Third POV

For several years after the fall of Troy, the Persian Council has grown in power, it's influence reaching around the globe. The Olympians have never found the Persian Council, all of them angry that Achilles would dare harm a God.

After the Fall of Troy, Achilles joined the Persian Council so he left his Myrmidons kingless. After some thought, he decided to give Priam a second chance and gave his throne to him. No Greeks knew about that and Priam planned to keep it that way.

Later on in life, Achilles found out that Briseis had betrayed him and was the reason Apollo found out his mortal point. He was beyond angry, his mother Thetis was the one that killed Briseis for her treachery and sent her to the fields of punishment. Achilles mourned her death but he took it very well.

King Perseus sat on his Throne listening to the new reports coming in about the Olympians.

'My lord, We have sensed a new Super Power rising' Seshat reported.

Perseus have her a thoughtful look. 'A new Super Power?' Perseus sighed. 'The Olympians are probably going to jump at the opportunity of growing more powerful' Perseus concluded.

The Council nodded. 'So what are we going to do?' Achilles asked.

'We could always join the new Super Power under different names and become powerful still' Anubis suggested with a shrug.

Perseus shook my head and smiled. 'No, why should we take over a new nation? I already know what I want' Perseus said smiling at each of the Council Members.

They looked at me puzzled except for Seshat who had a knowing smile on her face.

'You plan on extending our influence to Greece?' Seshat asked.

Perseus nodded. 'I miss Greece, or at least what Greece used to be when I was king of Olympus' Perseus said with a small smile on his face.

The Council nodded in understanding. 'When shall we take over Greece?' Thetis asked.

Perseus smiled. 'I know my younger brothers. They will abandon Greece to the new Nation, leaving Olympus undefended and empty. It will be easy for us to establish our power then' Perseus replied in a thoughtful tone.

The Council nodded their heads. They all agreed with Perseus' plan. It was a sound plan after all.

'But what if the Olympians don't switch over to the new Nation? What shall we do then?' Seshat asked.

Perseus laughed. 'My brother will not stop at anything to become stronger. He lusts for more power, so trust me when I tell you that he will go to the new Nation and he will take the Olympians with him because he is their king' Perseus replied thoughtfully.

Everyone laughed at how Zeus lusts for more power, knowing that no matter how much power Zeus gains, he will never become as strong as a Persian God, let alone as strong as King Perseus.

Olympian Council.

The Olympians sat on their thrones, each thinking about the new Nation that is rising. It is supposed to be much more powerful than Greece and the Olympians were definitely interested in getting more power. Well, all of the Olympians except for Hades, Artemis and Hestia. They just wanted to stay with their family.

'Alright, so I say we move to this new Nation and become their Gods. Who agrees?' Zeus asked.

Instantly, the entire council's hands went up. Zeus grinned. 'Good, now when shall we leave?' Zeus asked.

Athena sighed. She chose to go because if the Persian Council was real, they would need every bit of power they could use to defeat such a threat. Of course, that is if they are indeed threats.

'We should leave immediately. The sooner we establish influence on their Nation, the faster our power will grow' Poseidon said.

Zeus nodded. 'Then we leave in a weeks time. Pack your stuff and Hermes, I need you to spread word of our move to the rest of Olympus and tell them they need to be ready to leave in a week or they will stay behind' Zeus ordered.

Hestia looked at Zeus with sadness. She missed her older brother Perseus. Olympus will never have another great king such as Perseus. She knew that, Artemis knew that and so did her brother Hades.

Perseus smiled happily as good memories of his time here on Olympus flashed through his mind. A stray tear of joy escaped and rolled down his face. He felt a hand tangle itself into his and turned to see Thetis looking at him worriedly.

'Are you alright my love?' She asked worriedly.

Perseus smiled. 'Of course I am, my love, I am just remembering the good memories I had when I was here' Perseus replied looking around the Throne Room of Olympus.

Thetis let out a sigh of relief before smiling up at him. 'Those were great times. The best thing that has ever happened was you becoming King of Olympus, but now you are the King of the Persian Council' Thetis spoke.

Perseus laughed lightly. 'And you are the best thing that ever happened to me as well as our son and daughter' Perseus replied before giving Thetis a quick kiss.

Perseus' POV.

For the first couple of weeks, the Persian Council started to spread their influence throughout Greece. A few Minor Gods and Goddesses were left behind, all of which bowed before Perseus when they recognized him. All of them were overjoyed to hear that Perseus was back and that he was staying here on Olympus.

