T H I R D   P E R S O N

The beasts were enthusiastic about Friday night. Why? Oh it's because they were having a sleepover at Scarlet's house again in a long time. The sleepover was to welcome Crystal into the clique of friends. Finally, it was Friday and everybody started arriving at Scarlet's house one by one. The first to arrive were Ayo and Logan, followed by Crystal and Jordan and Sharon. Asa prepared some snacks and sounded a warning note to the teenagers before she left and soon enough, they were left alone.

"Wow Scarlet, your house is big!" Crystal exclaimed.

"You should see her bed, it is so soooft!" Sharon drawled lazily. Scarlet grunted and crossed her arms.

"The house rules are simple. One, do not go anywhere near my attic and two, drink from my red mix and you'll die." She threatened while looking at Jordan who nervously chuckled. There was awkward silence after that.

"A fat penguin." Crystal suddenly spoke up.

"Uh?" They all asked.

"Nothing. Just looking for something to break the ice."

It took a while but everybody got the joke and started laughing. April went inside the kitchen to have a snack while the others settled on the couches.

"So, what are we doing first?" Phyllis asked the group.

"Let's play a game...not truth or dare!" Ayo suggested.

"Okay genius, then what?" Phyllis crossed her arms and pursed her lips.

"I kinda wanted to play party games like that." Crystal muttered to herself but Sharon heard her and spoke out for her. It soon became an argument until they all decided on never have I ever.

"Okay! Rules of the game. You say something you've never done and those that have done it in the group have to eat a wafer stick. There are five wafer sticks for each person so the person whose wafer sticks finishes first has to do something the group decides on. And if we decide to ask a question about what you did, you have to answer or else you would pay a fine." Phyllis babbled the rules after they had formed a circle on the floor with wafer sticks placed in front of them on paper plates.

Here is the sitting arrangement: Phyllis, Jordan, Sharon, Bryan, Don, Logan, Ayo, Crystal, Scarlet, April and Phyllis again.

"Okay I'm first. Never have I ever..." Phyllis's eyes narrowed at Scarlet. Last time, she escaped telling her deepest secret with a prank but today, she wasn't escaping the claws of Phyllis Goldberg. *cue the evil laughter.* "...rode a motorcycle."

Scarlet ate a wafer stick, followed by Bryan and Don. Then it was Jordan's turn.

"Never have I ever drank alcohol." Jordan announced.

Crystal ate a wafer stick, which attracted amazed stares from the others. The girl just shrugged it off and Don ate a wafer stick. Surprisingly, Scarlet didn't eat a wafer stick.

"What?" The red head asked when she noticed their states on her. The lot shook their heads skeptically and Sharon was next.

"Never have I ever fallen off my bed." Everybody rolled their eyes when she said that. It is just like Sharon to say something bed related. Nobody had fallen off their beds before so Bryan spoke up next.

"Never have I ever seen Vermilion's face." That earned him a slap on the head from Jordan and a kick from April. "What?! I had nothing to say!" He exclaimed in his defense.

"Of all reasonable things to say, you just had to mention Vermi- WHAT?!" Jordan trailed off with a scream when Scarlet ate a wafer stick. Bryan pushed the people beside him aside and crawled over to Scarlet's side.

"You've seen his face?! How?! When?! Where?! HOW?!" He threw questions at her. Scarlet looked around her group of friends and saw the curious looks on their faces and decided to talk.

"I know him." She replied coolly.

"EH?!" Everyone in the room yelled.

Bryan grabbed her shoulders and started shaking her like a rattle. "What do you mean you know him?! How many people do you know? Why are you so popular? Why? Why?!" He asked.

"Hands off my shoulders." Scarlet voice deepened by an octave and Bryan quickly let her go. He loved his arms attached, thank you very much.

It was Don's turn next. He looked at the amount of wafer sticks he had left (three) and decided that he would implicate as many people as possible so that he would not be the first to do something ridiculous that the group would demand.

He had three sticks left, Bryan had four, Scarlet had three, Crystal had four and the others hadn't eaten of their sticks yet. He had to think of a very common thing that everybody had done, yet he has not done. 'What would that be?' He thought.

"Don, you have five seconds to say something or else..." Phyllis threatened.

Don pouted. What he had would only affect girls but it was worth a shot. "Never have I ever kissed a boy." He announced.

Sharon groaned and ate a stick. Phyllis glared at him and ate one while April followed. Ayo and Logan groaned and then grudgingly ate a stick each, which made Sharon do a spit take on Jordan. The others had saucers for eyes as they gaped at the duo in surprise.

"What?! You have to tell me about this!" Phyllis laughed.

"I'd rather not say." Ayo shuddered at the memory.

"Same goes for me." Logan mirrored Ayo's expression.

"Rules are rules." Scarlet simply stated and everyone gaped at her. Now she is curious?!

"Yeah, rules are rules." Bryan agreed after a moment of shock and turned to face the boys in expectation. Logan groaned and buried his face in his hands as Ayo told the funny story.

