Luigi was scared Mario never snap at his own brother like this before, then door behind him slowly open with Smg4 coming in first and the others following in quietly.

Mario:"I forgave her because I knew what she did was only because, she was blind by her own rage of losing the last splatfest which was why I was able to forgive her so quickly!"

Everyone just stood quiet and shocked with the reason how Mario was able to forgive her.

Mario: Luigi, we both know, hell even the rest of the group knows what Meggy went through. She went through so much I can tell you that; her getting trapped in a can of paint, training me to help her in the first splatfest which ended up with us losing, her teammates abandoning her only because she was around us, losing Desti, her turning into a human and now losing the final splatfest. All she ever did was went through pain which was understandable how she acted after losing. But this is losing a best friend, yeah she was aggressive towards the group but they should've endure the pain or been stubborn like me, yeah I know it's dumb but that's what best friends do!

Luigi: Mario I don't think..

Mario: Let me guess, I don't know anything about being a friend or that's not what friends do they don't hurt each other, but didn't you realize that she just lost a once in a lifetime tournament of course she was gonna be in rage with it.

Mario sighed

Mario: The group don't know, how to be a good friend they let Meggy die *sniffles* they could of continue checking on her, trying to help out over come her depression but no, they just left when she was just aggressive that's FU-

Before Mario was gonna say, he turned to Luigi not knowing the others were in the room as well

Mario: ...

Luigi: They came in quietly...

Saiko, Tari, Bob, Boopkins, Axol, and Smg4 were just standing just listening. Everyone was quiet until one spoke up

Smg4: Mario I know it's hard to understand why we weren't there for Meggy but-

Mario: Yeah I find it... *sigh* I do find it hard to understand, Meggy was alone, she thought she killed me, and you guys could of said I was fine!

Saiko: You don't think we didn't tried that already?! When Tari, Luigi and I went to go visit her, she just kept pushing us away telling us to leave her and when we continued to visit more she just opened her door yelling at both me and Tari!

Mario: ...

Mario could only just stare at both Tari and Saiko, he knew Meggy was aggressive but not like this. Even though hearing their story about her, he couldn't come to terms with it

Mario: THAT'S SO FU-

Bob: MaRio CaLm doWN MaN

Boopkins: Yeah we tried me, Axol and Bob

Axol: Meggy was too aggressive to everyone even to Luigi your own brother.

Luigi: Mario I tried to tell her too that you were going to be fine...

Mario: Damn it *Sigh*

Mario was rubbing his forehead and just sat in his wheelchair keeping quiet. The atmosphere in the room was tense no one could say a word towards Mario nor they could try to lighten the mood until they heard crying

Mario: *Sniffles* W-why did she have to do it..?

Mario couldn't hold it in longer and broke down in front of everyone, besides Luigi, they never seen Mario like this before. They went up to him to give him a group hug while he let out all his sorrow.

~12 days later~

It was raining at a graveyard with everyone standing around a gravestone that has 'Meggy Spletzer: July 16th, 2002 - May 29, 2021' craved and written onto it. Everyone were there to give their final words for the human inkling.

Axol: I haven't known Meggy for long, but the time I've spend with her she was a bold, brave and strong person.

Sakio: She cared for her friends, after all we did to her she still cared.

Bob: It'S HaRd tO sAy ThE rIGht woRds foR tHis bEcAuSe wE WerEN't cLoSe. . .

Boopkins: It's okay Bob we've always tried to watch anime with her, even though she didn't like it the times, she tired to force herself to watch it with us to at least make us happy.

Luigi: Meggy is a great person which is too late for us to understand that.

Smg4: Meggy I am sorry for being the person to try to bring you in, thinking you were a problem to the public when in reality you were someone who had pain unknown to me.

Tari: We were best friends Meggy I'm so sorry for pushing you away when you needed me to help, but I was too scared to approach you and all I can do now is regret how scared I was to help you.

Mario: Meggy I've met you in the most weirdest way, if I wasn't helping Peach paint the basement that day, you would of end up stuck in a orange paint can. After that day we went through many adventures, and we began to get close as good friends. Then you got captured and turned into a human while losing your rival during the process. You made a promise to her that you would win the splatfest for her. . . . . b-but we weren't able to win the splatfest and you couldn't keep your promise. I hope you're somewhere safe Meggy.

Everyone kept their heads down and prayed Meggy is in heaven. After their prayers they lowered the casket that held Meggy and started to bury the casket.
