When Sean and Simon reached the heart of the valley, Yanli was already waiting for them, and when Sean saw Yibo lying unconscious he rushed to him, "what happened to him?"

Yanli came beside him, "he used too much power. Have you brought the stones?"

Zhan gave her the stones and then Yanli placed the stone on Yibo's chest. Just one was enough.

Zhan grabbed his hand and Yanli gave him a small smile, "your mate is a powerful person don't worry about him."

Zhan looked at her and gave her a nod.

Yanli then stood up, "I will not go and claim my position and then we will go to Gaia and I will take Reina with me."

Zhan gave her a nod and smiled faintly.

A-Xiang had just left her office and suddenly and bumped into Jiyang who stumbled back and A-Xiang grabbed his hand, "woah are you okay? was the bump that hard?"

Jiyan gave her a smile,"you are just so strong."

"Everyone is stronger than you Jiyang." Haoxuan came beside him, with something in his hand, there were three hot dogs.

"What do you want?" Jiyang asked and Haoxuan smirked, 'the humans out there are so kind look this old lady gave me hotdogs for helping her, here take one one."

A-Xiang smiled and took one for herself, and then Jiyang took as well.

They all toom a bite before A-Xiang frowend and opned her mohtm "Fuck these are so hot my mouth got burned."

Haoxuan spoke as well, "looks like the old lady dumped the entire container of salt into this."

"Come on it;s not that bad." Jiyang said as he ate, while Haoxaun rolled his eyes, "you just love to be kind."

"Wasting food is a sin." Jiyang said.

"Here eat mine as well, only you can eat so much salt." he said and gave his hot dog to him and A-Xiang did the same, "yeah please."

Jiyan sighed and glared at both of them, while A-Xiang apologized Haoxuan just walked away.

"Bastard." Jiyang mumbled.

A-Xiang smiled while he asked, "Are you going somewhere?"

A-Xiang nodded to the gealach Xiao's.

"I see,, I will come with you as well then, if that's not a problem then."

"Yeah sure."

"But before that let me go and keep these somewhere."

A-Xiang spoke, "go and keep them in the fridge in my office." she said as they were standing outside of her office.

A few minutes later he came back and together the two left.

A-Xiang had had a lot of guards assigned to guard the Gealach Xiao's pack and in Yibo's absense she was in charge,  she was alsp the perfect candidate as she was loved by the everyone and respected by everyone as well.

She was smart and kind but powerful and cruel towards her enemies as well.

Once they reached the Gealach Xiao's A-Xiang went to Ziyi and gave her some life force of hers for which she was thankful.

Ziyi was taking care of Marius this whole time, and had no really left his side.

"What are these?" A-Xiang said as she saw the small diaries on the bed and Ziyi kept them aside, "they are his journals and I was reading them."

A-Xiang laughed, "Journals are a private thing and you should not do that."

Ziyi shrugged, "but I am his mate and nithing should be hidden from me."

A-Xiang smiled when she heard that, "mate huh?"

Ziyi gave her a faint smile as well,while Jiyang looked ariund he had no interest in ladies's talk.

He talked to some pack members and played with the children while A-Xiang stayed with Ziyi, "aren't you worried about him? he is becoming paler."

A-Xiang said as she looked at Marius and Ziyi was hilding his hand tightly, "I am... I am worried sick... but then the leader of the council the most powerful guardian and the most powerful are together looking for the cure, and I trust them."

A-Xiang smiled,"Right. Ziyi..." she called out her name and Ziyi looked at her, "you are a very brave and strong woman, you should be proud of yourself."

Ziyi smiled faintly.

The two talked for a while before a worried sick Jiyan barged in, "A-XIANG!"

A-Xiang got up, "What happened?" she asked.

Jiyang spoke, "Haoxuan and some members of the council are here to...to arrest you..."

"What!" A-Xiang spoke and Ziyi also got up.

Jiyang moved his hand through his hairs, "they have found the flower of Fiora in your office and they think that you have gone corrupt since only a ocrrupted guardian will use it."

A-Xiang's eyes widened as she rushed out.

