As I was in a deep sleep,all snug in my comfy bed until my alarm clock went off.

"Are you kidding me",I muttered before rolling over.As I was right about to go back to sleep,my dad walks in.

"Time to get up kiddo",he said as he walked up to me.

"No",I muttered.

He shook his head and threw the covers off of me.

"Breakfast will be ready in 10",he said as he walked downstairs.

I groaned and sat up in bed.As I got up,I went to my dresser and got ready for the day.I quickly put on my favorite,purple hoodie and fixed my hair for the day.

Then,I grabbed my bag and went down the stairs.

"Finally",He said as I sat down.He put a plate of pancakes out in front of me,covered in syrup.

"This looks delicious",I said as I started eating them.

"I'll give you the recipe when you get back from school",he said as he grabbed the dishes.

"Why are you wearing a hoodie?Its like 98 degrees outside",dad said.

"I um...I'm just super cold.Y'know,the norms",I said as I put my plate away.

"Bye dad",I said quickly and ran out the door before he could say anything.

I decided to walk today considering I have wings if something happens.I really don't want dad to get mad at me for losing my bike somewhere in the woods.

When I got to the school,I opened the locker.When I opened my locker,I felt a wave a pain hit my arm.

"Gosh,this really stings",I muttered.

I guess that is what happens when a dragon scratches you with it's claw.

I put my bag in my locker and took out my books,laptop,and headphones.

As I was making sure I had everything together,someone spooked me.

"Morning person",they said.

I yelped and turned around."Hannah,you little-",I said.

She laughed."Sorry but it was funny.How are you so early?We only got a few hours of sleep",She said.

"I don't know but I do know that my arm is still hurting",I said as I closed my locker.

"I hope it gets better soon",She said.

"Me too,I don't know how much longer I can stand this hoodie in this weather",I said while tugging on the sleeve.

"That cut literally goes from your shoulder to your wrist."

"Yup and I don't know how I'm going to train like this",I said.

"Don't worry,I'm sure everything will turn out fine",Hannah said.

I gave her a small smile along with a shrug.

"Hey (Y/N)",I heard Jim say.

I turn around to see Jim and his friend Toby.

"Oh hey!Morning guys",I said.

"Morning,you ready for that test today",Jim asked.

"Not really",I muttered.

"Me either but I wish you luck on it.Its like 60% of our grade",he said.

"Hey Hannah",Toby said.

Hannah replied with a smile as her and Toby continued talking.

"So,I was wondering if you wanted to hang out sometime",he asked.

"Um...sure,Sounds great!What time?",I asked.

"Well tomorrow, I'm going to Claire's house to study with her but maybe the day after that,we can go get smoothies at 5",he said.

"So Friday",I asked.

"Yeah,Friday",he said while rubbing the back of his neck with his hand.

"I'll meet you at 5 on Friday.At the smoothie bar",I said as he walked away with Toby.

I looked beside me to see Hannah with red cheeks.

"He called me cute",she said while moving my arm in excitement.

"Who?Toby?",I asked.

She nodded and squealed.

"You like him",I said while pointing a finger at her.

Her eyes widen."No,No I don't",she said while looking away and crossing her arms.

I shook my head and made a small laugh.

"If you say so",I said as we walked to class.

Hannah and I walked into Dimond City as she gave a playful glare at me.

"What?"

"Why do you get to fly?I want to fly too!Im tired of you carrying me up here",Hannah said.

"Maybe Star as something.She's always inventing things",I said as we went into Stars Library.

I made my armor disappear when we saw Star.

"Hello Star",we said as we entered.

"Oh hello ladys.How lovely it is too see you again.How is your arm feeling",she asked.

"It still hurts but I'm good for the most part",I said as I took my hoodie off.

I wrapped my hoodie around my waist as I looked at my arm.The bandages will have to be replaced soon.

"Winter wants to have a word with you two and it doesn't sound good",Flappper said as she entered the library.

"Oh crud",I whispered.

