3 days later inside of the guildhall 3rd Pov

The guild had its usual pace but today was special. The latest sorcerer weekly magazine was coming and it was anticipated by most people. Except the 4 poor souls who had to be part in this weeks edition. "Someone please kill me I can't bear the embarrassment." Y/n stated and Gildarts laughed lightly. "Oh come on it wont be that hard." He replied and drank from his beer. "I'm on Y/n's side with this one." Irene and Cana both stated and raised their hands. "Here guys the magazine has come." Mirajane stated and placed a pack of books on the counter. "These are for you four. The others will get them shortly." She stated and smiled happily.

The group looked at the magazine only to see Irene in her swimsuit and Y/n with his exceed as the front cover. Irene let out an embarrassed squeak seeing it. "Gotta say you look good as a model Y/n Cana stated and began to flip the pages to the interview only to blush heavily as an image was on the top right of her and Y/n. "What how." She yelled and at the same time Gildarts had his mug explode in his hand from the image he saw. He turned to glaring at him who felt a sweat drop run down his temple. "You sullied my little girl." Gildarts yelled and Cana huffed. "I'm not your little girl dad I can decide on my own what I do." She stated and Gildarts crossed his arms "How long have you been dating. "A curious Irene asked as she was looking at the hot photos of her and Gildarts. 

Cana blushed. "We aren't dating, it just happened." Cana replied and Irene let out a chuckle. "The magazine seems to have a different opinion with the two of you already planning to marry, of course its just the usual talk of those magazines to get more readers." She stated grinning smugly while pointing to a text with the caption. "Cana Alberona and the Ice Dragon slayer are marrying." Cana became beet read from hearing this and shook her head wildly.

Irene's eyes trailed over to Y/n who was as red as a tomato from reading the magazine. "W-Wait, what's with the number down here." He asked shakily and pointed to the number 100 on his image. Cana looked at it. "Oh that's the boyfriend ranking. Its a common thing in this magazine. The weekly sorcerer has put you on the list and the higher you are the more popular and known you'll be." Cana replied and motioned to her image. "I'm on place 20." She added smiling wide. "Also it doesn't mater if you are taken or not or else some of the top scoring ones wouldn't be there." 

"And who's on first place." Y/n asked and Cana quickly turned around. "Its one of them." She motioned to Natsu, Gray and Jellal. "These three together with Lucy, Juvia and Erza are the top of the list who are always changing spots. But it wouldn't surprise me if Irene could soon get right up to them or close, she knows how to play it and she's on 40, of course its Jason's doing." Cana stated and Irene let out a small laugh. "Looks like I'm the only one who can use her feminin wiles." She stated and winked at them.

In front of the group came Max Alors the sand wizard of Fairy Tail. "Yo guys I've got something for you." He stated and dropped a box in front of them. "As you know the guild has a souvenir shop that sells all kinds of items and I just wanted to show you guys some of the new stuff we planned." He stated and showed two figurines by placing them on the counter. "We got two new action figures for the collection of Irene and Y/n and the best part is their clothes come off." He added and touched Irene's figurine making her armor drop. Irene shrieked. "That's way too personal you pervert and how do you want to know I have a heart shaped mole on my butt and how did you get your hands on my measurements." She yelled and Gildarts turned away drinking his beer. "Oh just some bird told me it." He replied and Irene's eyes snapped to Rose, she narrowed her eyes on her. "You told it to him didn't you." She spat out and pointed her finger at the cats nose.

Gildarts walked right up to them while placing a paper down. "Guys calm down instead of fighting why don't we get to do one of the bandit requests." He proposed and Irene nodded. "I do want to make one, is it close by or far?" She asked and Gildarts read the paper. "Its one hour by carriage." He stated and Irene puffed her cheeks. "Come on Irene, are you so against it that you are making a silly face Cana added and Y/n laughed who earned a quick hit to the side of his face making his head crack the floor on impact. "What are you laughing about, you are just as prone to motion sickness as I am." She yelled and stars appeared on his head.

