"The moon goddess hates me that's for sure," Zhan said as he sat in his bed.

Ever since he came back from the party, he was awfully quiet and surprisingly Marius said nothing as well. He was quiet as well.

And this was the first thing he saw since he came back to the pack house.

Sean's had two pack houses on outside the pack and one inside the pack, Sean's pack was actually a Ten building apartment complex a whole city. Each building had at leat thirty- floors and each floor had at least four flats. Meaning at least a thousand families and each family having its own number of members.

It was quite a huge number, and no human was allowed to buy a house here and even no other supernatural or another werewolf from another pack was allowed here unless permitted by the alpha himself.

And not that Sean many of apartment complexes around the country.

"Why do you say that?" Marius asked as he looked at him with a smile.

"I found my mate." Marius's eyes widened before he smiled, "who is she or he?"

Sean sighed, "Wang Yibo..."

Marius paused whatever he was doing and looked at Sean, who by the way was staring at the ceiling and not saying anything he was lost in thoughts.

This time he had a mild smile on his face and eyes full of hope and a face devoid of worries.

However Marius did not like that he shivered when he saw Sean looking so normal, nope not at all, how can Marius bare to see Sean happy so he said, "I also think that moon goddess hates you not only because she mated you to a human, and that too a married human and also with a human that I want to kill."

Sean blinked as his smile was gone the warmth in his eyes was gone as well as he stared at Marius with his cold eyes and firm face, "what the fuck did you just say!" he yelled and got up as he took out his shoes, and aimed at Marius who got up as well and raised his hand in a defensive posture.

"No, no, listen to me, actually..."

"Fuck you!" Sean said as he threw the shoe at Marius who dodged it and Sean took out another one, "I have been dying to meet my mate, all these years, all I cared was just to meet my mate not caring if it was girl, boy, transgender, fat, slim, white, black, disabled and now that I finally found him you dare to say that you want to kill him!" 

Sean said as he threw the leather shoe right at Marius's face who dodged it and said, "Because your mate is fucking married to my mate! of course I will be mad!"

Sean then paused right at his place as he looked at Marius, "What?"

Marius sighed and took a deep breathe, "yep that woman, Ziyi, she is my mate."

Zhan looked at him for sometime before he sighed and sat back down, "wow, so not our mates are married they are married to each other so now we can't kill the other."

"Yup the only thing we can do it slowly let them do 'divorce.' " Marius said.

"And how are you going to do that?"

"I am going to make my mate dear mate fall in love with me... and once she is in love, she naturally will divorce her husband and you should do the same make your dear mate fall in love with you."

Zhan sighed, "OH GODDESSS! WHY DO I HAVE TO WORK SO HARD! UWAAAHHHHH I AM ALREADY TOO LATE TO FIND MY MATE AND NOW I HAVE TO MAKE HIM FALL IN LOVE WITH ME HOW DOES THAT EVEN WORK?!"

Marius laughed, "we'll see about that. But why in the world did they even move here?"

To this Sean answered, "I think it was because of Ziyi."

Marius looked at Sean, "meaning?"

"While I was talking to them, one of the other guest had asked them the same questions, that why did they move here, so Yibo had told them that it was because of Ziyi's health, the woman was not well, due to stress and pressure and so they decided to move here so that Ziyi can heal."

This made Marius serious, and to Sean seeing Marius being all serious was a bizarre scene.

"Does she have some kind of disease?" Marius asked and Sean shrugged.

The city of Daciana was a very beautiful place with a vast stretch of forests and rivers and even Sea, truly a heaven for anyone.

This place was quiet and serene and not like the big busy cities.

Marius then got up and said, "well I am going to find out more about them... you should also start working on what are you going to do, how the hell are you going to get close to your mate?"

"First of all I want to know where he lives."

"And then..."

"And then I will buy as house and become his neighbour."

Marius smirked, "what an idea."

Sean smirked back, "Indeed."