We are now sitting on our Thrones in the Olympian Throne room. We managed to get copies of our thrones made and put on Olympus. Anubis, Horus and Achilles had picked up the Olympian Gods thrones and put them in storage in case the Olympians return for their chairs.

'So we finally took Olympus!' Anubis cheered causing the Persian Council to laugh.

'Indeed we did. Have we established control and influence over all of Greece?' I asked.

Seshat nodded. 'We have indeed. All of the Greeks were angered that their Gods deserted them but were more than happy that we replaced them' She replied.

I laughed. 'They are for now, until I bring down my laws and enforce them' I said grinning.

The Council erupted in laughter. 'Hopefully we can fix Greece into the greatness that it once was' Thetis said hopeful.

I turned to Thetis and smiled. 'That's my plan my love' I said then turned to Achilles. 'Achilles, would you like to be the enforcer of my laws? You can have Anubis join you' I asked.

Achilles smiled. 'If that means I get to kick whoever breaks the laws ass, them heck yeah!' Achilles said fist bumping the air as the council laughed.

'Yes you can. Osiris, you also have permission to punish them in the Underworld. We have to fix the mess that Zeus created and we need to do this quick before the Olympians take notice' I said looking at each Council Member in the eye.

Everyone nodded. 'Also my lord, I wished to inform you that the Greeks are demolishing all of the old Olympian temples and are building temples in our name over the broken temples' Heron, my God of Forges said in excitement.

I smiled. 'I know what you want and my answer is yes, you can go and help in the construction of these new temples' I said laughing when Heron jumped off his seat in joy.

'He is quite energetic isn't he' Roku, the Chinese God of Fire and destruction, said as he chuckled.

I nodded. 'He is indeed very energetic and hyper, but I think that's a good thing' I said smiling.

'Well if nobody has anything else to add to the meeting, then this meeting is adjourned and you all may continue with what you were all doing' I said standing up from my throne.

The rest of the Persian Council nodded and flashed out only to crash against a force field and fall on their butts. Gen and Ken were rolling on the floor clutching their stomachs laughing. I rolled my eyes knowing what they did. The Council Members however, were not happy as they glared at the two twins.

'You should all' Gen said.

'See your faces!' Ken finished wiping a tear from his eyes.

Anubis cracked his knuckles as he grinned evilly at the two twins. 'You two are so dead' He said threateningly.

The two twins gulped dramatically and looked at each other in fear. Then they turned and ran out of the Throne Room with half the Council hot on their trail.

Thetis and I were laughing when the rest of the council flashed out after I took out the enchantment the twins conjured up.

'I feel sorry for those two' Thetis said after calming down.

I grinned. 'Yeah me too, they are so dead' I said smiling.

'Well what are we going to do today?' Thetis asked looking up at me expectantly.

I sighed and shrugged. 'I don't-' I started but stopped when I heard someone pray to me.

'Father hear my prayer, please come visit me!' Zoë prayed.

'Never mind. Zoë wants me to visit her. You want to come with me? She's your daughter as well as mine now after all' I said smiling.

Thetis chuckled. 'Alright I will go with you' She take taking my hand.

I smiled and flashed us to where Artemis had set up camp. When the light died down, the hunters all had bows drawn at me and Thetis.

'Hello girls' I said smiling kindly at them.

At that, they all recognized me and smiled. 'Hey Perseus! How have you been?' Phoebe asked as she came up to me and hugged me.

I smiled. 'I've been alright. I just came here to visit my daughter. Zoë called me over' I take looking around for her.

'Oh she's over in Artemis' tent' Atlanta said from beside Phoebe.

I waved at them. 'Thanks' I said walking over to Artemis' tent. Once I got there I opened the flap and entered to see Artemis and Zoë talking. They instantly stopped talking and turned to me, Zoë smiled as she got up and hugged me.

'Hi daddy! Glad you heard me' She said as she pushed away from me.

I smiled warmly at her. 'Of course I heard you. I also brought Thetis as well' I said just as Thetis walked inside the tent. Zoë smiled and hugged Thetis.

I had already told Zoë about Thetis and I and she had been happy to finally have a mother and father who loved her. She wasn't all that thrilled about having a brother but when she met Achilles, she quickly grew fond of him and started to get along.

'Hi mom!' Zoë screeched as she crushed Thetis in a bear hug.

'Hi sweety, how have you been?' Thetis asked giving Zoë a kiss in the forehead.

Zoë smiled. 'I've been alright. I got promoted to Lieutenant of the Hunt!' She cheered and I smiled at her proudly.

