|| Interests ||
• Devon loves to explore. Their main goal is to travel the world and get to see everything, so they spend a lot of their free time reading books on different countries and learning their cultures and such.
• Devon loves music. They listen to most all types of music genre. They want to learn how to play the guitar.
• Their favorite school subject(apart from History because that goes with their first interest) is Reading. Their an extremely good writer, but they don't think so themselves. They write their own poetry.
|| Dislikes ||
• Devon absolutely hates when their make up isn't perfect. They spend a lot of time trying to make sure everything is to perfection.
• They hate when people call them a perfectionist and slow. Yeah they like everything to be perfect, but its not an obsession worth calling perfectionism. They also like to take their time to make sure they have done their absolute best.
• They hate being put under pressure and having to make any extreme decisions that could cause conflict. They do not like having to make decisions that could hurt others or themselves.
|| Strengths ||
• Devon may not have physical strength, but they are flexible. Of course it may seem confusing, but they have physical strength to be able to bend in ways the human body can not. They do not have muscle whats so ever.
• They like to use this as a way to trip people up. Devon can perfectly make themselves look like either gender. One day they'll perfectly look like a boy and the next they'll perfectly look like a girl. It fills them with joy when they can perfectly look like a boy, a girl, or neither/both.
• Devon has zest and perseverance. Their always ready to approach everything they do with excitement and energy and always work hard to finish what they started.
|| Weaknesses ||
• One thing Devon does not have, is physical strength. They've never had physical strength and thats become a problem for them. They've always struggled in gym and would get caught often trying to sneak out of class to go hide out in the library or the music room.
• People make the mistake of assuming their gender a lot. All it does is lower their self esteem and make them angry. Then when they correct the person, they assume they're the other gender and that just makes them even more upset. Why can't anyone understand the truth?
• They Don't trust very easily. They only have three super close friends they'd consider family and others are just people to fill the void of loneliness they hate.
|| Fears ||
• Devon's main fear is losing their father. Devon has only ever lived in fear of losing their father, the only person that had ever accepted them. They never knew their mother so they lived with their father their whole live, with some help from his aunt. This fear is the worst fear out of the four.
• Other fears are just small insignificant fears like thunderstorms, small spaces, and being alone. These other three can't compare to his first fear.
|| Weapon ||
Devon doesn't like violence, so when the topic of weapons gets brought up, they visibly become disgusted. If they were to have to use a physical weapon that they would hold, they would prefer a small pistol or a small dagger.
|| Backstory ||
Growing up, Devon had a lot of trouble figuring out who they were. Being born a male didn't seem right to them and yet being a female didn't either. Doing some research, they came up with the term Genderfluid and stuck by it. The feelings of wanting to be one gender one day and another the other became a daily thing for them.
Of course there was the one thing they always feared. Coming out to their father. Their father worked as an assistant manager at a big company and it was rare for Devon to see him. The day he came out to his father, he thought went terrible. It went on for three weeks that their father refused to talk to him.
Every day he would notify his father of what day it was if it was a boy day or a girl day or neither/both. By the end of the third week, their birthday, their father had surprised them with books full of girl clothing and unisex so he had the full wardrobe. Devon couldn't have wished for anything better than having their father accept them.
|| Other ||
• They love sweets. Most of the time to release stress they sit in the kitchen and bake. Cookies, cakes, muffins, cupcakes, cake pops, you name it. Their favorite thing to bake are macaroons and tarts.
