearty meal of chicken noodle soup, took seconds, thirds, fourths, barfed it all up, then ate more.

Ok, I ate a lot.

The other two ate a bowl or two each.

Eon, Snake, and Otter all ate some Pokemon food (I gave Eon some soup too) and were asleep by the time we finished.

I picked up Eon, who mumbled a little bit, and disappeared into my tent with a "G'night, guys."

I laid down, and Eon snuggled up next to me.

"Night, Eon," I said, drifting off.

"Ee, vee."

I had a dream.

It was a very peculiar dream.

It was... It was...

A Munna?

"Muuu! Naaa!" It cried.

This was new.

I looked around. Well, as best I could, since I wasn't really there.

It looked like the Dreamyard.

"Huh," I whispered.

"Mu! Munna mu!" The Munna said.

"You... You need help?"

"Mu!" Munna nodded.

"From who?"

A grayish figure appeared in front of me.

"It looks... Familiar, but from where?" I wondered.

"Mu!"

I woke up.

Eon was next to me, looking at me.

"Hey, Eon."

"Ve."

I went back to a dreamless sleep.
