I turn to look at the direction all the dragons have fled off to. I pull away from Hiccup and turn to face the distance. A smile starts to form on my face. Yeah, until we meet again.

-A Date-

Y/N P.O.V

I wake up to the sound of bird chirping. I move to sit on my bed. Since we've won the battle, we have returned to Berk. Our lives are peaceful now. But the only thing that are missing from our lives are our cold-blooded reptile friends, the dragons.

I let out a sigh and stand up. I walk towards the window and opens it. I watch as birds flying by, reminding me of my giant friend. My eyes soften as I think about her. D/N... I hope you're okay. I hope you're happy living in your new home in the Hidden World. Do you miss me?

"Hey, Y/N!!" Someone called out. I turn my head to the sound and notice Hiccup. He grins when he notices that he have gained my attention. I smile at him and jump out the window. Hiccup panics at the sight. But I use magic to slow my fall, as I land on the ground smoothly.

I turn my head and laugh as I see Hiccup panicked face. I shake my head. "What? Don't tell me that you forgotten that I'm a sorceress..." I said, placing my hands on my hips while staring at him with a raised eyebrow. He let out a huff and flick my forehead. I yelp at his action and pout.

"That still doesn't mean you should just jump out the of the window!" He scolded. I just chuckle and shake my head. He let out a huff. He walks up to me, wrapping an arm around my waist and pulls me closer to his chest. "I know you have magic. But... that still scares me. I don't want you to get hurt..." he said, burying his face into the crook of my neck. My eyes soften at what he said. I wrap my arms around him.

"I'm sorry... I won't do it again" I said. I run my hand through his hair as he tighten his arms around me. I just stay silent, letting him hug me for as long as he wants.

"Promise?" He said, pulling away to look at me. I smile softly and nod my head. He lift his hand, cupping the side of my cheek. He leans in and gently places his lips against mine in a gentle kiss. I close my eyes as I respond to his kiss.

We pull away for air. Hiccup places his forehead against mine as he caress my cheek softly. "I love you, Y/N..." he said. I smile and gently peck his nose, making him blink his eyes in surprise. I let out a giggle.

"I love you too, Hiccup" I said. He smiles softly at me and nudges his nose against mine. I bury my face in the crook of his neck, as he held me close in his arms. I love being in his arms. It gives me a sense of reassurance and calmness.

"Y/N..." he said, after a while of silence. I pull away to look at him, humming softly. He smiled shyly at me and rub his neck, looking a little nervous. "Do you... want to go on a date with me?" He asked.

"Sure, I'd love to..." I said, kissing his cheek. He blinks his eyes in surprise. He starts to grin happily and gives me a quick kiss.

"Great! I'll pick you up in an hour! Make sure to look pretty" He said. He turns around and runs off, only to stop mid-way. He turns to look at me. "Not that you're not pretty... you're really pretty! I mean... just dress prettier than usual. Eh... you're already pretty in whatever you are wearing. I mean..." he stammers, growing even more panicked as he speaks. I shake my head and let out a soft laugh.

"Hiccup... okay. I get it. Dress fancier that I normally would" I said. He smiles and nods his head. He waved at me and turns around, running off. I let out a soft giggle at his action. I turn around and enter my house.

I wonder what's so special about this date, that he ask me to dress fancier than I normally would. I just shake my head. I should just wait and see what he planned. I'm going to find out about it when we go on this date. Oh, I'm so excited!

As I comb my hair, I hear the sound of door knocking. I smile to myself and place the comb down. I turn around and make my way outside, through the door this time. I don't want to give Hiccup two scares in one day. His poor little heart wouldn't be able to handle it.

I open the door and smiles at Hiccup, who stares at me in awe. "Does this look okay?" I asked, twirling around for him. I turn properly to face Hiccup. He just keeps staring at me without saying anything. I furrow my eyebrow in confusion. "Hiccup? Hellooo..." I said, waving my hand in front of his face. He blinks his eyes, finally snapping out of his daze.

"You look... uh, you look..." he stuttered out. I let out a laugh and places my finger on his lips, shutting him up. He shuts up and stares at me. He shakes his head, and lift his hand to remove mine from his lips. "You look pretty. Wait no... you look beautiful, Y/N" he said. I smile shyly at his compliment.

"Thanks..." I said, tucking a strand pieces of hairs behind my ear. Hiccup take a step closer to me and places a quick kiss on my cheek. "You look very handsome, Hiccup..." I said.

"Thank you, love. Shall we go?" He asked. I smile softly and nod my head. He gently start to pull me along with him. I just follow wherever he's taking me. He entwine our hands together. He lift his hand and gently places a kiss on the back of my hand. He ket his lips linger against my skin, making me smile at his loving gesture.

Hiccup leads me to a small pond. There's a blanket being laid out on the ground. "A picnic date?" I said, turning to look at Hiccup. He smiles and nods his head. He runs his neck sheepishly.

"Sorry if it's too cliché..." he said. I shake my head and kisses his cheek, letting him know that I don't mind with a simple picnic date. We take off our shoes and sits down on the blanket. Hiccup starts to place the foods in front of us.

"Did you prepare all of this? By yourself?" I asked, while staring at the amount of food. I turn to look at Hiccup. He turn to look at me and shakes his head.

"No... my mom help me with the food too" he said. I just smile softly at him. He scoops up some f/f and turn to me. "Here, have a bite" he said. I open my mouth and eat it. I hum softly at how delicious it tastes.

"It's good... delicious" I said. He smiles in relief. I giggle at him and feeds him too. We start to eat and talk about a lot of thing. Especially about how much we miss our best friends.

A While Later

Hiccup stands up abruptly. I stare at him in confusion. He offers his hands to me. I place my hands on top of his. He gently pulls me up, until I'm standing on my feet.

He smiles softly at me. He lift my hands and kisses their knuckles. He gently rub the back of my hands, as he stare at me with a loving gaze. "Y/N... over the times I've know you. I know that I would love you 'till the day I die... I will lose myself if I were to lose you. I want to spend the rest of my life with you by my side. So I have one question for you" he said. He reach inside his pocket and takes out a box, making me let out a gasp. He went down on one knee as he opens the box.

"Will you marry me, Y/N?" He asked, while staring at me expectantly. Tears starts to build up in my eyes.

"Yes... of course" I said. He smiles happily and slip the ring on my finger. I admire it and then to look at Hiccup. He smiles at me. He lift his hands, gently cupping both of my cheeks.

"I love you, Y/N... so much. I can't wait to grow old with you..." he said. I smile softly at him and throw my arms around his neck. He wraps his arms around my waist, in a tight embrace.

"I love you too, Hiccup" I said. He place his hand on my cheek as I pull away. He leans in and gently places a soft kiss on my lips. I close my eyes, tilting my head slightly as I respond to his kiss. I'm so happy! I'm about to get married to the love of my life!
