It was already midnight as clouds were covering up the full moon with stars shining in the night sky, the cold wind blew lightly across the mountain with fog spreading around, hardly enough to see.

We head over to ash standing near the side road with arms crossed, looking straight down at the road with the new Nissan beside him. He looked over to see his gang parked up their cars with the others, which were Calem's gang as they got out.

When they did, a black sleek car was drove and stopped in front of Ash's gang; they notice this and mutely turned around. An older man walked to the back seat door and opened it, that's when wulfric came out and looked around his surrounding, even Serena, she looked up to see Ash's gang, taking a quick glance before walking away, beside Wulfric, wearing a fur coat for warmness.

It was really quite between them, with tension rising on the race.

Drew took out his phone to see the screen while Sawyer was calling on the phone up to his ear.

"Yo, Ready" he called and the phone's screen changed view.

The people watching on the mountain took out their phones and recorded through corners and driveway, not to miss any action on the race.

We now set at Ash who was now sitting down on the driver's seat waiting patiently for his opponent presence.

soon, a flash of headlight was show on the wing mirror, Ash notices and knew who it was as a car drove and stopped side by side, revealing Calem looking with a straighten expression. There was even another car behind them, a man came out and started to walking between the two racers, revving their engines, getting ready to race.

Calem slowly looked at Ash focusing on the road without setting his eyes off from it. This was exatly the same as the first race between each other but it was different.

Calem looked on, knowing this was not the same Ash that he used to race, it was different, he was more focus and knows how to drift.

Calem looked away and focused ahead on the road, revving the engine up while Ash does the same roaring his engine too.

The man came in-between and lifts his arms in the air, ready for the racers to begin before dropping them down.

The two racers put their foot down on the pedal and raced on the mountain driveway.

They were both neck and neck.

Ash puts the gear down, making the car a little slower which he made mistake. Calem saw an opportunity with a smirk, he over took him by shifting gear and speeds past making his car go in front of Ash's.

Soon, he speedily pulls the gear to second and turns the steering to the right as the car drifts through the corner with back wheel screeching on the dusted road with some smoke coming out.

Ash pulls the gear, putting his foot down on the brake and turns the steering wheel fully to the right. As the Nissan drifts through corner with a slight wheel coming off the edge of the road. He looked at the rear mirror and was lucky he didn't fall as he raced on, catching Calem up to pace who was now taking the lead.

Calem took a glance at the rear mirror, seeing Ash falling behind. But there was no smile just emotionless. He knew that Ash was not going to give up that easily like before so continued on the race.

On the other hand there were some cheers from Calem's gang watching on the phones. Also some awes from Ash's gang, they too were watching on phones, with Ash falling behind.

Serena glanced at both sides and knowing who was winning and losing. She tucked her coat since the outside was cold.

Wulfric stuffed his hand in the pocket and takes out a cigar, putting in his open mouth.

We now head over to race where Calem was racing through the driveway with Ash falling behind. He needs to get past Calem in order to make him first and win the race, not wanting to leave town and lose all the hard work.

The racers drove on until. Calem pulls the gear to third. Making his car spit some ember from the bottom of the car, sliding the road with Ash doing the same with his car.

He puts his foot down on the pedal hard, making the Nissan catch up near to Calem behind who notices this, his face scrunched up as he pushes the gear to forth, speeding up the car when another spit of ember came out from both cars.

Soon, they were both racing to another deep corner.

Calem wholly puts his foot on the pedal and pulls the e-brake before changing his foot on the brakes. turning the steering wheel to left as he drift perfectly through a corner with no hesitation just ease, even Ash, perfectly does the same, a gust of smoke coming off the back wheel.

The two racers raced on each corner.

Calem's foot puts on the brakes, turning the steering wheel to left making the car drift through the corner with ease.

On the other hand. Ash turns the steering fully left shifting his body with it. As two racers drift on.

Ash pulls the gear slightly down with back wheel edging out a little off the mountain as he drifts through it.

Calem scrunched his nose up again, his plan was failing for Ash to drop.

They both drift through corners of the mountain in union with Calem taking the lead. He glanced over his shoulder to see Ash, but when he looked forward his expression changed to complete shock, quickly pulling the e-break up making the car drift into the off corner.

The small crowd move quickly out of the way.

Calem drifts the car into another, crashing straight on the side while Ash turns the steering wheel not doing the same mistake as he perfectly drifts it easily, taking first place while Calem falls behind.

Cheers were coming from the Ash's gang, gazing at phones in their hand. Wulfric was smoking a cigar in his mouth while Serena had a smile expression, knowing who was winning the race.

Calem grunts in anger and puts his foot on pedal to catch up to Ash, speeding through the driveway, when he did, they were both side by side.

However, Calem turns the steering wheel, crashing into Ash's broadside with spit of ember, pushing his car on Ash's for a second before speeding on and taking first place, making Ash fall behind.

They were now heading into another deep corner.

Calem hits the e-brakes and turns the steering wheel left with a grunt of anger showing the expression as he drifts slightly through the side road with dust spitting out from back wheel and pulls the e-break up continuing on the drift, easing through corner.

They both went through each corner in union. There were People standing near the side, recording the race where a group of Ash's gang were aweing that Ash was now last while Calem's gang cheered on.

