"We have to find her. She's probably scared and alone," Jacob said worriedly, he paced in a circle, his eyes in fear.

I turned to look at him, "We will we just have to calm down." We did that person feel familiar? It wasn't Oliver even though it looked like him. Oliver was still far from here. Think Noah think!

"Why not Mr. Electro Man? Can't you use one of your 'perks' to find him," Courtney blurted out as she sat on the ground. Her arms were crossed and she stared straight at me.

Why does she freaken hate me? Plus her attitude was starting to get to me. Deep breaths Noah. That's when it clicked. "Because I know where to go. The boy that took her, I know him."

"Okay..." She stood up. "Lets go then."

"Wait... He was that guy that led me to see Ashley!" Jacob blurted out but then confusion crossed his face. "What is he doing out here though?"

"I guess you'll have to ask when you see him."

The walk there wasn't too far especially since Pepper was leading the way. We were able to chase them most of the way but got lost when the forest thickened. Pepper sniffed the ground until the forest dimmed out. This time I took the lead. "It's over here somewhere." Pepper beat me to it. He barked at a hole in the ground that was covered by some rocks and leaves. "You're such a genius, Chris."

"I think he's broken.... There's nothing in the hole," I heard Courtney say in a whisper that she obviously wanted me to hear. "Also who is Chris?"

I turned to face them, "Okay. Everyone needs to get in that hole and then we hug." They all stared at me not moving.

"He's definitely gone crazy. We need Ashley back like right now," Jacob nodded at Courtney.

"I'm not going crazy. Just please do as I say." The three of them hesitated for a second before dropping into the hole. Pepper tried to drop in but I pushed him back telling him to stay. He whined but did as I said.

It was a tight squeeze but once everyone was inside we started to shrink. With our bodies shrinking the hole started to become bigger. The group huddle closer as I used my powers to shrink us smaller and smaller.

"Uh why are we shrinking?!" Ethan held until my arm tighter, his head whipped around as he saw the way we come in become a huge wall.

I backed away and everyone looked around or at themselves. Courtney brought out her gun and frowned, "Now it's a BB gun... great."

I motioned for them to follow me, "We pass through this hole and we will be inside." The hole looked like a massive entrance to a cave. We slowly walked through gaping at everything and once we were inside I saw Chris and two other guys. Placing a finger at my mouth I nodded them to follow me to the bookshelf. We walked against the hoping that no one would catch us.

"Now I understand what its like to be a ant. I wouldn't be able to do this everyday," I heard Ethan whisper to someone, which in reply they shushed him.

"Noah... aw it's so great to finally see you," Chris said he stood a few hundred feet away and started walking towards as. His feet vibrated against the rocky floor causing as to stumble around. Great he probably heard Ethan.

"Guys get in a huddle! Noah do your thing!" Jacob yelled over the stomping. Courtney grabbed Ethan and they jumped over to Jacob. All they need was me. I ran towards them my arm reached out. Almost. Chris next step made me stumbled and hit the wall. The pain made my vision fuzzy and as I closed my eyes I felt a hand pull me up. Jacob had lifted me up and into the group.

"Thank you," I nodded at him before using my power to make us bigger again. As we held each other tighter the less we stumbled around. A hand gripped my shirt as I almost there. We were only about half our height when Chris snatched me up.

"You aren't going to win that easily," Chris held me in front of him and laughed. I tried to swing punches but he was too far away. I summoned a strike of lightening and threw it at him. He laughed it off like it was nothing. "Its good to see you are still your same old self."

"Same goes for you too. You mind putting me back on the ground?" I hung in the air, staring at him.

He thought for a moment then shook his head, "Now why would I do that Noah? We always knew I was the tallest one in the group."

"Yeah keyword was."

Chris snarled at me, "Watch that smart mouth of yours. I have something you want. That girl Ashley don't you think she'd-"

"You wouldn't dare."

"Noah?!" I turned to see Ashley in the doorway unharmed and she came running towards me. I closed my eyes waiting for the impact but it never came. Instead she stared at me, "You're so short and tiny." She laughed and looked at the others that just stared at her. They were just below her knees. "You all are."