Somewhere else far away in another country in the east of Ishgar

Inside of a palace a woman with dark purple hair was sitting on her throne she had a magazine of the sorcerer weekly in her hand. "Almighty Shogun whats so special with these magazines you want us to get for you, they come from across the continent." One of the subordinates stated and the Shogun gave a quick look at him before getting her eyes back on the page. "So, the Almighty queen of the dragons has survived and she's now doing photo sessions and is part of a guild named Fairy Tail. It is truly surprising what she has become, don't you think Miko?" She asked and right next to her was a fluffy pink fox. "You know I can have a human form too, I'm a kitsune, not a talking fox." She stated and the Shogun laughed before picking her up and kiddling her. "You are such a cute fluffy wuffy Miko." She awed and the fox gave her a blank look. "Release me Ei or else, what will your husband think of it? the king of Japan." She stated and Ei puffed her cheeks before placing her down. 

The doors to the palace flew open and inside came 3 guards. Your majesty princess Makoto has disappeared into thin air. We tried to search for her and she was right behind us." He stated and the queen jumped up. "What, how can my daughter disappear like that. You need to search for her again." She yelled and walked quickly to the door. "I'll help too." 

Back with Y/n and his team

A bandit was raining down from the crash magic of Gildarts and the two exceeds had proceeded to play with the tiny versions while at the back Cana began to collect the bandits into her card magic space. "That makes all 10 of them." She said and all of them jolted up when they heard a gasp coming from inside of the destroyed castle. "Guys the bandits had a little girl with them." Irene stated and Y/n stared at her as he walked to them with a bandit held on his collar. "Who's she?" He asked and the girl looked up to them. "She doesn't look like she's from here." Cana stated and Irene mused a bit. "My name is Raiden Makoto." She stated and right at the moment the name fell Irene's eyes grew wide. "No, that can't be if she's really the Shoguns daughter then we are in deep trouble." She whispered and Cana looked at her in wonder. "How so? its just a kid." Cana replied and Irene looked right back to her. "She comes from a place thousands of miles away on the other side of the continent, a place called Japan. Its exactly the one woman I was talking about when I explained the banners. I can't understand how she got here but we need to inform the guild and princess Hisui of her. It can have major problems if Ei would find out that her daughter is in Fiore and she's known in history to attack when it comes to protecting something she cares about."

"So from what I get is that this small kid can cause the whole of Fiore the be destroyed?" Gildarts asked and Irene nodded. "If her mother finds out she's here she will think we took her as hostage." Irene replied and Y/n bit his lower lip nervously. "So we are in really deep trouble." He asked and Irene just looked down to the kid.

Everyone nodded. "So lets get to the guild and have Mest bring us to Crocus in an emergency as fast as possible." Cana said and everyone got on their way to the guild. "Don't worry, we will bring you as soon as possible back home but how did you end up here?" Irene asked and the girl shrugged. "All I remember is that I've sneezed and lighting shot down. The next moment I was right in the middle of the bandit camp with them looking at me like a deer." She said and Cana chuckled. "Well I can't really blame them, I would also look at something the same way when I never expect it to happen." She said and Bill then flew right at the girl. "Her clothes do look really expensive for a little girl." She stated and the child's eyes sparkled. "What's this mysterious flying pet." She asked and Bill grew a tickmark. "Who are you calling a mysterious flying pet? I'm an exceed and I look like a cat." She yelled and the child laughed. "Yay a kitty, your fur looks almost like my moms fluffy wuffy." She said and Irene placed a hand on her mouth before she burst out laughing.

Cana knelt down in front of the girl. "What's a fluffy-wuffy?" She asked raising an eyebrow and the girl looked up. "Its a Tiny pink fox and supper cuddly." She replied and Bill tried to get out of her grasp but couldn't do much more then move her paws. "Let me go." She whined and Rose kept laughing at Bill. "How does it feel to be crushed by a hug." She mocked and Bill glared at her. 

The group heard a clapping and they turned to Y/n. "Now now. Come on guys. We got what we wanted and should go back to the guild asap and talk to master." He stated and all nodded.