"It happened when I wanted to take a dump and a certain somebody locked the bathroom when he was taking a shower."

Logan's head shot up at that. "How's it my fault?! You were the one leaning on the door!" He pointed an accusing finger at Ayo.

"I wanted to take a dump! How do you expect me to stand still when I had urges?!" Ayo poked Logan's shoulder a repeated number of times, which Logan slapped away in annoyance.

"Well, if you had kept it in your pants longer this wouldn't have happened!" He yelled.

"Kept it in...are you serious?! Everyone has urges they need to fulfill and I had mine but no, you had to lock your self up and I was left to suffer out there." Ayo was already becoming angry.

"You know I was hurt! I couldn't do anything well even if I wanted to!" Logan defended.

All the while, the whole gang were left with mouths hanging down like streamers.

Crystal raised a weak finger and pointed at the two, who were bickering like housewives. "Do they...realize how messed up they sound?!" She asked and the others shook their heads.

"You should've seen when Ayo made Bara think he was dating Scarlet." Phyllis whispered to Crystal.

"Shut up!"

The duo stopped arguing and looked at April in confusion.

"Do you two even think before talking?!" She pulled them by their ears and they screamed out in pain.

The game resumed as the two boys rubbed their throbbing ears in pain wondering where they went wrong. In the end, Jordan's wafer sticks were the first to finish so they asked him to sing and dance in his underwear alone...Don's idea. Jordan regretted his decision to wear the pink briefs his mother bought for him.

"That was hilarious!" Bryan wheezed with laughter. Jordan was red with embarrassment as he wore his clothes back and took his seat next to Sharon. They played uno next and after that they were tired, they decided to eat. While they ate, a crazy idea dropped into Bryan's head.

"Guys, let's play this game." He announced.

"What is it?" Phyllis asked.

"A seduction game."

"And why should we play that?" Logan chewed on his food.

"Cause it's fun. It would be a girls versus boys thing. Each of our groups would pick a person has the most control over his/her hormones and then we all would try to seduce the person. There would be a safe word to use when the person gets aroused." Bryan explained.

"Surprisingly, I'm in." Ayo smirked, which earned him gaping stares from the others. "What? It sounds fun." He shrugged when he felt their stares on him.

"O...kay? That was weird. What does the winner get in return?" Crystal asked.

"Anything the winning team asks the losing team to do." Jordan supplied.

The wicked grin that spread across Sharon's face made Jordan regret that suggestion. "I'm in!" Sharon smirked uncharacteristically.

"Me too. Allow me an evil chuckle. Muah ha ha ha!" April chuckled as she rubbed her palms together. Everybody pretty much agreed and they rushed through Asa's delicious dinner to make plans. The girls went to Scarlet's room and the boys to the guestroom.

•With the girls...•

As soon as Scarlet closed the door, she turned around to see the girls grinning at her. "What?" She questioned. It was then she got what they were thinking. "No."

"Awe Scarlet, you are our emotionless queen!" Sharon whined.

"What are you planning?" Scarlet asked the sleep lover suspiciously but the girl just grinned so widely, the redhead was sure her mouth would tear open.

"All in good time my dear, all in good time."

★With the boys...

"Damn!" Jordan cursed as he closed the door. "We forgot about Scarlet being a girl!" He exclaimed.

"Oh...sometimes I forget that she exists." Don confessed and they all nodded in agreement to what he said. She was too quiet for her good. "Okay! We need a guy that can stand up Scarlet since the girls would likely play dirty with her." He fisted his hand and hit it with his other open palm.

"Ayo." As every boy said at the same time, Ayo perked up at the mention of his name and frowned.

"Why me?" He asked.

"Duh, we don't even know how you swing! You are our best bet here." Bryan stated the obvious.

"Logan has great self control, it should be him." Ayo tried to avoid being the it.

"No. With Shelia's doppelganger there, it's a problem." Don refuted.

"What about you?! You do not like any of them!" Ayo wailed.

"Unlike you, I have testosterone." Don hammered.

"What's that supposed to mean?!" Yelled Ayo as he rolled his sleeves up in preparation for a fight. Before he could do anything, however, Logan pulled him back by his collar and stopped a fight from happening.

"Just do it man! My girlfriend is over there, Bryan and Don can't hold their hormones and Logan's ex girlfriend's lookalike is there. And besides, you are the most stoic boy in this room!" Jordan coaxed.

"I don't feel good about this!"

★Let the games begin...

Everybody gathered at the living room for the stupid game that Bryan suggested. A chair was placed at the center for the 'it' and the music was decided by Bryan.

"Okay! Boys and girls..." Bryan started but was interrupted by Ayo's snarky remark.

"What are we, kindergartners?" As Ayo rudely interrupted.

"Screw you." Bryan retorted.

"I don't swing that way." Came Ayo's sarcastic reply.

"Back to where I was before Mr moody here interrupted. Let the 'its' step out." Bryan instructed. Scarlet sighed as the girls pushed her out and Ayo cursed as the boys pushed him out. "Good! Now the safe word is popcorn. Remember, popcorn. Each person seducing has sixty seconds each so use your time wisely y'all. Who is going first?"