However their comfort didn't last long as Sean suddenly recieved a signal from the someone, he suddenly stopped and stood still, it was a signal from one of the allied packs.

"ALPHA! HELP US ALPHA! SEAN!"

When Marius saw that expression he became alert as wel, "What's wrong?"

"We have to leave." Sean said and Marius said nothing as Sean closed his eyes concentrated on the voice that was calling him before he was able to transport himself and Marius over there.

Sean was not know as the most powerful alpha for no reason, the most powerful Alphas such as him, can transport to his people, only of he is linked to his people.

The linking is done when the people swear loyalty to the alpha and accept him as their leader and once the coonection of formed the alpha can easily transport to the linked territory if he is summoned during emergency or when he desires.

And when Sean reached the place he saw the chaos that ensued over their.

This pack was in another town and was in another apartment complex buildings, "ALPHA HELP US!"

One of the people said as Sean saw them getting attacked by black balls of energy, even it was Chaos as people ran here and there and the building burned.

"What are they?" Marius spoke as well as he looked around with horrors, "they are not rogues and neither humans, nor vampire... or even withces... are they demons?"

"No." Sean said as his eyes turned white, pure white the same color as that of the moon, Marius saw one of the black energy attacking at least five people who looked like a family, so he jumped before them and his eyes turned blue as his fangs came out and he howled before talking out his claws and attacking the black thing and his attack was effective.

"Get to safety." Marius said as he attacked several others of these creatures.

"ALPHA SEAN! MARIUS!" The alpha of this pack also came over their with his warriors.

Marius paused as he looked at him, "are you alright?"

The alpha nodded, and then looked at Sean, "what is Alpha doing?"

Marius looked at Sean as well who seemed to be looking at the sky as his eyes were pure white, his powerful aura can be felt by everyone, his god-like presence was seen by anyone.

Marius said, "Alpha is making is presence the more power power he radiates the more it will hide the presence of your pack and whpever these biengs are will go after him, so hurry up and take your members to safety."

The alpha and his beta nodded as Marius looked at his alpha and stood by his side to help him whenever needed and after sometime the black shadowy cloud things made a circle and directed their focus on Sean and together they went in his direction at full speed.

While Sean didn't even move instead he waited for them to come to him and when they were very near to him Sean jumped high , "begone you filth." he said before he transformed into a pure white wolf and howled and jumped at those thing using his claws and cannies to shred it into pieces.

The black shadowy things yelled and it scream was ear piercing before it dispersed into small bats and flew away Marius covered his face as he saw those bats flow away but for a split second he thought he saw a black figure behind the tree as well.

However it was gone in a split second.

And soon it was silence all around Sean's white wolf landed on the ground unharmed while Marius went near him.

In front of Sean's gigantic wolf he looked like a child.

"What were those things alpha?" Sean just gave him a side glance and growled a little.

Soon the leader of this pack also came to them and the beta was right behind him, "Alpha... thank you very much for saving us."

Sean looked at him soon a warrior came back with a towel and Sean turned back into a human and tied the towel around himself.

"Those things seemed like spirits." Sean said as he looked at the leader,"Aiden."

Aiden spoke as well,"but why did they suddenly attack us?"

Sean looked at Marius, as Marius told him through mind-link not to tell Aiden that he might be attacke because he is their ally, this can cause an unrest and many of their allies can break up with them.

So Sean said, "we will investigate this matter, till then I will ask my wizard to create a protective barrier around your pack."

"Thank you alpha." Sean nodded before he closed his eyes and spoke, "Simon."

And as soon as he said that another being appeared over their,  a man with black hairs and white pale bit smooth skin small eyes and thin red lips, the man was wearing was wearing nothinb but night suit as he yawned, "you called for me alpha?"

Sean nodded, "I want you to cast a protection spell on this pack."

Simon blinked before he nodded and started chanting some spells, while Marius talked with the Aiden and others, "Who or what the hell were those?"