'Good job! That's my girl, I always knew you were special. I'm proud of you sweetheart' I said wrapping my arm around Zoë.

She grinned and was about to speak when Artemis cleared her throat from behind us.

'Oh sorry Artemis. Did you need anything?' I asked.

Then I looked at her closely. 'Wait, why do you look different?' I asked though I was sure I knew the answer to that already.

Artemis smiled. 'I'm Diana, Roman Goddess of the Hunt, Maidens and Childbirth' Diana said.

I raised my eyebrow to which she just smirked and shimmered a bit before turning to her Artemis form.

'And I am Artemis' She said now looking like her old self.

I rolled my eyes. 'Did you just want to show off your new form?' I asked amused.

Artemis rolled her eyes. 'No I didn't. I just wanted you to know who I was in Rome' She said.

'Though I can see that you aren't surprised that I said Rome and not Greece' Artemis said confused.

I smiled. 'I was already informed that Olympus was abandoned and that you all went to Rome to grow stronger' I said politely.

Artemis shrugged. 'Not all of us left for power. I went because father wanted me to' She said sadly.

I sighed. 'Yeah I know, but you can always join my Council whenever you want' I suggested.

'The Persian Council?' Artemis asked with an eyebrow raised.

I smiled. 'Yup, we have officially taken over Greece' I said proudly.

Artemis' eyes bugged open. 'You guys did what?!' She asked bewildered.

I nodded. 'We have taken over Greece. Our influence has now grown exponentially' I replied as Thetis smiled proudly.

'It's true, we now control most of Africa and all of Greece' Thetis said smiling.

'Wow you've been busy dad' Zoë said smiling.

I smiled. 'Yes, it's about time I fix the mess that Zeus created in Greece' I said sadly.

'How did you take over Greece?' Artemis asked still not believing me.

I sighed. 'Well when the Greeks found out you all abandoned them, they destroyed your temples and I simply came in, took over the empty Olympus and now the Greeks are in the middle of building Temples in our honor' I said like it was no big deal.

Artemis' eyes widened. 'They destroyed our temples?' She asked angrily.

I nodded. 'Yes, though I told them to leave your temple, Hades' and Hestia's Temples alone' I said quickly.

Artemis' anger disappeared suddenly and she smiled thankfully at me. 'Thank you Uncle' She said smiling at me.

'Your welcome' I said.

For many hours, Thetis and I stayed in the Hunter camp talking with Artemis and Zoë. Artemis informed me of the changes that the Olympians went through when they transferred over to Rome.

Zoë told me of how she has become the most skilled archer in the Hunt and how the bow I gave her has saved her life multiple times. I smiled at that. I then started to teach the Hunters new skills like how to make explosive arrows and how best to take down a Drakon.

Overall, we had lots of fun. That is until we had to leave when I was summoned by the Council a few days later.

'What's up' I asked as I sat down on my Throne.

'It's the Romans, they are invading Greece' Seehat said looking worried.

I gave her a nod for her to continue. 'They have already sacked many Greek villages, all of the women were taken, the kids were made into slaves and the soldiers that were defending the villages were killed' Seshat finished.

There was a round of gasps of shock as the Council took this information in. I was angry, no I was furious! How dare they attack Greece and steal our women! They are probably being raped right now!

I looked around at the Council and saw that many of them were angry for obvious reasons. 'Alright, inform all of the Greek kings, tell them that they are to gather their armies' I ordered.

'Them what?' Anubis asked.

I looked at him. 'Then we are defending Greece. I will not lose Greece when I only just reclaimed it!' I growled.

'I will be going to Egypt and gather the Egyptian Armies as well as it's allies, we are going to teach these bastards a lesson' I said as everyone was nodding in agreement and smiling at the upcoming war.

'Greece shall not fall!' I bellowed as I slammed my fist down on the armrest of my throne.

Third Person POV

The entire Council flashed away leaving Perseus alone. He despised war, but sometimes it was necessary and this is one of those times. Perseus was about to flash to Egypt when three bright flashes announced the arrival of three beings.

Perseus turned to see the Fates standing in front of him. 'Perseus' They said as one.

Perseus sighed. 'Fates, what do you want?' He asked half annoyed.

'Perseus, you cannot interfere with the problems of Greece. They are to fall to the Romans for that is their fate' They said angrily.

Perseus rolled his eyes. 'Greece will not fall. I won't allow it to fall, it is Rome that will be driven back by the might of the Greek and Egyptian Armies. The Romans won't know what hit them' Perseus said smiling at his genius plan.

'You will fail Perseus. Nobody can change Fate!' They growled.

