I woke up lying in my mate with an arm around my waist and me lying on his chest. Today is choosing day I am so excited for the initates! Me and eric always put scare in them. I close my eyes and happily sigh with a smile on my face. "Hey babe you awake?" I look up and see Eric looking at me with a loving smile and rubbing my cheek gently. "Lol yea I am". "Ready to strike fear into the initals?" He asks with a smirk on his handsome face. "Yea I am" I smirk back.

I kiss him gently at first but then he deepens the kiss. "Mmmmm" I moan. He pulls me on top of him while rubbing his hands down my back. I want to continue and just be with him today but we can't soo I pull away groaning "as much as I really wanna continue we cant. We have to get ready for the initates." He looks annoyed that we have to stop but he knows I'm right. "Fine but we are going to continue this." I smile at him and kiss him one more time "I know now come on" I get up and head to the shower and turn the water on and get in. I'm in there for fifteen minutes and then I get out. I leave the bathroom to get dress and Eric walks past kissing my cheek and getting in while I get dressed. After we finish getting dressed we walk to the rooftop and we are waiting for the initiates to come, Eric started kissing my neck where his mating mark was on my neck. "Mmmmmmm Eric the initiates are going to be here soon" I said. "Well there not here yet" Eric said smirking at me. I start moaning again. Then I hear the train start coming. I pull away from him and straiten out my cloths and move my hair to the left side of my neck so that the right side of my neck shows his mating mark. He looks at me and asks "why did you pull away" then he notices my mating mark exposed and then sees the train coming after he looks up "oh that's why" Eric says. I laugh "don't worry we can continue this later" he looks at me and says "we better" I just laugh and look at the initiates. "They look like they need work" I said looking at eric and giving him a smirk. "Yea they do but don't worry we will give it to them" he said giving me a answering smirk.

"Hi my name is Eric I am a dauntless leader and initiate trainer" Eric looks at me. This is my mate Anastasia. I know all factions express how important mates are and what happens if you with either mate or if you intervene in anyway. So I hope I don't have to explain everything. I don't know what your old factions did when if you intervened but here you are thrown into the chasm which we will show you or killed" Eric said looking at all of them seriously and with his death glare. "Now you have to jump from ledge down to get into dauntless. If you don't... well have fun with the factionless because that will be your new home" Eric says with a smirk. "Well who is first" I ask with my own smirk similar to his. Nobody moves everybody just looks at one another. Then I see a girl from abnegation step forward and realize she is my sister. I smile and look at Eric and smirk. He looks back and smiles at me. I had told him all about my family, and he told me all about his.

She keeps walking forward until she gets to the edge, she takes off her sweater. "yea take it off stiff" one of the initiates from candor says. I look over and glare at him and he looks down quiet. She looks at me with a look that asks if it is safe and I look at her and give her a firm nod. She jumps with a small scream and then she stops. I know she hit the net. I look at Eric and smirk and he smirks back at me. Me and Eric look at the other initiates and "I ask ok who is next?" The dauntless born come forward and one by one they jump down laughing and then the transfer initiates jump down one by one and they all scream until they hit the nets. I look at Eric and ask "are you gonna jump down with me or take the stairs down? He looks at me and says "ill jump down with you" and he gives me a soft smile. I give him a soft smile back and then we go up and get on the edge and he wraps his arms around my waist and I wrap my arms around his neck and we jump. I start laughing and look up at Eric and smile and he looks at me and smiles back.

We land on the net and Zeke comes over and helps me up and then Eric gets up and wraps his arm around me. He goes over and talks to Max and I go over to four and all the initiates. "Transfer initiates will be taught from me one of your trainers and so will Four and my mate Eric. The dauntless born will go with Lauren, zeke, and Max. Four will show you transfers where everything is and Lauren will show you dauntless born to where you will stay." I say looking them over with a stern but calm face. I look at Eric and Max and they are both looking at me with smiles. I look back at the initiates "any quetins? No? Good. I will swe you all at dinner" I smirk at them and then walk over to Eric and Max. We start walking towards our offices but they are still looking at me. I look at them "what? Why are u guys still looking at me?" Giving them a wierd look. They loon at eachother and then smile at me. "You are a perfect leader. It's lIke you were made to be one" max says. I laugh and smile "of course I am! I learned from the best" I say and give Eric a flirty smile. They laugh and Eric wraps his arm around my waist and kisses my mating mark "lol you bet your ass you did babe" he says and gives me a smile. We get to our offices and Max says "see you guys at dinner". " later" we say and go into Erics office.