Hannah and I took the short walk to Winters work area to see her sitting in her seat.

"Girls!I am very disappointed in you two",she said.

Hannah gulped as I watched Winter talk.

"What are you talking about?",I asked.

"For the first time in centuries,Vendel contacted me",she said.

"Isn't that the leader of trolls or something",Hannah asked.

"Yes but he was very angry.He got a report from a troll saying a flying girl in armor broke into his shop and stole a horngazel",she said.

"I-we um.."

Winter shook her head."Do you know how bad this is.More than one troll saw you and Vendel found out that you hurt one of the trolls."

"I'm really sorry but we had to get some information on Goblins.You don't have any information on them here so we had no choice.The troll Hunter needs our help with the goblins",I said.

"No he doesn't.He has everything under control.In fact,he just had is first battle with a troll the yesterday",Winter said.

"Really?",I asked.

"Yes but Vendel doesn't want just any apology",she said.

"What do you mean?",I asked.

"Considering you hurt the troll,he would like for you to battle the Trollhunter in trollmarket",she said.

"Are you kidding me! That troll tried to kill me so I only did that for defense",I said.

"News travels fast through TrollMarket.Vendel is going to tell the Trollhunter about the battle",Winter said.

"I thought Dragons and Trolls were never suppose to meet.This isn't real!Im not going against that troll dude in a battle.He's probably 10 times bigger than me and has horns.He would even have stone skin!",I said.

"You have no choice.Its probably the only way to have peace with the trolls again",Winter said.

"I'm hurt though.I can't fight",I said.

"You have until the day after tomorrow to heal as much as you can.You will be battling him at 5:30",Winter said.

"I can't believe your making me do that",I said.

"I'm sorry but you pacifically disobeyed my rules and the troll rules",she said.

"Fine",I muttered.

"Does all the trolls know I'm human?",I asked.

"Luckily,only the troll and Vendel knows that.The troll promised to keep it secret",Winter said.

"What about the Trollhunter.He will notice I'm not a dragon because I look nothing like one",I said.

"That's exactly why Vendel and I came up with a potion.It will hopefully make you a dragon but it will only last 30 minutes.That way,the trolls won't notice you're human",Winter said.

"Are you sure that's a good idea",Hannah asked.

"Yes and you are also going to be a Dragon",Winter said.

"Why do I have to be one",Hannah asked.

"You want to be there to support (Y/N),right?"

"Yes",She said.

"Good,both of you will have an extra potion to train with",she said as she gave us two potions.They were both a bright purple color that luckily smelled alright.

"Be ready for the battle",she said.

"I'll try",I said as she flew away.

When we walked out of the dome,Star was standing with Flappper.Her arms was crossed as she held a serious expression.

"How much did you hear",I asked.

"All of it",she said.

I sighed."I'm sorry but we really wanted to help."

"It's not your job to help the Trollhunter but now you have caused us all harm.If you don't win that battle,there may be chaos and no Dragon or Troll may live in peace",Star said.

"It's my job to protect people and dragons so why can't I help fight",I asked.

"Because you are not ready yet",she said.

"If I wasn't ready,she wouldn't be making me battle with the troll hunter",I said.

"Your not ready for that either but hopefully we will have some luck on our side",Star said.

"Hey Star,I was wondering if you could invent something for me to get up here without (Y/N) carrying me every time",Hannah asked.

"Of course",she said.

Hannah smiled as I rolled my eyes.I really don't want to fight a troll.Ill die before the match even starts.

"Look on the bright side (Y/N),at least you will be bigger than him as a Dragon",Hannah said.

"I guess your right but fighting as a Dragon is different from fighting as a human",I said.

"Indeed,it is,but Hannah is right.You might be bigger and stronger than him as a dragon",She said.

"You will Win",Flappper said.

"Hope so",I muttered.

"You don't talk very much,do you?",Hannah asked.

Flappper shook her head."We best be going but we will train tomorrow at 6:00",Star said as her and Flappper flew off.
