@fairygirl2006. I would love to be friends it's just that my email is messed up right now so I can't announce anything or message anyone on wattpad. I can comment tho which is good. I hope that's ok. Now on with the chapter.

Lucy's POV

"Ummmmmm did I miss something?" Natsu asked. "Well my full name is Lucy Heartfilia. Daughter of the Celestial Queen, Layla Heartfilia. I guess that makes me Princess Lucy. My mom married my dad because they fell in love while she was walking around the village one day. You could say it was love at first sight. They got married and then had me. My mother didn't have a kingdom nor did she want one. Even though she was super responsible, she thought that she couldn't rule a kingdom properly.

My mother died of magic dificiency disease. (Hope I spelled that right) I still don't know why though. She made everyone she knew vow never to tell me. After my mom died, my dad became work obsessed. All he would do is work. My dad neglected me and called me names. Although he never physically abused me, I was always emotionally hurt. See, the thing is, that I look so much like my mother, that my dad took that as an insult and hated me. He  wasn't always like that though. He was a kind and loving father before Mom died. But it all changed when she died.

I naturally inherited my mom's magic. I can summon any spirit I want. I have automatic contracts with all of them. Even the Celestial Spirit King. But I still collect the keys of any spirit I find. I don't know why but it makes me feel closer to my mom. Just like looking at the stars.

When I turned 16, I decided that I finally had enough. I ran away with the help of some of the spirits and joined Fairytail. They've treated me like family ever since." I finished the last bit quietly.

Natsu's mouth formed an 'o' shape. "That still doesn't explain how you met Dad tho" he said. "Oh yeah. Well..... Uncle Igneel would sometimes come to visit. He was always nice to me and tried to keep in touch with me after mom passed away. I didn't know he was the king or something. All I knew at that time was that there was a nice man called Uncle Igneel who would play with me in the garden." I explained. Natsu nodded.

"You haven't changed at all dear. You're still the sweet and feisty girl that I knew from all those years ago. The one who puts up a tough girl act but is broken. The one who hides her emotions. The one who's fake smile is so practiced that you can't tell the real one from the fake. The girl who helped animals. The one who would go out of her way to make others happy. The innocent girl who's totally oblivious to her surroundings. The one who values others over herself. And last but most importantly, the girl who has a pure heart." said Igneel.

I was in tears at the end of that speech. "I still can't figure out how you can read me so well Uncle. The only person who could do that besides you was Mom." I said.

"So have you met Rocky yet?" asked Uncle. "Who's rocky?" I asked. " The red dragon in Natsu's room." he replied. "Oh you mean Ignatius? Yeah. I didn't know his name so I gave him one. Personally I like Ignatius better. But I was kinda upset when Natsu told me that a unicorn army came in and took Ignatius. Luckily he came back. Now he's at the dragon spa getting cleaned up. At least that's what Natsu told me." I said.

For some reason, Igneel burst out laughing. He eyed Natsu in amusement. Natsu turned red. "Alright, time to go" Natsu said. "Bye Uncle" I said as I was about to walk out. "Hey wait a minute............. I'm supposed to be mad at you." I said to Natsu. Natsu looked confused as Igneel paled slightly. "What for?" Natsu asked. "What for? WHAT FOR? NATSU DRAGNEEL YOU CAPTURE MY GUILD, TORTURE THEM, BASICALLY LOCK ME IN YOUR ROOM AND MAKE ME MAKE YOU ERASE THEIR MEMORIES OF ME TO KEEP THEM SAFE!!! AND THEN YOU ASK ME WHY IM MAD AT YOU!?!?!? Ugh you're hopeless" I say.

Igneel gave Natsu a sympathetic look. He knew how I was when I was mad at someone. "Lucy, dear, how about you rest in Natsu's room until I deal with him. But you must promise me not to escape till Natsu comes back." he said. I nodded because I trusted Uncle Igneel completely. "Natsu, I want you to take Lucy to you're room and come back to me." he instructed. Natsu nods and takes me to his room.

Natsu's POV

After taking Lucy to my room, I go back to Dad's room. I knock and enter. "Natsu, I have 2 things to say to you. 1- I can't believe you told Lucy the unicorn lie. And she actually believed it. 2- When Lucy is mad at you, SHE IS REALLY MAD AT YOU. Once, she was mad at someone and didn't want anything to do with them for 2 whole months straight. Lucy also gets really cold when she's mad at you. She gives you the silent treatment and the fact that you did that to her and her guild, doesn't help because she's gonna be super mad at you. It's gonna be harder for you to win her over now. Do everything you can. If I remember correctly, she completely ignores your presence til she thinks that you're worthy of her to notice you again. In other words......... you messed up BAD. And you're screwed" Igneel finished. "O-oh. Thank you Dad. I'll be going now" I said while walking out.

I was getting really worried now. What if Lucy didn't talk to me for the rest of my life? I need to think of something. FAST. Something that'll make it up to her. I know. I'll ask Emily. She's really good with shipping. (She's like a Mira 2.0) I'll ask her for advice. I could tell by the glint in her eyes that she already ships us. And all. I MEAN ALL of her ships get together. Now off to find Emily.

Igneel knows about Natsu being a dragon obviously. He just wanted to see how Lucy would react if he brought up the topic. Peace ✌🏻
