22.

" Goodbye Lucifer!" Angelina shouted as she entered her limo, waving to me with a bright smile.

" Bye Angel!" I shouted back, waving to her as her car drove off. Once her limo was out of my sight, I began to walk off the school grounds and into the busy city.

As I walked, I began to think...we never went of a date before...

I mean, technically our first date was at the festival, but we went as friends originally, and came out as boyfriend and girlfriend. But it doesn't feel like a real date to me, so maybe...

...maybe we could go on a date..?

I groaned to myself, mentally face-palming. How was I suppose to ask her? I mean, we are dating, but it is still nerve racking to ask. Plus, where would I take her? What if she says no? What is she doesn't like the place I take her too? What if I mess something up on the date? What if-

The song Clarity began to play, which was the ringtone I had for Angelina. I answered," Hey Angel, what's up?" I asked as I continued to walk to my apartment.

" Hi! Nothing is up right now, I just got back home and decided to call you!" She answered, her voice sweet as usual.

" Well, don't you have homework to do?" I asked, turning down a alleyway to get to my apartment, my foot steps echoing.

" I do. But I just don't feel like doing it right now...." She whined," I just feel so drained today..!"

" I bet you are, you passed out on my lap at lunch after a moment of laying there." I stated as my apartment came into view.

" Yeah, I didn't get a lot of sleep last night after my...nightmare." She replied, not ' excited ' about the topic," Either way, I wanted to ask if you wanted to, you know, hang out today?"

It was as if she read my mind," But how? Your dad never lets you leave the house."

" Don't worry, I got it covered." I could tell she was smiling on the other end by the tone of her voice," So...what do you say?"

" Of course. But the funny thing is..." I started, walking into my apartment building, the door closing behind me," I wanted to ask you on...you know...a d-date..."

" Aww, Lucifer..!" Angelina said in awe," I would love to go on a date with you..!"

I felt my blood rush to my cheeks," R-Really..?"

" Of course! You are my boyfriend after all, PLUS it'll be our first date!" Angelina sounded excited about this, and I was glad.

" I'm happy to hear that...I was actually nervous on asking you..." I commented, rubbing my neck as a small smile formed on my lips.

" How cute!" I heard Angelina shout," Little Lucy was nervous~"

" I've told you not to call me that..!" I stated as I walked up the - dangerous - staircase of my apartment building.

" I know, I just like to tease you~" She giggled, making me roll my eyes," So...where are you gonna take me on our date?"

I felt my body tense up," Umm..." I hadn't thought about where yet,"...It's...a surprise! Yeah..."

" Oh~ Really?" She asked, obviously excited," Well then, what should I wear for this 'surprise' date?"

I took a moment to think as I continued to walk up the stairs, my steps creaking,"Uh...casual I guess..."

" Great! I can't wait!" Angelina cheered as I finally made it to my floor, where I walked up to my apartment door and unlocked it," Well, got to go and get ready. When will you pick me up?"

" Does five o'clock sound good?" I asked as I entered my apartment, closing the door and locking it behind me.

" Sounds great! I'll text you my address when I'm finished getting ready," She replies happily," Goodbye~"

" Bye Angel." I say, hearing her kiss the phone before hanging up. I let out a sigh as I lean against my apartment door,"...Now what am I gonna do..?"

I had never been on a date before, so I had no idea what I was gonna do.

' Way to state the obvious Lucifer ' You might say. But hey! I have been a loner since my parents died. I barely have friends as it is..!

I sigh to myself again before pushing myself off my door and walking towards my bed, my backpack now in hand. Once I reach my bed, I flop down on it, placing my backpack at the foot of my bed," What am I gonna do..?"

   I didn't have a ride.

I didn't know where to take her.

And I didn't know what to wear.

   I am hopeless...

" I can't think like that right now..." I mumbled to myself, sitting up on my bed. I grabbed my backpack and unzipped it, pulling out my laptop and opening it.

I was searching for the best first date places in L.A.

Pathetic, I know. But as I said before, I had NO idea what the hell I was doing, and it is not like I can ask anyone for help.

I began to scroll through websites, taking note of places I thought would be best for the date.

-----

A couple of hours later, after searching and searching things for the date, I was finally done. I decided that we were gonna go to this interactive dining experience called Hanjip. I had already made a reservation for it too. And for the ride situation, I was gonna borrow one of the gang's motorcycles. Think of it as a benefit of being the leader.

But I still had no idea what to wear. I stood in front of my dresser with my hand on my chin, thinking of what to wear. Should I dress nice or casual? I did say casual, but for some girls, casual in still really nice clothing, so maybe I should dress nice?

I let out a tired sigh as I rubbed my neck. I then opened up my drawers and began to look through my shirts.

   Nope.

   Nope.

   No.

   Nah.

   No way.

   Definitely not.

"This one...seems ok," I say to myself as I hold up a red v-neck tee-shirt," maybe add this and...there."