While Ziyi staued behind worried for her.

When A-Xiang came out the gates of the pack she saw Haoxuan and other members of the council with some guards, "What's going on?" she asked.

Haoxuan whose face had a grim expression spoke, "we have found flower of Fiora in your office A-Xiang, flower of fiora is very, very hard to get and a guardian will only try to get it when they have gone corrupt."

"Haoxuan!" A-Xiang yelled, "I have not gone corrupt and this mere flower can't be the only reason why are you framing me."

Haoxuans poke,"whatever the case if the possession of this flower is illegal and you have to take the purity test."

"I ave nothing to do with this flower."

"We will know that once you take the test and till then you will not be in charge."

A-Xiang cle ched his fist as he glared at them, "I.... I am..."

Before she can speak Haoxuan took out his weapon and was ready to fight, "come with us A-Xiang, we are doing this for your own good, if yiu have gone corrupt then I am willing to help you get purified."

"Haoxuan how can you just form an opinios based on just a flower." Jiyan said but suddenly felt a littel dizzy and lost his balance.

A-Xiang grabbed his hand and then she saw somethjng a wounf a vert deep wound, "you are injured Jiyang."

Jiyang also noticed the wound finally, "oh..I fell a few minutes when I lost my balance, but's nothing I don;t feel any pain we have to focus on this mess before don't worry about me."

Haoxuan spoke, "Not just me the others think the same."

A-Xiang clenched her fists and said, "fine! I will come with you but I request that until and unless a result comes, the council will guard the Gealach Xiao's"

Haoxuan replied, "I will try my best to convince the leaders."

The cell was dark and cold as A-Xiang sat on the cold floor, clenching her fist and gritting her teeth.

Her master gave her a job and she was going to fail.

She kept her hand on her head as she thought of a way of getting out of this mess.

How come things have become like this.

She was grabbing her heairs and was on the verge of ripping them off but soon she heard footsteps.

And she felt someone standing in front of her cell, she looked up and saw Haoxuan ,"Whay are you doing here? you must be happy that you got to be in charge now."

Haoxuan clendhed his fists, "I have never wanted to harm you or Yibo."

A-Xiang glared at him,as she stood up, "oh really! then explain this!"

Haoxuan said, "the deicision was not of mine alone."

A-Xiang scoffed and rolled her eyes, "I know that you hate Yibo, me and Jiyang but why Haoxuan?And have you even found any symptoms of corruption on me? like anger, uncontrollable emotions, bursts of energies, seizures, black lines anything?!"

Haoxuan spoke, "you could control your emotions very well who knows and you mught be using flower of Fiora to hide those lines and you pain."

A-Xiang glared at him, "but there are other symptom as well like-" She stopped suddenly as she realized something, something horrifying.

Haoxuan frowned as A-Xiang spoke, "symptoms like loosing balance."

And sudden'y Haoxuan remembered how Jiyang had lost balance in the meeting room that day and his face was covered with a shock as well.

Hoauxan spoke, "lose of senses." he remember when he gave the hor dog to Jiyang.

"Come on it;s not that bad." Jiyang said as he ate, while Haoxaun rolled his eyes, "you just love to be kind."

A-Xiang spoke, "loss of reflex and awareness."

"Woah are you okay? was thr bump that hard? Jiyang gave her a smile,"you are just so strong."

She covered her mouth whn she rememebered that she had asked Jiyang to keep the hot dogs in her office did he kept the flower then?

"Where is he?!" She asked, "WHERE IS JIYANG?!"

Hoaxuan's face paled, "he just left the council to Sean's pack."

Jiyang had a very wicked smile on his face as he stood before the gates of the pack.

His eyes had a mad look and his smiled was crooked and sinister, "here I come...dear spirit....I am going to kill you today and I am going to reclaim the title of the leader."

He then saw the guards guarding the gates and said, "you all are dismissed." the bowed before him they left

He took a step ahead and stepped inside the gates and everyone welcomed him with a smile on their faces.

No one doubted him and no one questioned him as he was welcomed here with open arms.

"Now where are you Ziyi?"