"I'd watch that mouth princess. I still have a gun and once I'm big I'll kick- ow!" Jacob punched her in the shoulder to shut her up.

Ashley grabbed me and yanked me away from Chris before setting me on the ground. Chris stood confused and looked at the two boys. He mouth the words, Who let her out? The two boys shrugged in response.

I ran to the group and turned them back to normal size. Ashley ran to hug her brother than me. "I'm so glad you guys are okay."

"They didn't hurt you right?" Jacob asked looking at her worriedly. Ashley shook her head and then faced Chris.

"We are leaving now. The next time you come after me it won't be pretty," Her face masked with pure anger. I never saw her get this mad before, it kind of scared me.

Chris shook his head, "I'm afraid since you are all here. I can't let you leave. The two boys blocked the exit and Courtney brought up her gun. She pulled the trigger but nothing happened. Instead it started to disintegrate in her hand. She dropped the gun and frowned. "Zack can disintegrate things. Anything you have to use against us is useless. Eve!"

There was a clicking of footsteps before a tall girl walked out. She looked at Chris with a intense look before her eyebrows knitted together, "What do you want now? I was busy." She had a small accent that was hard to place. "If it's not killing you, then your going to have to do it yourselves."

Ashley whispered next to my ear in a low voice, "Why do I have a feeling that her and Courtney would get along just fine."

"Because it's true."

Eve eyes instantly landed on me and then our group, "You're obviously a betrayal to the system." My eyes narrowed at her and she looked at the others in the group. "We could use someone like you, Ashley."

Ashley tensed up beside me, her eyes filled with confusion, "What? I'm just a nobody." She shook her head stepping closer to our group. "Besides this is my group. We stick together."

Eve laughed looking at me and my eyes pleaded. She smirked looking at me before stepping closer to Ashley. Jacob blocked any further movements that Eve could take. The two of them were the exact height and seem to have a challenge. "Why don't you ask your 'friend' over there what I'm talking about when I say he gave you some," She smiled at me before walking off. "Do you really wanna be in their group now?"

I cursed and Ashley blinked at me, "What is she talking about?" She started to laugh nervously, "You didn't do anything stupid right?" I opened my mouth and then closed it before turning my head away. "Noah?!"

"I may have sneaked you some powers while you were still healing at my house. Just my electricity though," I confessed to her, her cheeks were puffed out in angry. She closed her eyes trying to calm down.

"And why haven't you told me this?!" She snapped, her eyes stared straight at me waiting. I glanced at everyone in the room. Jacob gave me a disappointed look while Ethan smiled widely. Of course he'd be happy right now. Eve smirked watching. Me and Ashley stood in the center of the room, alone.

"I had to. You were dying from blood loss and you weren't getting any better. The antibiotics I had weren't going to help. We can heal quicker then you guys so that's also why. And... and.." Ashley stood waiting. She didn't look as angry anymore but curious. "And.. I couldn't let you die. Because.."

"Because...?"

I stared at her olive green and took her hands in mine. I softly whispered only to her, "Because I loved you the minute I saw you." Her cheeks redden like mine and she wrapped her arms around my neck. She buried her face into my neck.

"I love you too."

Ethan pushed us apart not so happy anymore, "Okay first like no. Second we are still in our enemies base. Third this thing," he gestured to me, "can happen later."

Chris nodded in agreement, "Yes. Much later. As I was watching you two uncomfortable I was thinking back to what you said last time we saw each other, Noah. The thought was quite unpleasant but I wanna change."

I looked at him confused, "A lot of things happened the last time we met. You are going to have to be more specific."

"I quote, 'Good always wins. Come join the good side, Chris.'"

Noah looked at me suspiciously, "You want to change now? Why should I believe you?"

"We'll I did just quote you didn't I," He said then leaned in closer. "Plus the blonde's pretty cute. Eve not much of a dating type."

"I see. Well welcome to the club then."

Chris smiled, "I'm glad to be in it."