Again, Perseus rolled his eyes in annoyance. 'You do not control me or my Council. If I want to save Greece from falling to Rome, then I will save it from certain doom. There is no changing my mind' Perseus stated leaving no room for argument.

The Fates glared at Perseus. 'Greece shall fall Perseus no matter what' They said angrily.

Perseus smiled. 'No they aren't' Perseus stated before the Fates flashed out.

'Well that was interesting' A voice spoke up from behind a throne.

Perseus narrowed his eyes. 'Whoever you are, come out now' He growled.

A moment later, Athena appeared from behind Heron's throne. She looked up at Perseus with a sad smile on her face. Perseus was surprised to have found her here.

'Aren't you supposed to be in Rome?' Perseus asked.

Athena suddenly got angry. 'I'm not going back there! They made me a minor Goddess of crafts! ME and MINOR GODDESS OF CRAFTS! Can you believe it?' She asked angrily.

I laughed lightly. 'Yes I can believe it. So what are you here for?' Perseus asked politely.

Athena sighed. 'At first I was here to go to my room and let out my frustration on my pillow' She mumbled playing with her hands and shuffling her feet.

Perseus smiled. 'Would you like to join my Council? We could definitely need a Wisdom and battle strategies Goddess on our side' Perseus asked.

Athena's eyes widened. 'You have your own Council? I would love to join! Anything is better than going back to Rome!' She said looking at Perseus with a spark of hope.

Perseus nodded. 'Yes I have my own Council. I shall call them now' Perseus said, then stood up and raised his hands to the skies, letting out a bright flash of light.

Moments later, Athena gasped as God and Goddess' started flashing in, all looking regal and respectful as they made their way to their thrones. Last but not least, Achilles and Thetis flashed in and Athena let out a gasp of surprise.

'You are Achilles, the one that beat up Apollo!' Athena said in disbelief.

Achilles laughed. 'Yeah, I'm Achilles. And I certainly did beat up Apollo' Achilles said still laughing.

Perseus chuckled from his throne. 'Anyways, now that we are all here. I have called a meeting to announce that we have a new Member to this Council. Please welcome Athena, Goddess of Wisdom, Battle Strategies and Architecture' Perseus spoke in a clear voice.

Everyone started clapping and cheering at the newest member of the Council. 'Congratulations Athena' Thetis said.

'Welcome to the Persian Council' Isis said pulling Athena into a hug.

Perseus smiled. 'Heron, Retrieve Athena's Throne and bring it here' Perseus ordered.

Heron nodded and a moment later appeared with Athena's Throne which he placed right next to Achilles.

Suddenly Seshat clutched her head. 'My lord, Athens is under siege!' She exclaimed.

I narrowed my eyes. 'I will conjure up a thunderstorm and a Hurricane to slow down the Romans. The rest of you, I want you all to get the Myrmidon Army and flash them to Athens. When your done, have the Greeks gather their army and march to the border of Rome' Perseus ordered.

With that, the Persian Council flashed away and Perseus flashed to Athens. Perseus was surprised to see that the Gates to Athens were almost broken. Perseus made himself invisible and quickly summoned a huge storm. Many Romans were blown away while many were struck by lightning.

Perseus felt something fighting him for control over the storms and guessed that Zeus and Poseidon were trying to save the Romans. Perseus grinned, they weren't stronger than him. Perseus put a little more power into the Hurricane and mixed in a bit of fire into his Thunderstorm, making it literally rain fire.

Perseus then slammed one foot on the ground causing a huge earthquake that would make Poseidon jealous. Before him, the Romans were screaming in pain as the fell and as they fell, they stabbed each other by accident. Add that to the massive Hurricane and Thunderstorm and the fire that was raining down on them and you would have a shitty day.

After 10 minutes, there were several flashes of light from behind the Romans and Perseus was relieved to see that it was just the Myrmidons finally entering the battle. The Myrmidons screamed war cries as they charged the Romans rear flank. Perseus stopped using his powers and watched as the Myrmidons plowed through the Roman ranks, completely obliterating the Roman Army that was laying siege to the city of Athens.

Just then, the Gates of Athens opened and out came the Athenian Army, all of them looking pissed off at the Romans. They too charged into the heat of battle. Perseus watched from above as the Roman Army was being attacked from the front and from the back by the Athenian and Myrmidon Armies.

Within an hour of fighting, the battle was over. The Greeks had won the battle. The Myrmidons suffered no losses while the Athenians suffered a few casualties from early on in the first attack of the Romans.

Perseus sighed. The war for Greece has only just begun.
