I took deep breaths and looked over at the other people in my tent.

"Luna, Luna? You were screaming, like bloodcurdling screams." Thanatos leaned over me, while Chelsy stood beside him. He seemed to have changed, probably got some clothes or something. I guessed he was staying.

"It wasn't pretty. Also, you need to stop changing your hair, it's making me insane." Chelsy's hair was in a messy bun, and she was wearing a sleeveless shirt. She didn't, however, look happy.

"My... my what?" I looked at my hair. It was white. Just... white. It sent chills up my spine

"Well, if that's over, I'm going back to sleep." Chelsy left, keeping my tent flap open. I didn't see her tent outside, which slightly worried me.

"She's sleeping in the pond, can you believe that?"

"She is a water mage, I guess it makes sense. She probably doesn't have to deal with bad posture." I cracked my neck.

"Yeah, well try to get some better sleep. We have leftovers if you're hungry." He leaves as well, but I didn't get better sleep. In fact, I got no sleep. I just stared at the eclipse

"Woah, what died?"

"Uhmmmmnniiihhhhum." I slept all the time. I loved sleep. I'm was a wreck without sleep.

"Guess we should start the funeral now." I rolled over to look at Chelsy. Again, she looked better than ever, but doubly so. Was her hair longer? Hm, she looked absolutely-

"Radiant."

"Whot?" Chelsy looked at Thanatos.

"Uh, you look good. Guess water sleeping isn't so crazy."

"Don't get used to it. I can only do it with water that's not my own." I guessed Thanatos and I were both staring.

"Oh, too bad." He quickly turned away

"Watcha staring for?" Chelsy looked at me

"You look good." Chelsy lightly punched my arm.

"Both of you are terribly non-descriptive. Keep that up and I'm drowning you." She rolled her eyes. "I mean, how you gonna feel when it's the full moon?" She gestured at Thanatos.

"He'll look good too. I'll just look like crap over here."

"Close your mouth before you start drooling."

"I am not drooling."

"Keep telling yourself that."

"Look what I have planned!"

"Planned?"

"I haven't been outside the kingdom in so long! It was only a stupid diplomatic mission anyways."

"Well, what do you have planned?"

"First, the Capitol!"

"Alright, I'm down." Thanatos grabs both of our hands.

"Hey! Get off you little-" Suddenly, we were in a marketplace.

"Ta dah, the Capitol!"

"You left all our stuff back in the forest." Chelsy rolls her eyes.

"You really wanna lug all the stuff around?"

"Better than leaving it in a forest where anyone could take it."

"Yeesh, fine. We can go back."

"Is that a fight?" We all heard some loud noises coming from the middle of a crowd.

"Probably. Let's check it out."

"What? Shouldn't we stop it?"

"Eh, it'll be entertainment." We squeeze our way through all the people. I saw a water mage beating up a wind one.

"Blood Sea! Blood Sea! Blood Sea!" This felt weird, but Thanatos and Chelsy seemed perfectly fine with it. Was this just normal?

"Thank you, everyone! I'll be here all day." The person I presumed was called Blood Sea stands up. Her hair was in a ponytail and she wore very athletic clothes. It was revealing, but not too much for my taste.

"Of course you get into another fight. You're paying for lunch this time." A female nature mage pulls on Blood Sea's shirt.

"He was being pissy."

"I'm gonna be pissed real soon. Everyone, shoo!" She starts waving her arms around and people leave.

"Well, I guess Blood Sea's reputation is earned." Thanatos shrugs

"Of course, you don't get titles for nothing."

"Uh, who's she? Who are they?" They both look over at me, slightly surprised

"Wow, you haven't been outside, have you? This is Talia Abano, also known as Blood Sea. Funnily enough, she doesn't have the blood mark."

"And she just beats people up?"

"Yeah, basically. The one next to her is May. Rumors say she was apart of some high class family, but she won't say anything about it. People say she's a good mage too, but we don't see her fight as much. I think they're both fifteen?"

"Fifteen and already making that name for themselves? How many people has she beat up!?"

"A lot." Talia walked over. "Of course, I don't count all of them."

"A lot is an understatement. You've single-handedly beat up the entire Capitol."

"Not the tourists."

"I'm going to strangle you." Talia bopped her nose and May grumbled.

"You must be pretty powerful." I fiddled with her fingers

"Hm? I mean, I guess. I don't win every fight."

"You just win most fights because you're a psychopath that will pick a fight with anyone and anything."

"Granted, that pixie had it coming." I look at the both of them, bewildered. Their lives sounded so much more interesting than anything I've ever done

"The what?"

"The- oh... I didn't tell you about that."

"Dear gods, please get me away from this maniac." May, to me at least, didn't seem like your stereotypical nature mage. She looked... rough around the edges, but seemed nice enough. Her ivy green hair seemed to have streaks of brown. Her eyes were a striking green, I almost got mesmerized. But, her clothes were very... non-nature mage. Or, I don't know! I guess I always assumed they were happy-go-lucky people that wore flower crowns.

"Anyways, who are you guys?"

"I'm Chelsy, that's Luna, this is an idiot." She points at Thanatos

"You slept in a pond, yet you're calling me the idiot?"

"Yes."

"Touche." Thanatos rubs his temples. "I'm Thanatos."

"Nice, well... you wanna go eat or something? May can pay."

"May is certainly not gonna pay, excuse me? You're the one that steals money all the time."

"You steal?" Just who was this person?

"Not everyone is a princess, Princess." Talia shrugs. "And it's fun."

"You know I'm-"

"Oh please, your name is Luna. Although, I'm not sure how I feel about the hair."

"Oh... I just wanted a change, I guess. Uh, you won't tell anyone this, right?"

"Nah, I don't meddle in other people's issues." May snorts.

"Then why'd you meddle in mine?"

"You looked sad, I had a destination."

"Your destination was going forward."

"It's a great destination." Talia winks at May.

"You're impossible, AND you're paying. Come on, I found this great diner."

"So, hold up. You ran away from your castle? Why?"

"Um, secret."

"Girl, you already told me this much, just finish the story."

"It's like a big secret though."

"Fine, tell me later then. Where you guys going after this anyways?"

"I don't know, ask Luna. Apparently she has a whole plan. She doesn't get outside much."

"If that's the reason you ran away, then it's not that big of a secret."

"No, that's a smaller part of it. But... I am excited." I played with my thumbs.

"Excited's good. But try to be careful out here. Not every criminal is as... nice as Tals." May faltered at nice, which led to a light punch on the arm.

"You sound like my mom." Talia rolled her eyes

"You need some authority, otherwise you'll get yourself killed."

"If I get myself killed, it's because of you. With all that 'You should be a decent person' crap."

"If you can't be nice, at least be decent."

"I think she's pretty nice..." I mumbled to myself.

"She stole your money."

"She what?" Chelsy narrowed her eyes. "Give. It. Back."

"Yeesh, alright. I was going to give it back anyways." She threw us back the jewels

"No, she wasn't."

"Yeah, probably." We heard some kind of commotion outside.

"HAS ANYONE SEEN PRINCESS LUNA?" And everyone turned to look at me
