It's almost midnight already.

I went to the kitchen to get some water since I felt thirsty.

It feels good to be human again. The Deity granted us our body to live like normal people here in this world. So that, HE can't suspect anything, but based on how powerful Sujeong as an angel can be, her scent must caught the attention of most evil monsters.

I went back to my room then lie down on my bed to sleep but I can't sleep.

Suddenly, I felt negative. A negative aura again. I hate this feeling. I hate it when HE's near

I wonder if Taehyung feel this, I hope not since only good angels can only feel this kind of aura. I always tell him that he's a good angel, so that the evil side of him can't be trigerred. I still don"t know though if what kind of angel he was.

Wait.. I should check regularly on Taehyung. I don't know why I do that but I feel like a responsible mother when I do that.

So I quickly went out to check his room, went inside, and closed the door.  He's nowhere to be found.

Oh my Lord. Where could this kid be going?

Then minutes later, I heard a slight sound of a gunshot from the outside.

Suddenly, the door flew open and I found him running towards in this very room like his life depends on it.

"What happened?" I asked but he just covered his whole body with the blanket.

"Taehyung! Answer me. In this instant."

"Thismightsoundc-crazyb-butIfeltanegativeaurainme."

He was talking so fast but it is enough for me to understand it.

He felt it too?? So...he's a good angel after all??

"Okay. It's normal for us, angels to feel like that if...if the D-DEVIL is near. And.." i was cut off by him.

"I MET HIM." That made my eyes grew large.

"You what?" Oh my god.. this is so not good. They shouldn't meet. Especially if they look alike.

Taehyung might be the Devil's target.

"I met him at the rooftop. He was looking at those men who had a fight then he was smiling. Maybe he sensed my presence, and he quickly flew right in front of me and"

"DID HE SEE YOU? TELL ME. DID HE SEE YOUR FACE?" I asked in panic and pulled the blanket from his face.

He just stared at me. His face was so confused. I don't know what he meant whether it's a yes or no..

But we need to be cautious.

I know we can't escape what the prophecy told us, but I can at least make it later.

"We need to get out of here. NOW!! Pack the things that are necessary only. I'll just go to Sujeong's room and...oh my god, Sujeong!!"

I ran outside Taehyung's room and went inside Sujeong's room.

I just had goosebumps.

HE was standing right in front of the balcony, looking at Sujeong.

Then he looked at me, in a confusing way.

Why does he look so confused?

Oh wait... He doesn't know..and he must not know... but it's too late...

I concentrated until I had enough power to gather up in me. I shown light in him with my hands then he suddenly vanished into thin air. My other hand touched Sujeong's eyes and automatically, she fell asleep.

To fight darkness, you need light.

This is the first time, I've seen the Devil so near and I'm quite sure that I felt something. Not just the negative aura, but something else.

I am the Angel of Love. I am the one who control the perfect match for each person. In the normal days, I just walk around the world finding a match for everyone. Whenever I feel something like connection on two person, I always find a way to connect them. That's my duty. I can't escape that duty. But nowadays, I can't seem to find anyone who's finding or wanting or waiting for any love.

But now, I felt that. It's a certain connection.

But there's a problem.

A really big problem.

I've never encountered this my whole life.

This is my first time feeling this kind of connection.

Most importantly, I've never matched angels before.

That's not the big news yet.

Normally and usually, you only match two people.

But I felt a connection between THREE people.

The Devil.

and Taehyung.

So wait...

Does that mean...

One will reborn by everybody's blood

Sujeong was reborn by the use of all angels' blood.

A duel by two will commence with the same blood

I was never sure of my assumptions. I thought it was Taehyung and the Devil because they look alike. But I never thought, they were the same blood. But maybe, he really was.

But where did he come from?

So it's a duel between them.. To fight for peace. To fight in order to win Sujeong?

One will be the guide and perish

I was the Angel of Love after all... I was the guide. By these connection, I will help one of them to connect...I will make sure to connect Taehyung and Sujeong.. not the devil..

But how come, I will perish? In what way?

Angels don't die...

Unless..

Unless they fall in love.

If choices chosen right; have the world once cherished"

Choices. What kind of choices? There are many choices!

To fight? To surrender?

To live? To die?

So I have to fight and that's the right choice. We have to fight.

Yet, I have to die. But I can't just die without finishing my task of being the guide.

I hope not yet.

But if I were to fall in love die? With whom am I going to fall?

Someone's POV

"Who was THAT?"

A dark creature suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

The palace that was once dark became darker.

"Was that the same person?"

He had many questions but I can't seem to answer him yet.

He was walking dramatically through back and forth.

His voice echoing, bats are coming out of their haven.

"Was that the girl I once loved?"

Then he stopped pacing.

His back facing me while I stood up from my chair.

"Sir...I--I d--don't know."

He slowly faced me.

He's not wearing his mask ever since.

He had a reason.

But I never knew what it was.

I can't dare to ask him.

For how many years, I never looked at him in the eyes. Eversince I came here except for the time when I died.

It's a horror.

I never wanted to see something like that.

His past was hideous but there was something hidden in it.

He has a secret.

"How come you don't know?"

Without a second,the last thing I wanted to see was in front of me.

His eyes.

His dark, mysterious eyes.

Everything about his dark past was in there.

But there's something missing.

The girl he's talking about.

I can't seem to see her in his eyes.

Yeah, this chap is kinda boring but I think the is almost the Rising Action of the story...
