Zhan's eyes turned blue as his canines came out and he jumped at those black figures and fought them tore apart.

However, there are too many this time, but of course that was nothing fro Zhan as he fought them with his full capacity, however when he tried to grab any of them it was futile so this time he used his mind link to call Simon.

Who answered his call in five minutes, "Come to my locations."

"Oh god, why don't you let me sleep." Simon said before he did appear before him in a night suit again, "woah... I see you are in a battle with... god knows what."

"Exactly catch them and tell me what they are."

Simon turned to them before he used his magic, his eyes turned green before he raised his hand and said a spell the wind blew harshly and the black thing stopped attacking Zhan and instead ran away.

Zhan sighed before he turned to Simon, "So were you able to find out something?"

Simon snapped his finger and a bubble appeared in his hand, a golden bubble in which there was the black thing.

"So what is it?" Zhan asked and Simon looked at it as well, "It's a spirit."

Zhan raised an eyebrow, "what kind of spirit is it like related to humans or something..."

"No, no, this is a wandering spirit who is blackened..." Simon said as he looked at the spirit that was moving around and it looked like it was in pain, and Zhan said, "What are you doing to it?"

"Nothing actually." Simon said, "this is a blackened spirit trappped by darkness my magic is pure so it's like Yin and Yang are fighting and since it's week it's suffering." Simon then bought the hand in front of him before he gently blew at the spirit and gradually it stopped moving and did not remain black anymore.

The spirit's color changed and it became golden, Simon smiled before he released the spirit.

Zhan sighed, "so what did you do?" 

"I purified it."

"Why the hell are these spirits attacking me is it a necromancer's doing or what?"

Simon smirked at this, "A necomrancer won't need spirts to defeat you Sean, whose bastards are as strong as you and can take you face to face and even have a chance to win, hence it's not them.

Besided, necromancer never ever appear before anyone unless it's an emergency or something."

"Then who?" Zhan thought.

"Maybe an old enemy." Simon spoke.

Zhan thought a little before he thought a little about all this, "can it be the same person who killed Cheng's parents and my father?"

Simon looked at him, "makes sense. It can be like that. However back then I have a hunch that they wanted to go after the alpha of the pack, that is why your father made you the alpha and told you not to announce that." 

"So you are saying that my father knew that he was going to die?" Zhan asked with a shocked face.

"Maybe not, but he must have know that there was danger lurking that's why."

Zhan sighed as he massaged his forehead, "looks like I have to look deeper into the pack history."

"Indeed." Simon said, "by the way who is in the car?"

Zhan finally heard some movement and knew that Yibo was waking up, "My mate, I had given him werewolf venom to make him unconcious for sometime."

Simon smirked, "it's a human?"

Zhan nodded and Simon said, "but werewolf venom is very strong  even if you have injected him the lowest amount then also he must remain unconcious for at least two hours how long has been unconcious?"

Zhan thought about it asn answered, "I don't know maybe one and a half hour."

"Has your venom became weak or what?"

Zhan glared at him, "maybe he has strong immunity."

Simon shrugged , "maybe."

"Do me a favour and make this car go deeper in the forest."

Simon smirked, "Why?"

Zhan smirked, "because I want to spend sometime with him."

"Consider it done Alpha."

"Zhan?" Yibo called out and Zhan looked at Simon who vanished and Zhan went to Yibo, he opened the passenger seat and spoked, "are you okay?"

Yibo clutched his head and nodded, "where are we?"

"In the forest." Zhan said and Yibo finally opened his eyes wide. "what the hell did you do?!"

He saida s she got down from the car and seeing it's condition, "can you start it?"

Zhan sighed, "No, I think it's useless right and since I am no mechanic I can't do anything."

"Fuck!" Yibo said, "how the hell did your car off the road..."

Zhan sighed, "it has been raining a lit and the roads have been slippery and a dog had suddenly jumped in front of the car, so yeah to save it I have to pull the breaks."

Yibo sighed before massged his forehead and sighed, before he suddenly said, "I had seen some people one the way... we can ask them for help."

Zhan frowned, "what people?"

Yibo looked at him dumbfounded, "oh come on didn't you see those people with black clothes around them I wasn't able to see their faces but still we can ask them for help."

Zhan did not reply he just stared at Yibo as if trying to figure out something, Yibo walked ahead and Zhan once again mind-linked Simon, "Hey Simon."

"Urgghh what now! let me sleep you fucking hellhound!"

"I will take that as a compliment."

"Wow being hell's guard dog is compliment for you?"

"Shut up and answer me something... can humans see those spirits."

"No duh!"

Zhan's expression became more and more firm, "Are you sure... think about it."

"Well... some humans I think, but they are very, very rare, some humans who came back from the dead and some can feel the presence just the presence as they would get sick and shiver and feel cold but won't know the reason mostly its because of these spirits... why though?"

"Nothing, I will talk to you later."

Zhan replied before the mind link was broken and he went to Yibo whow as walking ahead, "wait a minute I didn't knew that we were so deep in the forest." he said as he kept his hand on his head feeling anxious.