I had added a a back over-coat with a popped collar, along with black jeans and a pair of black and white converse.

" Alright. Now to get the bike, get dress, and pick up Angelina." I stated to myself, grabbing my phone and keys before leaving my apartment.

-----

It didn't take me that long to to get to the base. I opened the door to the base and walked in, the door slamming shut behind me. Everyone's attention quickly changed to me, their stares turning into glares.

I still wasn't...forgiven for what I had said last week about Mark's death - they must have gotten attached to him, he was probably the nicest member we had - and I bet they have heard about my relationship with Angelina.

I kept my head low and ignored them the best I could as I walked to the bike shop in the corner of the base.

As I walked up, I could see Stephanie trying to work on one of the broken bikes - she's been a member of Hell's Angels for about half a year now, but has no idea how to fix anything - with Kira hovering over her, telling her what to do.

It surprised me a bit to see that they already replaced Mark, but I think Kira wasn't the happiest about it.

Once I reached the bike shop, both girls stopped working and looked at me. Kira's eyes were filled with anger as Stephanie's...well, I couldn't really tell," Lucifer..." Kira growled, her arms now folded on her chest as she glared at me.

" Look. I'm not here to chat. I just need a bike and that's it." I state before the conversation could get any farther.

" But Lucifer! You hid the fact that you were DATING someone - which is a terrible liability for you - and that you purposely pushed off a money run to go to some...festival!" Kira protested.

'  I knew she'd be mad about that...' I thought as I continued to browse through our bikes. I was looking for one that didn't have our gang symbol on it and wasn't too imitating," Lucifer! You can't ignore me! You need to take your job as the leader of Hell's Angels more serious! You're becoming soft..!" Kira shouted, causing Stephanie to jump a bit.

" Listen." I stated in a cold tone," My life doesn't evolve around this gang, I have my own life to live. And YOU don't need to worry about MY life."

Kira did not know what to say, so she kept her mouth shut. But she did continue to glare at my as I finally picked out a bike. It was a plain black bike, it seemed nice enough for the date. I also grabbed two black helmets as I pushed the motorcycle towards the garage door," Why two helmets?" Kira asked as the garage door began to open, her arms still folded on her chest.

I glared at her over my shoulder," It's none of your business." I stated in a cold tone before hopping onto on the motorcycle - since the garage door opened all the way - with one helmet on my lap while the other was now on my head.

I inserted the key into the ignition, turning the key into the ON position. I made sure the kill switch of the motorcycle is set to RUN, along with motorcycle gear shifter being on neutral. I then squeezed the motorcycle clutch lever with my left hand all the way to the grip before pressing the start button with my right thumb, the engine roaring. I let the starter motor turn over until the engine fires before I released the start button.

I then shot off towards the street, making a sharp left turn into in-coming traffic. Though motorcycles weren't the safest thing to ride, they could make you feel free in some odd way, plus...I didn't have my own car so this was the best I could do.

I continued to drive towards the direction of my apartment until I came to a stop at a red light. As I sat there, I felt a vibration in my pocket. I quickly grabbed my phone and saw that Angelina texted me her address. Meaning...she was already ready?! I quickly checked the time to see it was already 4:30.

" Crap, I gotta get home and change quickly..." I mumbled to myself, stuffing my phone back into my pocket before the light turned green, where I then zoomed off towards my apartment building.

-----

Once I reached my building, I hopped off my bike and sprinted inside, passing the front office, running all the way up 15 flights of stairs, to my apartment. I jumbled through my keys, not wanting to be late.

Once I got the door opened, I quickly threw my helmet off my head - since I was in too much of a hurry to take it off once I got here - and stripped myself of my clothes and threw on my new ones. I combed my hair quickly, looking at myself in the mirror to make sure I was ready," I think I look good." I say to myself, glancing at my alarm clock and feeling panic shoot through me," It's 4:50?! Crap, I gotta get going." I say to myself, grabbing the helmet, wallet, and phone before running out of my apartment, locking the door behind me.

-----

I continued to drive on my bike, my phone in hand - which is very unsafe, but I'm a professional - as I read the directions. Angelina's house was way out of the city, it was quiet out here, and there were trees everywhere. For once as I drove, I could actually hear myself think without the constant noise of cars honking.

As I drew closer to where Angelina's house was suppose to be, a huge mansion-looking condo came into view," Do not tell me that's where she lives..." I say to myself, driving closer to the house. Once I stopped at where the maps said to, I looked up and saw the huge mansion from earlier," She really is rich..."

I stared in awe at Angelina's house. It was a huge condo, black tiled roof with white walls, a beautiful path that lead to the front of the house, and even there, they had an awesome pool, lovely chairs and umbrellas around the pool. And the house had so many windows, I couldn't even count them all," I gotta have the wrong address..."

I looked down at my phone and back up at the house," Nope, this is 10697 Somma Way...I can't believe she lives in a place like this, this house is probably $75,000,000..." I say in amazement, scanning the house again.