On the race, both racers were drifting through corners each time with Calem still taking the lead, laughing menacingly. Ash has nowhere else to go to overtake him.

"Come on" Calem respondm scrunching his nose evily, drifting through another corner with Ash following behind.

However, Ash wasn't going to give up that easy, he pulls the gear to third and turns the steering wheel fully right, drifting with pace, going past Calem who notices as he looks over at Ash taking the lead.

Calem pushes the gear to forth, speeding up by trying to overtake Ash, driving side by side and turns the steering, crashing into Ash broadside again but this time it was near to the cliff.

At this. Calem crashes again on Ash's broad side making his car nearly drop off the edge of the mountain, luckily he manages to escape and proceeds on but has to keep an eye out for any Calem's dirty moves.

There was argument going from Ash's gang watching Calem doing another crash on Ash's broadside.

Throughout, Calem kept on crashing Ash's repeatedly on the side, until It made Ash's car swerve in front of Calem who pushes though the road.

Ash took a glance at Calem of the side window then the other to see he wasn't going straight but heading off the mountain.

speedily yet swiftly, Ash pulls the e-brake and puts his foot on brake, spanning around away from Calem doing the danger as he slid behind.

Calem turns through the corner and drift on while Ash regains balance and raced to catch up, now being second.

Ash speeds up, having enough play around. He meets Calem side by side, although this time it was his turn to crash into Calem's broadside.

Calem glanced at Ash as he does it again harder making him lose control.

Ash speeds up, now taking the lead with Calem falling behind but not for long. He shifts gear to fifth and crashes Ash behind as one headlight falls out in place.

Calem drives into the side hill bushes then speeds forwards taking the lead, again. When suddenly the back of Calem's car ripped out, swinging as it hits straight on Ash's front rear window. Luckily he was saved from danger.

Calem laughs menacingly as he drive through another corner with Ash falling behind. But he had plan. He speeded beside Calem and pushes his foot hard on the pedals to trigger the boost on, which made Nissan dash speediy and overtaken calem's, taking first place.

Calem scrunches his nose in anger.  While Ash smiles like he was having fun.

The two racers, raced through each corners, drifting perfectly with Ash still in a lead, but not for long.

When they both drifted another corner. Calem made another dirty move. He shifts his body with hands on the steering wheel turning left, causing the car to crash Ash's back rear side.

Ash balanced his car out straight, proceeding on the race; he wasn't going to let Calem win.

He glanced at the side to see an open fall of a mountain that leads down hill then back at Calem - who was about to crash him again.

With quick thinking, Ash's immediantly hits brake causing Calem to steer into him but missed it's target as he span around on the other side road continuously.

Ash found an opportunity by pulling the e-brake and drives to the other side of the road which is the way to another corner.

Evenually. Calem's car stopped spanning and hits the edge mark making it lift up in air before falling down hill, twisting each time with the car, ripping out parts and form bumps.

The crowd looked straight as they saw him crashing. His gang were awing the scene even Ash's gang too but immediatly changed to cheer, with drew cheering madly.

Ash drives on, taking a quick deep breath as he drove through a corner where he saw the finish line at the end, where his gang were.

A smile formed on his face but soon changed when suddenly, Calem car dropped down infront in his view.

In slow motion, Ash pulls the e-brake handle. Drifting slightly by dodging Calem car without getting crash. He puts his foot down on the brake and swerves the steering wheel to the right then left with eyes watching Calem's car fall down.

Finally yet luckily, he manages to escape the terror. Drifting past Calem before his car smashes the ground head on and falls upside down.

Ash calmly drives in each turn through corners, ending with a drift to finish and looks at gang from the side window with a smile.

Sawyer and the gang were jumping and cheering for victory, running up to him.

Serena was shocked at first then changed into a happy expression, she could't believe that Ash has won the race, defeating Calem.

While Ash's gang were cheering him on. The other gang instantly rush towards Calem who got out from the broken window safely, leaving the broken car behind.

Serena starts walking towards Ash while Wulfric looked at her go.

"I told you, i told you" Sawyer repeatedly said.

Ash widely smiled, then notices Serena coming towards him. She makes way for herself as she arrived in front of Ash who gives out a smile, but that soon changed when they looked up, only to see Wulfric with the gang behind.

He slowly starts to walk towards ash and Serena in front; the group back away a little but still looked on the scene.

When Wulfric came close, he looked at Ash then sets his eyes at Serena giving a meaningful look.

Ash notices and glances slightly at Serena who gave a straighten face then at Wulfric.

Wulfric slid his eyes at the raven boy, gazing at him for seconds and spoke "you're free to go" he said and gives a nod.

A smile formed on Ash face with Wulfric doing the same as he turns his heads away and walks towards the car, leaving Ash and Serena set free still with a smile.

As he walks towards the car with gang following, Calem arrives and sees Ash draped around Serena. He gives a angry glare until being pushed inside the car and then drove off, ut of sight.

The crowd now became less, driving off through the middle of the night.

Ash looked at Serena with a smile since there're alone now, and it was right time to confess.

"so, were alone" he spoke.

Serena looked at him and into his eyes, staring at the brown orb before leaning forward with eyes closed, tirlting to the side for a better angle. Ash did the same, until... their lips touched....
