My dying love

Her cold lips trembled beneath my fingertips. I watched her close her eyes as a porcelain tear streamed down her jaw.

I felt like my heart would explode with the love I felt as my own tears followed their way out of my dead eyes.

Then the wonderful orbs made their appearance again as I lifted my finger gently from her lips and kissed it.

Time was moving too fast. But the world had stopped around us. But it soon started moving when I realised;

She was leaving -alone -without me.

And her dying breath whispered;

"I love you"