Inside of the guild Master Makarov was sitting at the counter drinking his beer. His face was showing him to be deep in his thoughts. "Who should I give the seat as master to? Erza is a great choice but her mind has come to a more family focused one. Maybe I should give Jellal and her both the seat as master? I know he just joined, or should I give Laxus the seat. Irene even tough she's a strong fighter has shown me just how sharp her mind is and she's a true born leader. No wonder when she's the former queen of the long lost Dragnof  kingdom and Erza her only child shares many of those traits that a real leader needs to have." He thought and placed the mug down. 

"I have decided who I will give the seat as master to." He stated and all three of the girls behind the counter stared at him. Namely, Heine, Juliet and Mirajane. "Really master, who would you give it to?" Mirajane asked and Makarov looked in front. "No one, as long as I live I will be master, you can find it out in a letter that I will write and only let it be opened after I'm 6 feet under. I'd be getting a heart attack if I would let any of you be the master of the guild, Irene may seem like a perfect choice but I have a feeling she'd start to mess with the other guilds out of boredom to cause internal problems." He stated and Mirajane ohed. "I see master, you think lady Irene would use the ways of a ruler to affect other guilds and have advantages?" She asked and Makarov nodded. "Yes exactly that, she's going to be my top choice in the upcoming grand magic games. If she wants to partake in that." He added and the guild doors opened revealing the group with a small kid. 

"We are back." Cana yelled and the guild erupted into cheers seeing them. "Man I didn't think this job could have taken three days, getting those guys really was like chasing a mouse." Y/n stated and Irene laughed. "Its true that one wizard with his teleportation magic was our biggest threat but thanks to Cana and her stun card we could knock him out first from the shadows." She stated and a pat on Canas head made her look towards her father. "You really show to be worthy of an S class Cana, I'm proud of you and to be on your team." Gildarts said and she smiled. "Yeah I'm going to get stronger and next S class trials will be mine." She yelled and Y/n grinned at her. He gave her a thumbs up. "If you can win against me that is." He replied and she looked at him with a fiery glare. "Bring it by then." She winked.

The group arrived right in front of Makarov who looked at them calmly before noticing the little girl hiding behind Irene's leg. "Did you guys find an orphaned child and told it Fairy Tail is home to everyone?" He asked and he was met with silence. "No Master Makarov, we found her in the bandit camp of our request and she's not from here or any of the villages in Fiore." Irene stated and Makarov perked an eyebrow. "Is she a slave that was brought from Bellum?" He asked and Irene shock her head. "This girl master Makarov is the daughter of the Shogun from Japan the lighting empress as some know her in this part of the world or as she's known over there The Raijin." She stated and Makarov's mug fell down breaking. He began to sweat "We are doomed." He murmured and the guild stared at him. 

Erza stood up abruptly and walked right up to the group. "Master why is this little girl meaning so much trouble to us, she doesn't even look terrifying." She stated and Irene turned to her daughter. "Its not the child I'm worried about, its her mother, Belzeebub is a war general who has fought head on against many monsters and armies. Even I clashed blades with her, we only came to a draw. But if she finds out that her child is here the whole of Fiore could be turned into a battleground. facing the god of thunder herself will make the war against Alvarez look like childsplay" She stated and Makarov looked at the little girl.

"Tell me child, did you feel any threatening energy coming from us?" He asked and the girl shook her head in a no. He looked back to Irene. "What do you think we should do?" He asked and Irene crossed her arms thinking about it. "The only thing I can come up with is either hide her as well as we can. Call Queen Hisui about it as she can get into contact with one of the Shoguns commissions and we let them handle it, or which is a completely insane suicide tactic get on a journey to Japan to bring her over to her mother and face the wrath of the Narukami ogosho god of thunder." She stated and Makarov slowly smiled. "You seem to have set up well into the guild Irene and already know how we think, but I agree. Going there is a stupid idea especially since its a closed down nation and you can't get in or out. So she's stuck with us not even Mest could get us in there and curently he's out on a job." Makarov stated and Irene nodded.

Irene knelt down to the girl. "Tell me Makoto would you like to be part of the guild for until we can find a way to get you back to your home?" She asked and the girl slowly nodded. "Yes I want to be with big brother and big sister." She stated and Y/n blushed lightly. "Hey don't call me big brother." He stated and Cana gave him a smug look. "Why not, Nii-san." She whispered and his face went bright red.

