The next day, No One's POV

Slayer woke up and saw Day coughing. Slayer hurried over to Day and gently touched her forehead. It was burning up.

" a fever, there is no way I can fly and hold her, at the same time Roku wake up" Slayer said

" hm?*wakes up* what's going on?" Roku asked

" Day has a fever, I need a healer from my village" Slayer said

" I can shift into my human form and hold her while you are flying" Roku said

" are you sure, it will take a lot of energy out of you" Slayer said

" yes, I'm sure" Roku said

Roku shifted to his human form, Roku had blonde hair and black eyes.

Roku's POV

Slayer shifted to his dragon form, his scales go from red and crimson red

" get on!" Slayer yelled

I gently picked Day up and got his back. Slayer walked out of the cave and took to the sky. I linked to lady Rose

" Lady Rose, can you hear me?" I asked

" Yes, I can hear you Roku.... Wait, are you in human form?" lady Rose asked

" yes I'm, listen lord Slayer found a girl last night during the storm and now she has a fever" I said

" How far are you?" lady Rose asked

I looked down and saw Cherry village, Cherry village is 80 miles from Dragon scales.

" 80 miles, we just passed Cherry village, not too long ago" I said

" tell the lord to take her to his house" lady Rose said

" lord Slayer, lady Rose wants you to take lady Day to your house" I said

" hang on" Slayer said

Slayer used Dragon rush, I held on to his scale while holding lady Day. I looked down and saw Dragon Scale's wall. Slayer slowed down and flew to his house. I saw lady Rose and lady Katlyn waiting outside his house. Slayer landed near his house.

Lady Rose gently took Lady Day from my arms as I got off his back. Slayer shifted to his human form and passed out. I quickly caught Slayer

" let's get him inside" Katlyn said

I took Lord Slayer inside his house and took him to his room. I gently laid him on his bed

Rose's POV

Katlyn started getting things for the girl who Lord Slayer and Roku brought in. I looked at the girl and saw she had long red hair. Katlyn placed a bowl of water on the nightstand near me.

" How is the lord?" I asked

" he is resting, he used Dragon rush" Katlyn said

" I see, the girl's fever is not deadly but I'm going to use my healing magic to lower it" I said

" Lady Rose, will she be okay?" Roku asked

" Yes Roku. She is going to be okay, where was the lord and her at?" I asked

" a cave, 10 miles away from the village of sunset, north of the phoenix kingdom" Roku said

" Why was he out that far?" Katlyn asked

" getting wood for Sir Leon's house" Roku said

" I forgot Leon moved here" Katlyn said

Katlyn smiled. I looked at the girl and started to heal her. I saw something on her left arm.

" phoenix" I said softly

" Lady Rose, are you okay?" Roku asked

" yes I'm fine" I said

If this girl is a phoenix. Maybe she knows the royal family. The girl slowly opened her eyes. Her eyes were ocean blue

" Where am I?" the girl asked

" Dragon Scale village, may I ask who are you" Katlyn asked

" My name is Day, is Slayer here?" Day asked

" lord Slayer is resting in his room" I said

" Who are you?" Day asked

" my name is Rose, this is Katlyn and the blonde guy near the door is Roku" I said

" please rest Lady Day, you have a fever" Roku said

" the fever is down, but you might feel weak" I said

" she is still sick" Roku said

" yes. She is but she can walk around a little. For the time being you will stay here in his quest room. Don't worry the guest room is close to Lord Slayer's room" I said

" I'm going to check on Lord Slayer" Katlyn said

Katlyn left the room. I checked Day's temperature. It was normal, I smiled softly

" Rose can I ask you something" Day asked

" sure" I said

" What is Slayer like?" Day asked

" kind, sweet, caring. He is a fighter but he only fights when he needs to" I said

" he was kind to me when he found me" Day said

" If I may ask, where are you from?" I asked

" I don't want to talk about it please" Day said

Later that night, Day's POV

Rose said I can walk around Slayer's house. I walk downstairs and saw Slayer was cooking

" Slayer?" I asked

" Yes Day?" Slayer asked

" Are you okay?" I asked

" I'm okay, I just needed a nap. How are you?" Slayer asked

" I'm okay. Rose wants me to take it easy" I said

I saw a letter appear in front of me. I touched it as it opened. It was from Kiro

" Dear Princess Day

The kingdom is throwing a second life party for you, they are buying the fake you as the real you. Any who. I'm leaving the kingdom tonight. The captain already knows about me leaving. I hope to see you soon- Kiro"

I started to tear up, I quickly hid the letter as Slayer turned around

" Are you okay?" Slayer asked

" my best friend is alive, I thought he was killed when the princess was killed" I said lying a little bit

" the princess is died?" a new voice asked

I turned around and saw a girl with brown hair and ember eyes. She was holding a staff in her right hand

" Cheyenne. I thought you was sleeping" Slayer said

'" I waw but I sensed a new aura in your house, I thought you was in danger Lord Slayer" Cheyenne said

" Day is our new guest. Sorry for telling you. She had a fever this morning and when I got back to the village. I passed out" Slayer said

" I'm sorry for coming in without saying something lord Slayer*I saw a black dog walk in and sat down next to her. The dog looked at me* it's okay Shadow she is a friends" Cheyenne said

The Dog named Shadow wagged his tail. I smiled softly

" Why aren't you resting Lord Slayer?" Roku asked while he was walked over to us
