I woke up in a hospital bed with Captain Jack by my side, and Cat lady's surrounding me.

"Hey, Leyna. Don't worry, the Doctor is just getting us some food to eat", Jack told me.

I'm scared, and I need a friend right now. So, I used all the strength that I could muster up, and went to go hold Jack's hand. He could see that I was struggling to reach his hand, so he moved his hand towards my and held my hand. I gave him a small smile.

I looked around the room and looked at the counter. There were a bunch of flowers on it, most likely from the Doctor. There was a TV in front of my bed, two chairs on either side of me, a window in the corner, and a little couch in front of the window. There was also a washroom just beside the actual door. Wow, they had a long time to invent new things, but they couldn't change the hospital rooms. I just hope they changed the food.

A doctor walked in, but he looked like the man from last night in the window.

"Get... away.. from.... me!" I started moving back towards the wall so that I could be as far away from that man as possible.

Jack looked at me, alarmed. He moved up closer to me so that our faces were a few inches away. He only did this so I couldn't see the doctor that I had been afraid of.

"Leyna, you're just hallucinating. You have never seen this man in your life. It's not who you think it is." As he was saying this, the Cats approached me with a needle and injected me with it.

"Leyna, everything will be okay." Captain Jack gave me a kiss on me forehead and brought me down of the wall. He lay me gently on the bed and put a few pillows under my head.

"Jack...." I started.

"Yes, Leyna?"

"Help.... me..." I sat up a bit and leaned my head on his shoulder. It was more comfortable than any hospital pillow. I closed my eyes and fell asleep, again.

"Leyna, Leyna, Leyna. Tell them and they won't believe you. They never will. They think you're crazy, insane, so they put you in a hospital. A future hospital, that's how insane you are. A normal hospital just isn't enough. But then again, you're dealing with me", the man from the window said. He brought his arm back, then propelled it at my face, slapping me.
"Never. Believe. You."

I opened my eyes and sprung forward so that I was sitting up. Where Captain Jack was, the Doctor is there now, and Captain Jack is sitting in the other side of this very uncomfortable bed.

I never realized how small this room is. It's just enough room for my bed and the two chairs that the guys were sitting on. I still have no idea how they crammed in the couch and the sink and counter.

The Doctor was holding my hand, and Captain Jack was sleeping. The Doctor slowly guided me towards my pillow and propped up the pillows so I could sit up. There was a remote on the side of the bed which I picked up and pressed a button so I could sit up.

The Doctor, still holding my hand, got a book out from a bag that he had bought as some stores here.

"I love a good gift shop!" he said as he handed me the book.

'The 900 Year Old Traveller'

The cover was of a man's silhouette. The man looked like he was running, I don't know if he was running away, or to, something.

"Thanks", I whispered and opened up the book. I looked out the window and saw that it was nighttime. I looked back over to the Doctor and was going to tell him to fall asleep, but he was already sleeping.

I don't know how long I've been out for, but I'm guessing long enough that I can go the next 22 hours without sleeping. I opened the book and found something. A yellow sticky note.

'Time is Ticking.

-Bad Wolf'

I kept reading it over and over again. Whose time is ticking? I don't want this to be the answer, but it probably is. Mine. No one else has hottest these notes and the Doctor's not pulling a prank. My only question now is, what am I forgetting? And if my time is ticking, which means I'm running out of time to live, then who is Bad Wolf?

I'm only really caring now because the topic of death came up. Jack's immortal, the Doctor can regenerate, but me? I'll just die and become an unwanted thought.