Makaov stood up from the counter. "Listen up everyone. As you know each year in the kingdom of Fiore the grand magic games are taking place and we had decided together with the other top guilds to not partake in them and to let some smaller guilds be known but in recent the call for the top guilds has been stronger, that we should be part of it again. Especialy since some new top wizards joined their ranks with Sorano and Merredy and we have Cobra in our guild thanks to Kinana. Sabertooth, Lamia Scale, Mermaid Heel, Quadro Cerberus and Blue Pegasus will all take part if we too will they each have set a mutual challenge to each other to make the grand magic games as exciting as never before. We know that due to a rule change the grand magic games no longer are the key to being number 1 of the guilds, the purpose of the games has become solely fixed on entertainment and showing the world the strongest mages in the land. How to guilds are ranked is based on the system we had in the past, the more of the harder quests we do the higher we are in the list and with the completion of the 100 year quest its unlikely we will ever be lower then first." Makarov stated and the guild began to talk between each other. 

The red haired reqiup mage threw her arm to the side looking at him angry. "Master you don't think of what we are thinking do you?" Erza asked and he looked through the hall at the guild members before he nodded. "I am Erza dear. Our newest members should be taking part in the grand magic games which are coming up in 3 months." He yelled pointing his hand up and the guild began to cheer up. "The prize money will be ours again." He yelled.

Y/n looked confused at all of them. "Wait does that mean." He asked and Cana nodded happily. "You, Irene, Jellal and Cobra are going to be the main choice of the grand magic games, the rest will be taken from who wants to take part." She stated while pocking his chest lightly and Y/n looked at Irene. "Don't worry, we will manage and its 3 months to it so we have plenty of time to get stronger." She stated and squeezed his shoulder. She balled her fist up while keeping her gaze at him. "Lets do our best for the guild, no our family." She added and Y/n's lips formed a small smile. "Sure Irene, I'll do my best and especially to make this event as entertaining as possible for little Makoto here." He replied bumping Irene's fist and Cana placed her arm around his neck. "You'll win this for sure." She said and Gildarts walked right up to him. "I'll come along for your training, you will need ever little bit you can have and I'm just the right partner for all of you, even you Cana."

Makarov stopped the group. "Irene wait before you get to conclusions, Cobra and Jellal didn't agree on playing a role in it, its their choice but from what I think its better that every single one of us will be going to train the next 3 months we don't know what kind of games they will have. It could be an all out guild vs guild fight for all we know. We don''t know this years rules so the team will be done once we get the official team regulations for this year." Makarov stated and Irene bowed. "Of course master. I will personally train Y/n, Cobra and even Jellal, we share some of the magic and I think each one of us can profit from facing the other. I'm stocked on seeing Cana's grow in our training." She added and the brunette tensed up. "Wait you want me to be part of your group?" She asked and Irene nodded. "Together with Gildarts of course." She stated happily sipping at her tea. "What are we waiting for guys, lets plan and pack our stuff." Y/n yelled and ran to the door. "Hold your damn horse." Cobra yelled and Y/n looked at him. "And yes I can hear your thoughts." He added before he extended his hand. "I'm  Erik and this dense guy right here is Jellal Fernandes." He stated and motioned with a nod to the blue haired guy. Y/n raised an eyebrow. "It took him over  2 years to accept his love to the one and only Erza titania and she already knew he loved her but she wanted to know it from him." He stated and Y/n ohed. "I gotta remember you can read my mind and I'm sure you've listened in on too many things you shouldn't have." He replied and only a silent nod came from Erik while his face turned into one of disgust. "I know who truly has a perverted mind." He muttered silently.

A/n Here is is chapter 22 with the next story arc being about the grand magic games and another Arc already being teased on about, some people may know the names I've chosen but I chose them as I liked them and the characters. So for the Grand Magic games I need some Ideas I may come up with my own ideas for the games or only write around the games what happens since I'm better at story telling then writing fights. And who might have the dirtier thoughts the guys or the girls.