"Ladies first." Ayo replied.

"Hn." Scarlet agreed-ish.

"It is decided then. Turn off the lights, let music play, let the seduction game begin. Viewers discretion advised." Bryan dropped his makeshift mic (TV remote) and went to play the music while April switched off the lights other than only one in the living room.

"Go Scarlet!" Sharon cheered.

And so the seduction art began with Don, who (finally) did his sexy dance. Scarlet didn't even bat an eyelash. 'Do they know that I can't see clearly?' She asked herself. 'The dim lighting only makes my vision worse.' She shook her head in a pity pity motion as Jordan tried and failed. Bryan also tried his luck to no avail and Ayo...he didn't bother. The last person to try was Logan.

"I don't know... I feel skeptical!" He whispered.

"Just do anything! Who knows?! I don't want to do whatever Miss evil grin over there is thinking!" Jordan whispered back, pointing at Sharon who was smirking in victory.

"I'll try..." Logan shrugged and went to the center. "This has to be the most embarrassing thing I've done in my life." He muttered to himself and inhaled. "Yosh! Handsome devil Logan Adams, let's hope she doesn't kick you in the ribs for this."

"Is he going to keep talking to himself?" Don asked nobody in particular.

"It's Logan we're talking about." Ayo responded.

Pretty soon, Logan made a subtle movement towards Scarlet and tried to make eye contact with her to no avail. 'So she's avoiding eye contact.' Logan mused and moved to blow softly in her ear instead.

"I would get you, Scar~let." He whispered into her ear and smirked when he felt her body tense. 'We might win this after all.' He thought.

Scarlet on the other hand didn't know why her body tensed. It was strange. 'What is he doing?!' She thought and clenched her fist when he nibbled on her ear. 'I would kill you when this is over, I swear Sunny I would!' She chanted mentally as Logan's lips graced over her neck, leaving butterfly kisses there.

Bryan shook his head in amazement, Scarlet was actually getting flustered! "A minute of silence for this risk taker." He prayed silently for Logan's health after this is over.

Logan's fingers traced Scarlet's thighs as he gently sucked on her pulse point, earning a small sound from the girl. 'Come on, say it!' He begged mentally.

Phyllis's ten fingers were in her mouth as she checked the time. Scarlet was actually giving in to Logan's sweet tongue! 'Logan you snake! How long is sixty seconds?!' She gripped her hair in frustration.

"Oh la la." April muttered when the seducer started giving Scarlet a lap dance.

Scarlet's fists clenched and unclenched as she gritted her teeth harshly. Her body was on fire, she couldn't handle it anymore. Should she... She would say it! 'P-pop...

The boys groaned and the girls squealed in victory when the timer went off. Logan quickly got off Scarlet and ran to the guestroom in order to avoid her rage while Scarlet went to get a drink of cold water to calm the raging fire in her body.

Logan sank into the floor as soon as he got into the room and placed his hand over his throbbing chest. Why? Why is his heart racing so much? Why did he find her so beautiful and cute when she was squirming under him?

"I would pretend I didn't see you checking Scarlet out."

He remembered Ayo's voice. Was he really checking her out? Could it be that...he slapped himself hard on the cheek. "There is no way." He muttered and went back outside.

Ayo was already seated on the chair looking very sour like a kid that got his candy stolen. He took his seat next to Jordan and craftily avoided everybody's eyes on him until Bryan announced the start of the game. April started and failed, then Phyllis went next and got the same result April had. Ayo tried to push back the images of blood as the girls touched him but he couldn't and Logan was beginning to get worried. After all, he was the only one that knew why Ayo avoided female touches at all costs.

Jordan bit his tongue to avoid jealous thoughts when it was Sharon's turn and Scarlet didn't even want to participate so it was Crystal that was left. Ayo's eyes shot open when he felt her touch. Her hand was cool compared to his warm temperature but that wasn't the matter here. The wrong thing was how familiar the touch felt and how comfortable he was with it.

However, that comfort disappeared when Crystal's finger traced his jawline up to his lips and parted them a little before trailing down to his neck. She teased his Adam's apple for a bit and started her journey down his chest. She traced his abs and smirked at his discomfort before moving dangerously downward.

"What is she doing?! I can't look!" Jordan exclaimed and covered his eyes with his hands.

Crystal, however stopped just below his belly button and the timer went off just about that moment. She smiled brightly at Ayo's frozen face whereas the other girls groaned while the boys yelled in victory.

"What a pity. Let's break the tie!" Sharon suggested but the boys were strongly against it. They didn't want to risk anything by doing what Sharon wanted.

"Oh look at the time, I'm off to bed!" Don fake yawned and went upstairs to have a shower. The rest of them decided that it was a good idea to sleep too and so they showered and fell asleep.

Logan shot up from the couch he was sleeping on early the next morning to the sound of a scream from the kitchen. He ground and rubbed the sleep away from his eyes.

Well doesn't this feel like déjà vu?
