Lucy's POV

I woke up in a cell. I looked around and saw all my other guild mates there. Some were still unconscious. "Where are we?" I asked. "LUCY!!!!!!" the people who were awake yelled and crushed me in a group hug. "Are the others ok?" I asked. " I think we're all fine" Levy said. The others were awake by now. "For now" we heard a voice.  "Who's there?" I shout.

"I'm Michael. And I will torture you today." He said. He had pale skin and black hair. We just sat there confused. "Ummm........ what did we even do?" I asked. "Seriously? Are you that oblivious Blondie? You destroyed Hargeon." he said. "WHO ARE YOU CALLING BLONDIE?!?!?" I shouted. "Watch your tone and I might torture you with a whip and not a knife" he said. "Sadist" someone whispered. "Oh look who volunteered to go first"he said. "Lisanna no" I said. He roughly grabbed her and tied her to a chair. He started to whip her with a whip. Most people were crying now. Our family was being hurt and there was nothing we could do about it. He roughly grabbed her after he was done and shoved her back into the cell. "Since you gave me what I wanted to hear, you can go back early" he said. Lisanna passed out from the pain.

"Why are you doing this? It's not like we haven't destroyed towns before. We always pay for the repairs. In fact, Hargeon should be repaired by now" I said. "True, but Hargeon is where the queen was from" he said. My mouth formed an 'o' shape. He laughed at my reaction. "Alright, who wants to go next?" he asked. No one answered. "How about you" he said as he dragged Evergreen out. He took out a knife and started to cut her. He went deeper and deeper. Her bloodcurdling screams were too much. He shoved her back in because she passed out from blood loss.

"It's your turn Blondie" he said. I just walked out. He didn't tie me up surprisingly. Instead, he chained my wrists to the wall. He took out his whip and started to whip me. I was biting my tongue to stop myself from screaming. I kept my face blank. I wasn't gonna give him the reaction he wanted. Why you ask? Because I'm a stubborn arse.

"DARN IT!!!" he yelled out in frustration. "WHY ARE YOU NOT HOWLING IN PAIN ALREADY?!?!?!" he screamed. I didn't say anything. He held onto my neck in a chocking position. "ANSWER ME!!!" he shouted. I rolled my eyes. "One last chance or the little one gets it" he said pointing to Wendy. I gasped. "Because I'm not gonna give you the satisfaction of the response your expecting" I told him straight up. He growled. He went to grab his knife. My guild mates started begging him to stop. I looked at them with sympathy. "It's ok guys. If it's keeping you guys from getting hurt then I'm ok" I told them. Some of them burst out crying. "Lucy, stop playing hero" shouted gray. "WHAT DID YOU SAY ICE PRINCESS?!?!" I yelled at him. "WHAT YOU HEARD!" he replied. "NOW IS NOT THE TIME" shouted Erza. "A-aye" said Gray and I at the same time.

Michael looked me confused. "HOW ARE YOU MORE SCARED OF THE RED HEAD THAN ME?!?!?" he asked outraged. "Don't underestimate Erza dude. She can be scary." I answered. "You sure are an interesting girl" a guy emerged from the shadows.

Natsu's POV

I was there the whole time. I kinda felt bad for making Michael torture them. He was a nice guy. But he loves playing bad cop so I let him. Until I saw the Blondie. She was more scared of the red head than the guy who tortured two of her guild mates. She comforted her guild mates when she was getting tortured. She valued the girl's life more than her own. And she started to fight with a shirtless guy in the cell. She was intriguing. I emerged from the shadows and said "You sure are an interesting girl". Everyone looked at me. Most gasped. The girl looked at me suspiciously. "And who might you be?" she asked. I was shocked. She didn't know who I was? Some people in the cell face palmed.

"You don't know who I am?" I asked her. "I do" she answered. Now I was confused. "Geez dude, ever heard of the 'dramatic touch?'" she asked. Then the rest face palmed. "Then who am I?" I asked her. "You're the king" she answered. She then started eyeing me suspiciously. I looked at her more carefully and DAMMNNNNNNNNNNNN was she hot. I got a strange feeling in my tummy. Adrenaline pumped through my veins. I then got a whiff of her scent. I nearly passed out. It was so intoxicating. She smelled like strawberries and vanilla. My heart started beating VERY fast. She cocked her head to the side. She looked so cute. I couldn't get enough of her. At that moment, I knew that she was my mate.

"Let her go" I commanded. "R-right away" said Michael. He unlocked her chains. She started rubbing her wrists with a pout on her face. SO KAWAII!!!!!! Her scent hit me again. This time I couldn't control myself. I ran forward and hugged her. I buried my face in the crook of her neck and started sniffing her. I heard gasps. I ignored them.

I think she finally got what was happening because she started freaking out. "Eeeekkk!! What are you doing???? Hey wait a minute....... ARE YOU SNIFFING ME!?!?!?!? CREEP!!" she yelled. I looked at the cell. "Michael, I want you to treat them well. Don't hurt them. Feed them and take care of them. They're still not allowed to leave the cage so if the try then punish them. I'm taking this one." I said. Michael looked shocked. But listened because I'm the king.

What's your name Blondie?" I asked her. "I'm not telling you" she answered. "You will if you want the white haired girl unharmed. "It's Lucy" she muttered. But I have dragon hearing so I heard. "Ok Luigi" I said just to tease her. "IT'S LUCY!!" she shouted. I chuckled. I was about to carry her off but she struggled to escape my grip. So I used the sleeping spell but only on her. Before she passed out she managed to say "Seriously? Again?".

Fairytail was screaming at me to let her go. "Chill. Jeez. She's my mate I'm not gonna hurt her." I reassured them. Their mouths formed an 'o' shape. I'm guessing they all knew what that was. "So I take it that you all know what that is?" I questioned. They nodded. "Careful tho. She's really reckless and doesn't know that you can turn into a dragon. Also she doesn't know what 'mate' is. She's pretty oblivious actually. Even though she is my best friend." said a small bluenette with wavy hair. I nodded. I took her to my room where I lay her down.

I knocked on the door to my fathers room. And without waiting for a reply, I burst through the door. "DAD I FOUND MY MATE!!!" I screamed. "I know my son" he answered. I then saw the lacrima in the dungeons. "You shouldn't have hurt that guild. They are the ones who vanquish half of the evil in Fiore.I looked down in guilt. "I know Dad but you know I can get sensitive when it comes to mom. Especially after she died. I'm gonna go to my room now" I said. "Ok son. See you later". And with that, I left.