"Don't worry we will find a way out." Zhan said as he came from behind while Yibo had a deep frown on his face, "Oh god... it's Ziyi she... she will get out of control."

Zhan clenched his fist when he saw that Yibo felt worried nt about himself but Ziyi, Zhan has never really felt jealous before and neither he even thought that one day he would be jealous of a mere human but he was.

Yibo walked ahead and Zhan followed him with a smile not telling Yibo that he was going in the wrong direction.

"If you want I can send someone to her."

"No!" Yibo said in a loud voice as he turned around and Zhan's eyes widened, however Yibo sighed, "It's... just that... Ziyi wil get scared in someone else's company."

Zhan clenced his fist and nodded however his anger was rising with each passin second as Yibo was worried as hel about Ziyi.

And here he wasnted to spend sometime with him.

"Marius you better make her fall for you fast." he thought as he went after Yibo who suddenly stopped and yelled, "WOAHHH."

Yibo yelled as she stumbled back and nearly fell on the ground however Zhan caught him from behind, "What happened?"

Yibo who was waving his hand very aggresively stopped when Zhan caught his hand, "What's wrong?"

"Bugs, there was a bug on my hand."

"Pfft-" Zhan was about to laugh however he controlled his laughter when Yibo glared at him, "you are laughing at me?"

"Oh no of couse not." Zhan said as he kept his hand on his mouth to hide his smile, "I just did not expect that you would still be so scared of bugs like how old are you."

Yibo glared at him as he clenched his fist and then kicked him below the knee, "fuck you!" he said as he walked ahead and Zhan followed, "oh come on don't be mad."

Yibo walked more fast however he smiled faintly before he covered it up with a poker face so that Zhan can't see that.

However he stopped again when he felt somthing falling on his face, he touched his face before he looked up at the sky before he groaned, "oh come on."

Zhan also looked at the sky and smiled, "I love you moon goddess."

A loud thunder woke Ziyi up from her nap with a jolt.

She sat on the sofa and looked outisde and it was completly dark now, the clouds were rumbling and the rain was pouring down heavily, as the thinder roared.

Ziyi got up and thought, 'Yibo did not come back..."

"Are you up?" a voice came from behind her and she turned around to see Marius behing her, "why are you still here?"

Marius pressed his lips together before he said, "it was raining heavilg outside and the roads are blocked I can't go home and also you were sleeping who would locked the door and how could I have left you alone?"

Ziyi clenched his fist before she sat on the sofa and started biting on her thumb nail as she moved back and forth.

"Yibo is not back yet."

"He will be back soon, would you like to eat something?"

Ziyi who was moving back and forth like a rocking chair looked at him and shook her head, however Cheng spoke, "you should I have made the dinner."

Ziyi glared at him before she got up, "I don't want to!" she said before she grabbed her phone and started to call Yibo she paced around the house and then went to the dinning room where she saw food placed on the table.

However she did not pay attention to that as she was getting more and more agitated because she couldn't reach Yibo.

Her body started to feel cold as her hand started to shake a little and after fifth attempt she got sp mad that sher threw her phone on the ground and smashed it into peices, "WHY THE FUCK CAN I NOT REACH HIM!"

She said before she went berserk and threw all the hot food that was on the table on the grond and yet she was not satisfued as she started smashing things,Marius came running over there and was shocked to see the mess. 

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING STOP IT!"

However Ziyi yelled as she kept on breaking things and even hurt her hand because of the hot food and then glass peices in the end Cheng had to grab her and restrain her.

He grabbed her from behind and pressed her hand in front of her chest tightly, "LET ME GO!"

"No, you are going to hurt yourself."

"It's my body it's my house my things I can do whatever I want!" she said as she struggled however in front of Cheng's physical strength that was nothing.

Cheng sighed, there were many times when he had imagined having his mate in his arms but not like this.

Yes having his mate in his arms and close to him was a wonderful feeling but his heart was not able to enjoy it fully as Ziyi was anything but calm and happy.

After a while Ziyi felt warmth she actually realized that Marius's hands and his touch was so warm that she had stopped shivering.

She closed her eyes as she finally calmed down leaned back keeping her head on Cheng's shoulder, "you are so warm."

Cheng smiled, "thank you." as he finally felt relieved that his mate had calmed and was quielty in his arms now this was the feeling that can be defined as wonderful.

However it did not alst long as Ziyi's eyes widened as if she had realized something and suddenly pushed Marius back.

Marius who was not expecting this suddenly stumbled back while Ziyi glared at him, "don't come near me! you get that! get lost!" she said.

"But-" Marius tried to say something but he couldn't as his heart clenched and he felt as if hundred of hot needles were being stabbed into his heart as he looked at Ziyi with a hurt face.

Ziyi noticed that too before she clenched her fist, "get lost!"

She said before she ran to her room leaving Marius alone, thinking that Ziyi must be really repulsed by him.
