short chapter i'm sorry!!!

"What is that?" someone asks behind the princess. "Uhhhh. I can explain." Lorena starts after placing down some blankets. "Lo! You know that those.. are banned!" her friend scolded. Surprisingly, he wasn't mad. Just really confused.

"Listen, Ez. Just please don't tell anyone." Lorena begs. "Bro. You think i'm gonna tell? This is so cool!" the friend, Ezra, exclaims. Lorena sighs before picking up the blankets and other supplies again.

"Good. You had me worried. Wanna help? I've gotta keep the egg warm until and after it hatches. I can also explain everything to you." she offers while holding out a blanket to Ezra. "Hell yeah!" he says while grabbing it and listens to her instructions.

"And that's all that the book says." Lorena finishes. "I can go get mine for extra help?" Ezra offers. Ezra and Lorena met in the town's library when they were both looking for a book about dragons. They ended up staying in touch after bumping into each other. Now they are best friends.

"Sure!" Lorena says while walking over towards her friend. They exchanged a quick hug before Ezra speaks up. "Sorry. But i've gotta go. I heard that you're going to an execution today."

"Yeah.." Lorena says while pulling away from the hug. "I can help ya through it!" Ezra offers. "You would do that?"

"Of course! What friend would i be? We both know that those executions are wrong. So, let's handle them together!"

"Sounds fantastic."

"Of course it does. I suggested it." the blonde, Ezra, teases. "Whatever you dork." Lorena says while ruffling his hair. "Did you know that dork means whale penis? So basically you're calling me a whale penis. So you're calling me a dick. So basically i'm a dick." Ezra jokes. "You are so weird." Lorena says while laughing.
