NORMAL P.O.V.

      "URGGHHH!!WE HAVE TO CATCH IT QUICKLY!!!!" A raven haired boy yells as he runs to try to catch his target. "GRAY ITS TOO FAST WE'LL NEVER CATCH THE MONSTER!!!!" Yells a scarlet haired woman to Gray. "WE WILL CATCH IT!! ERZA!GRAY! WE HAVE TO BEFORE IT KILLS ANYONE ELSE!!!!" Yells a salmon pink haired boy at Erza and Gray. "YOU'RE RIGHT NATSU! LET'S HURRY!!!!" Erza and Gray yell at Natsu.

      "AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" someone screams from a distance "RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" "NO!!" Natsu yells "ITS IN THE VILLAGE!!!!" Erza and Gray yell.

        Erza,Gray, and Natsu run through the village, following the monster's path of destruction, out of the village to a huge cave and go in and see the monster standing there.

       Erza and Gray start to begin to attack, but Natsu stops them and says. "NO! Stop! Look there's a person in its hand. We have to act with caution." Erza and Gray look to where Natsu points, nod and Erza says with a kind, rewarding smile "You're right Natsu. Good Job. I'm proud of you." Natsu gasps in surprise and then snaps out of it and says "Guys I have a plan." Gray and Erza look at Natsu as he steps forward and yells "HEY YOU MONSTER! HOW ABOUT YOU QUIT BEING A COWARD AND PUT THAT PERSON DOWN AND GIVE ME A REAL FIGHT !!!!"

      The monster roars loudly and Gray and Erza grab Natsu's shoulder and Gray says "What are you doing man?!" Erza chimes in "Yeah do you have a death wish?!"

    Natsu puts a silencing hand in the air and says "Just watch." Gray and Erza do as Natsu says and just watch. The monster roars loudly and then puts it's hostage on a very high ledge and then beats its hands on its chest and gets into a fighting stance.

        Natsu, Erza, and Gay get into their fighting stances and the team shouts in unison "BRING! IT! ON!!!!!!" The team and the monster begin to fight. "FIRE DRAGONS ROAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Yells the FireDragon-Slayer Mage, Natsu as a blast of flames come out of his mouth at the monster and keeps throwing spells at the monster.

     "RE-QUIP!! PERGITORY ARMOR!!!!" Yells the Re-Quip Mage, Erza as she attacks the monster.

    "ICE-MAKE!! CANNON!!!!" Yells the Ice-Make Mage,Gray as his Ice Cannon fires at the monster.

       After 30 minutes of fighting, the team finally killed the monster, but they have a few cuts and scrapes here and there. "Hey guys. Go ahead and head back to the hotel and get healed by Wendy. I'll catch up. I have something to take care of first." Erza and Grey nod and walk off disappearing into the distance.

Natsu P.O.V.

       I climb easily up to the ledge that the monster put it's hostage on. When I stand up on the ledge, I see a badly beaten up girl who's covered in blood and is shaking in fear.

     When she see's me age cowers back to the far wall of the ledge and shutters in fear. I give her a kind smile and say "Don't worry I'm not here to hurt you. Now let's get you out of this horrid place." I hold out a hand to her and she cautiously takes it. She slowly and weakly stands up, as soon as she stands up completely she faints.

    I act quickly, I pick her up in my arms and leap down and rush to the hotel.

     When I open the hotel room door, Erza and Gray shoot up from the couch they were sitting on while Wendy, a sky dragon slayer mage, with light blue hair was healing them, rush to me and shout "WHAT HAPPENED TO HER?!!!!!!!!!!!" I walk in and lay the blood-covered girl on the couch and say "She was the hostage the monster had taken."

    I turn to Wendy and say "Wendy... She's badly beaten up... Could you see to her wounds, and do the best you can to keep her alive please? I dont want her to to die. she doesn't deserve it."

     Wendy nods and says "Yes. Natsu I will, I'll need a wash cloth and a bucket of warm water, can you get that for me please?" I nod and quickly get what she asks for. I bring it back to her, she tales it and says "Thanks." I nod and sit in a nearby chair as I watch Wendy tend to the girl.

~ AFTER 2 HOURS~

     Wendy finishes healing the girl and says "Alright Natsu, She's going to be just fine. All of her wounds are healed. Her emotional state is really bad. Be nice to her Natsu."

          I look at Wendy smile and say "Thanks a ton Wendy, you're a real life saver. Of course I'll be nice to her." Wendy nods and smiles then yells "Hey, Erza Can You Come Here For A Minute?!" Erza is here in about 30 seconds and says "What is it Wendy?" Wendy replies "The girl needs a bath and clothes can she borrow a set of yours?" Erza nods and says "Of course she can."

   Wendy and Erza carry the girl into the bathroom. Gray comes out of his room and says "Are you guys sure about her? She could be an enemy."

    I look at him with utter shock and say "Of course we are! She was an innocent person who could have died. She at least deserves a little of our trust, until she shows differently right? Gray?" Gray looks at me shocked, nods and says "Y-Yeah I guess your right"

      About 30 minutes later Erza and Wendy come out with the girl with her new set of clothes and lay her still, unconscious body on the couch and cover her with some blankets. Wendy puts a cool moist towel on the girls forehead and says "Alright, she will be just fine. Thank you Erza. Lets all get some rest."

    "I think I'll stay here in case she wakes up or needs any help" they nod and smile and say good night and I say it back. I get close to the unconscious blonde girl and sit on the floor by the couch she was laying on. I stay up for about 30 minutes watching her before I fall asleep by her.

~Around 5 am~

LUCY P.O.V.

            I wake up on a unfamiliar couch unfamiliar room unfamiliar everything even my clothes and I see bandages all over my body I see an unfamiliar boy with salmon pink hair laying by my side he seems somewhat familiar though I groan"ugh what....happened?" The boy shoots up and hugs me saying"I'm so glad you're awake I was worried you wouldn't wake up!". I let out a small yelp and he let's go worried and says"oh I'm sorry I didn't know you were still hurt"

     I cower back in fear he shows me a kind smile that for some reason felt so familiar and I found it comforting the boy says "I'm not gonna hurt ya I'm the one that saved ya I'm Natsu Dragneel nice to finally talk to you what's your name?" I look slightly confused but smile and say "I'm Lucy Heartfilia nice to meet you as well"
