Kamita was on her way to lunch. Tyler texted her: "Hey we NEED to talk ASAP, text me when your free." Hmm wonder what that's about....probably just asking me random questions like usual. "Hey Kamita, you didn't make it to track last night" I had forgotten. "I know, but me and my family went to go celebrate for Kiana." Part of that was true, we did celebrate but I just didn't feel like going to track. "Anyways I have Volleyball game today if you wanna come watch me kick ass." I was the best player on the team. I've never lost a game or scrimmage. He laughed at my little comment. "Yea definitely. So, Halloween is coming up what are you gonna be?" For Halloween I was going to be a Zombie Cheerleader. But why did he bring this up? It's only October 4th. "I'm gonna be a Zombie Cheerleader. It's cute but dead. :)" Kai stares off into space not saying anything for a while. I decide to text Tyler: "hey what did you need to talk about?" I was a little worried on what was gonna happen. He texted me back: "I don't think this is working..." think what isn't working? Our relationship? I text him: "wait are you trying to break up with me?" I felt a tear roll down my face. I was scared, I don't know what will happen..... he texted me: "I'm sorry but....it's not working. We're done I hate to do this." I ran out of the Cafeteria crying. Kai chased after me. I ran in the girls bathroom so Kai couldn't see me crying. Kai knocked on the door. "Kamita what happened? Why are you crying in the bathroom?" Too late, I thought he hadn't seen me crying. I slid my phone under the door and told him to read the conversation. "Kamita I didn't know you had a boyfriend." He mumbles: "If id known I wouldn't have been flirting with you." I didn't really hear what he said though. I came out of the bathroom. My mascara was running down my face. Kai sat there thinking about asking Kamita to go out with him. Kamita sat next to Kai and hugged him. Kai didn't mind, Kai liked Kamita and didn't know if she felt the same. Kamita breathed heavily.
Kai's POV:
I could feel Kamita's heart beating. It was fast paced since she was crying. I felt her cold hands fold into mine. She was beautiful, I wanted to ask her out but don't know how.
Kamita laid her head on my shoulder. Kai wanted to kiss her so bad.
Normal POV:
Kamita's heart started beating fast, she felt her face getting hot. Kamita was blushing, she liked Kai.... Nobody said anything for a while. Finally they both said at the same time: "I really like you!" Then they both blushed and stared into each others eyes. All this staring and blushing went on forever. Finally, they started moving closer and were about to kiss but then the bell rang and interrupted them. They acted awkward and just went to their next class.
