Yanli walked deep into the valley.

The atmosphere was really creepy and dark, straight out of a horror movie.

Tall and black dead trees, black ash-like ground, and dried-up bushes, and not to forget the chirping of owls.

"Where are we going?" Yibo asked.

Yanli walked before him silently and she looked rather scary her back towards him, and her dress swayed a little bit of wind also made her shiny and long hairs move as well.

"In the heart of the valley, I have been using that place as a place to stay."

Yibo nodded, "Why that place thought?"

Yanli spoke, "what does a guardian need to ease the pain when is in corruption and also to delay the process."

Yibo spoke, "the fruit of Fiora or a very high spiritual energy, stones of Leva."

"The necromancer needs the power of spirits, the albios valley had many vampires who were killed their spirits were still trapped here, and I am using them."

Yibo's eyes widened, "but that's wrong, you could have set them free how can y- is this why you have gone corrupt?"

"I understand your concern guardian but those spirits are trapped here because of a curse, and the one who curses then can set them free, while I came here to take shelter, I am not using them I am just taking their help once everything gets back on track I will do everything I can to see them free."

Yibo sighed as he walked ahead and the two walked soon came inside a cave, as soon as Yanli stepped in the cave glowed and the Yibo can sense the spirits, the spirits were welcoming her.

She went inside and sat on the stone and said to Yibo, "you know how to deal with corruption right?"

Yibo nodded, "we have to connect our conscious, and then let the energy flow."

Yanli nodded, "When our conscious will be connected your pure spiritual energy will clean my spiritual energy. And in the process, you might see some of my memories as well."

Yibo sighed as he sat in a lotus position before her, she raised her hand to Yibo to raise his hand before they placed their hands against each other and closed their eyes, and began the process.

"Where are we going exactly?" Zhan asked as he followed the masked man who took them through the town.

The town of Leva was rather lively and beautiful, the streets were lit up, and people's dresses were ethereal.

People here were in capes and robes, short dresses, and long dressed but whatever they wore was very classy and elegant.

Zhan then looked at Simon who was staring around and was walking rather slowly, he went to him and said, "what is it?"

Simon looked at him and pressed his lips together, "nothing... I just... it seems like I have been here before."

Zhan looked at him, Simon was an orphan who just one day came to his pack when he was eight years old.

Who were his parents, where was he born nothing was ever known? He was just taken in by Sean's father.

His father had bought him from the council.

Sean kept his hand on his shoulder and said, "we'll talk about this later."

Simon sighed and rubbed his temple and when he was doing that Zhan saw his hand and there was a tattoo.

Simon had this tattoo since he was a child but today Zhan noticed it more clearly because this tattoo was similar to the one that the sorcerer in his dream had.

"Come on!" the masked man said Simon walked ahead and so did Sean.

They soon came in front of a huge volcano, and Sean asked, "is this the place?"

The masked man gave him a small nod, as he turned towards a lake, situated in front of the volcano, "the stones of Leva are located in a cave situated inside of this lake, we have to get to that cave."

The masked man said as he was preparing to dive and Sean and Simon got ready as well,  but before they could dive, "just a heads up if below you both hear a voice giggling or laughing then do not give any reaction they were probably sirens wanting to eat you."

Sean nodded while Simon gulped as he gave a nod as well before the three of them jumped inside the lake.

Yibo found himself standing in an unknown place people were running around him and he was watching them but they were not watching them.

A place so lively and beautiful he saw that it was the Ablios valley.

But this time the ground was lush green and the river was flowing and its waters were blue and fresh, the trees were not dead and bore flowers and fruits.

"I will have to leave for Gaia for a year." Yanli said to the beautiful lady with a golden glow on her face the lady looked at her with worry, "why?"

Yanli sighed, "my brother Draven has ruined my peace, he and my stepmother are not going to let me live, so I am going to stay at the council in Gaia for a while and then come back."

"But what happened?"

"My position as the leader is finally after my victories and achievements in all these years and my stepmother Draven hate that, they have trying to mess with me and kill me and whatnot...I am going away and when it will be time for me to be the leader I will be back. And punish them both."

The woman's eyes got filled with tears as she hugged Yanli, tightly Yanli hugged her back and the woman said, "you know I have news to share with you as well."

"What is it?" Yanli asked and the woman smiled, "I am going to ascend soon."

Yanli blinked and smiled but then she realized that she was going to ascend in a year and Yanli will never be able to see her again, "congratulations."

The spirit smiled, "I know right. I want to give you something." the spirit said as she waved her hand and put them on Yanli's ears and two beautiful earrings appeared in her ear, "these are made by my spiritual powers this way we will always be connected."

Yanli smiled as she hugged her one last time as she knew that the next time she comes here her mother-like spirit will not be there.

But what she did not know was that someone else had heard that as well.

"FREYA!" Yanli yelled as she saw the leader of the council writhing in pain.

She went near the woman and crouched down before her and the other council members came there as well, before one said, "she has gone corrupt! she is corrupted the leader is corrupted! we have to remove her."

Yanli was shocked as she tightly held Freya's hand as Freya cried and Yanli said, "I will cure your corruption just wait for I-"

"No, no, no I knew that this would happen and I deserve it Yanli, I have done something very back, I have done something heinous." Yanli was shocked as sh heard that as Freya cried and cried.

"What have you done!" Yanli asked. 

"I am sorry, Yanli I am so sorry."

"WHAT DID YOU DO FREYA." Yanli yelled.

"A few members of the albios valley were killed and all the vampires wanted to be answered, Inaya told them that Reina did that because she was jealous of Inaya and that she was loved by everyone and helped by everyone."

Yanli's heart stopped, "What..."

"So I... I and Savero helped Inaya and Draven to... to..."

Yanli shook her, "YOU DID WHAT TO MY MOTHER!"

"I helped Draven and Inaya to corrupt Reina's core.... but only after I did that I had gone corrupt and I realized that I did wrong and Reina was innocent.

The remaining members of the valley threw stones at her and laughed as they set fire to her, but they forgot that a darkened Nymph is also very powerful and Reina got mad and  killed all the vampires, she slaughtered the entire valley and curse their souls to be trapped just like she was  then was about to attack Inaya to save herself  she opened the portal and Savero answered the request..." Freya cried as she was hyperventilating 

"I later found out that, It was Draven who slaughtered those vampires and blamed it on Reina because Inaya didn't want her to ascend before her."
