It was the break of dawn and Andrew the prince of the dragons had been awoken by father instead of the maid that usually woke him up and told him what his is duties were for the day "Papa..?" Andrew said still somewhat asleep. "Good morning my little hatchling!" Andrew's father said bright as always. Andrew rubbed his eyes gently and a smiled slightly "good morning papa" Andrew said a bit more wake. "The maid couldn't wake you up today because she's retired due to now being in her late 60s, but I know that she's like a mother to you so I'm allowing her to stay here until she decides if she wants to go, okay hatchling?" Andrew's smile grew a bit "thank you papa" he said softly before yawning. Andrew sat up and stretched his wings and cracked his neck with a small yawn. "So today since Mrs. Embry won't be waking you up and telling you your duties from now on were gonna go out to the village and choose a new maid!" Andrew's father said in which he got a simple "kay" from Andrew.

Andrew and his father went out later that day to go look for a new maid to wake him up and tell him his duties

Many girls swarmed around Andrew, but he pushed through them as he spotted a bunny boy who looked a bit sleepy playing with children, one child was making him a flower crown and the other was making daisy bracelets with him. Andrew blushed slightly seeing the adorable smaller male be covered in flowers and adored by children. Andrew made his way over to the bunny boy. "Hello there" Andrew said softly. Rubbing his eyes the bunny boy replied "hi.." his voice was sleepy and gentle which made Andrew blush a bit more because he found his sleepy voice cute. "I-I'm prince Andrew" Andrew stuttered. "I'm Kairo.." the smaller boy said in response. Andrew smiled softly "Nice to meet you Kairo".

Andrew and Kairo continued to talk for around half an hour while the children decorated their hair with flowers

"Hey Kairo, do you have a job?" Andrew asked hoping Kairo could become his personal male maid, Kairo gently shook his head with a simple "no..". Andrew smiled excitedly. "Would you like one? because I'm currently looking for a maid!" Andrew said getting all hopeful and giddy.
