Nya rushed out of the building to see Jay slumped on the wooden bench, ice pack to his bruised eye. Clutching her bag tighter, she approached him, "Another fight?"

Her boyfriend shrugged, "It wasn't my idea to fight back."

She sat herself down next to him, "What happened?"

"They started talking about you. Saying what they would do if they ever got their hands on you. I completely lost it, and punched Brad across the face." He laughed coldly, "No regrets."

Sighing softly, she shuffled closer, removing the ice pack off his face, pressing a small kiss on his bruised eye, pulling away before pressing one on his knuckles.

Jay pouted and pointed to his cut lip, and Nya giggled, lightly pecking his mouth. But Jay wasn't taking that for an answer. Grabbing Nya by her arms, he dove for a longer, deeper kiss, stunning Nya into silence as she ran her hands through his hair.

They pulled away for air and Jay grinned, "Suddenly I feel much better! Netflix and chill?"

Nya took one look at him and snorted, "Sure, Bluejay." Jay wrapped his arms around her, "I love you. So much."

The girl simply stayed silent, a smile stretching across her face.

Because even if Jay didn't know, she knew that she loved him too. With all of her heart.
