Mario: If only I had gotten here minutes earlier.

Mario was holding Meggy's lifeless body, tears running down his face. The note left by her came up in his mind again, "Sorry for being an ass and horrible friend especially you Mario."

Mario: That doesn't matter of what you did, I knew you were blind by rage Meggy!

Mario hear footsteps, before they could come any closer he yelled.

Mario: WHO'S THERE?!

Smg4: It's me Mario, Smg4

Mario: GET OUT!

Smg4: Mario I saw the graffiti and the door broken down.

Smg4 also smelled a horrible odor as if blood was spilled...

Smg4: Mario let me come closer, it smells horrible here but also I smell blood? He said in a worried tone.

Mario sat quietly and began to cry, louder than before and was able to tell Smg4 to enter. As Smg4 enter, he saw Mario holding Meggy's dead body with his face covered in tears. As Smg4 saw the her, his heart sanked and tried to get close to Mario, yet he handed him a piece of paper with Meggy's last words. Smg4 felt guilty after finishing up the note

Smg4: Mario I... I'm sorry...

Mario looked at Smg4 with rage in his eyes yet he didn't want to let go of Meggy so he just glares at him.

Mario: Smg4... Call 911...

Smg4 nodded, he got out his phone and dialed. In a matter of few minutes the ambulance came and saw the two plumbers with the body as well with tears on their face. The paramedics pulled Mario gently away from the body, Mario's gloves were stained with the blood of his best friend...

Paramedic 1: How did this happen?

Smg4 proceeds to tell him that happened with the conflict between them.

Paramedic 1: I see..

Smg4 looked at Mario, he was just staring at his gloves. Smg4 got Mario's crutches and tried to help him get up. Mario looked at Smg4 again, however instead of anger all he could do is give a sorrow face towards him, Smg4 helped him stand up. Mario with smg4 help, got on his crutches and both proceeded to go back to the castle. Everyone was waiting for both Mario and Smg4 return, then a door open slowly.

Tari: You guys are back!

Saiko: ... And Meg~

Mario cut her off with the note in his hand however, they noticed the bloody covered note as well with the blood covering Mario's gloves and clothes.

Everyone's thought: *D-did she..? Oh no...*

Saiko took the note and read it out loud but Mario drown out the sounds of everything and just went up stairs slowly but surely.

Saiko read: "Everyone, I'm so sorry about what I've done... Especially you, Mario... I hurt you, and what I did was unforgivable... my guilt and depression have taken over and I can't take this anymore now... By the time you read this note, I'll be dead, which I hope makes the world a happier place... I'm no friend... I'm just a dangerous and aggressive asshole... Goodbye..." After reading the whole note, Mario said out loud towards Saiko

Mario: Please Saiko, give the note back when you're done.

Mario open the door, went in and then closed. The plumber continue walking towards his wheelchair while leaving a trail of tears on the floor.

Back with everyone else:

After Mario gave that message, everyone had tears coming down their faces. All were shocked with the event that happened, Smg4 looked up and proceeded to talk

Smg4: Guys... We all knew Meggy was aggressive towards us, but Mario was the only one out of all of us to forgive Meggy... We're not good friends, we're terrible people.

Everyone just stood there quietly and cried.

Luigi: Saiko could you hand me the note, I'm gonna give it back to Mario.

Saiko: o-ok..

She hands him the note and then proceeds he to walk upstairs, Luigi opens the door to see Mario sitting on his wheelchair crying to himself.

Luigi: M-Mario?

Mario: ...you may enter...

Luigi: Mario~

Mario: If I wasn't such a dumbass, she'll still be alive!...

Luigi:...

Mario: BUT WHERE WERE YOU GUYS?!
