I land at home with the dragon egg excitedly. I Hum to it and put it next to the fire. I stare at it for a while, studying it.

I take the pheasant out of my satchel and I gut the pheasant.

I rinkle my nose at the smell and through the guts our the door.

I cook the pheasant halfway, Then I take a couple feathers and pull. The skin slides off and I toss the skin over to my bucket of water where I wash it.

I cook it more then eat it staring outside waiting for Akilah to come home, and I look at the egg ever so often. I finish with a final gulp and go over to wash the Skin.

I wash the skin and eventually get bored after I finish. I decide to go back to the cave to get the minerals. I wipe my hands on my sides getting the water off and I kiss the egg goodbye.

Then i grab my metal claws i use to scrape at the rock and pry the minerals and stuff off.

I smile as i look over my shoudler to say goodbye to the egg. "bye little dragon!~" i chirp and i lift off into the sky behind my den.

I spot the cave eventually and dive, tucking my wings in close to me. I see the cave right dead in front of me and I suddenly shoot my wings out and flap once very powerfully causing me to glide into a tree.

I swing my legs up so my feet can catch the tree and I sink my claws into the tree catching myself from falling.

I smile at the successful dive and not breaking my neck.

I drop down from the tree and drop into the hole and walk into the cave. My eyes egust to the darkness and the cave tens as bright as day because of my powerful eyesight.

My eyes tear up as I look around excitedly at all of the precious material. I twitch my wings excitedly as I rush to the giant amethyst that I see.

"Akilah will love this! " I say out loud having my voice echo.

I end up having my satchel overfilled with gold, iron and obsidian.

I clutch the amethyst in my claws trying not to scratch it. It was full of dirt and rock. I can clean that off later. I think.

I walk out of the cave and into the sunlight. I lift off, singing a melody happily and hug the amethyst to my chest.

I get to the cave and check on the egg. Still intact. Good. I think.... I shrug and set the amethyst down gently by my bed.

I yawn and look around. She's still not back.... I thought worried.