Then my attention turned to the front balcony - out of dozens of balconies - where I saw what looked like Angelina.

She seemed to be dancing around to a song, her moves were graceful and her jumps were perfect.

I hopped off my bike and began to walk up the steps to the house, my eyes glued to Angelina who continued to dance. As I got closer, her voice became clear, she was singing as she danced, a double threat.

Can you hear, my heart beat? I gotta feeling, it is never too late, I. Close my eyes, see myself in dream that will come true.

A smile spread across my face at her voice, she was such a talented and amazing singer, it hurt to know that she'd never sing for anyone after her accident, which I believed is the cause of her not singing.

I made my way around her pool, the sound of her angelic voice running in my ears which made me feel at peace.

Once I made it to Angelina's front patio, I grabbed my cell phone and unlocked it, pressing Angelina's contact and calling her. I could hear her music stop, the song Angel with a Shotgun now playing ' Is that my ring tone? How cute. ' I thought. I heard her little feet tap against her marble floor as she answered," Hi Lucifer!"

" Hey Angel." I say, smirking as I lean against the door of her house," Guess where I am."

I could hear her tap her foot against the floor as she thought,"Hmm...I don't know, where?"

" Behind you..." I say in a creepy voice, causing Angelina to let out a little shriek as she - probably - turned around.

I let out a little chuckle as I hear her stomp her foot," Not funny!" She yells.

" I kinda is." I state with a small chuckle, a smile on my lips," But seriously, I'm here at your house."

" You are?!" She shouts, a bit surprised," Ok, stay right where you are. Don't ring the door bell, I don't need my dad to come and see you."

" Alright, I'll wait." I say as she hangs up. I could hear her as she ran off the balcony, shutting a- what I presume is a glass - door closed.

I wait for about a minute or two until I heard the front door unlock. I removed myself from the door before she opened it, and once she did, I felt my heart begin to throb.

Angelina wore a beautiful, all-white, short-sleeve dress, a pair of blue heals that perfectly match her sparkling eyes. She didn't have her hair done this time, but she did have this beautiful white hawaiian flower in her hair. She also had a small, light-blue hand purse in her and, while she wore little make-up.

   She was an angel...

" Did I over do it?" She asks, looking down at her outfit," I feel like I look a bit silly."

" N-No, you look...beautiful..." I say, a light blush on my cheeks as I stared down at the girl before me," But do you know what else you'd look good in?"

   " What?"

   " My arms~"

" L-Lucifer!" She says embarrassed, her face dusted red.

" What? You would." I state with a smirk.

" T-Thanks either way Lucifer..." She replies, her cheeks still dusted red," S-So, ready to go?"

" I should be the one asking you." I state with a smile, causing Angelina to let out a small giggle.

" Right right. I'm just so...nervous!" She commented, a smile on her face as usual.

" It's fine, I'm a bit nervous too." I state, rubbing my neck nervously.

   " Aww...how cute~" Angelina teased.

" H-Hey! Don't say that..!" I say," I should the one saying that to you!"

Her once pink cheeks were now red," H-Hey!" she shouts, trying to cover her face with her hands.

I smirk," Alright. So are you ready?" I ask, letting Angelina think for a moment.

" Wait! I do need to do one thing." She says as she turns her head towards the inside of her house," DAD! I'M GOING TO KATE'S HOUSE NOW!"

After a small moment, we both hear her father reply," ALRIGHT ANGELINA! BE BACK BY TEN!"

" OK!" She shouts back before closing the door, looking back at me," Alright. Ready to go?"

I nodded, lending my hand out to her. She gladly accepts my hand and intertwines her fingers with mine. We both began to walk towards the front of her house, hand in hand as we walked," So...you have a really nice place..." I comments, trying to start some conversation.

" Yeah...I have lived here my whole life." she states, looking around as we walked," You know, I have this amazing cherry tree in my backyard that I use to spend most of my time as a kid."

She smiled at the memory," I would love to have you over sometime. Maybe when my dad goes out of town?"

I nodded, a smile on my face," I would like that." I said, squeezing her hand gently. She looked up at me and gave me her radiant smile, which in turn, made my heart flutter.

Finally, we made it to my motorcycle. I let go of Angelina's hand and walked over to it," You rode here on a motorcycle?" She asked, a bit of a nervous expression on her face.

" Yup. This is one of the best bike I have." I stated with a small smirk, patting the front of a bike," I'm guessing you have never been on one."

She nodded shyly," It's ok, no need to get nervous." I say, giving her a calm smile. She let out a shaky breath before walking over to the motorcycle. I jumped onto the bike, putting my helmet on before handing the other helmet to Angelina," Here. Put this on."

She nodded, taking off her flower and placing it in her hand purse before placing the helmet on her head. I lend my hand out to Angelina and helped her onto the bike," Ok. Now just wrap your arms-" I didn't even need to finish my sentence because Angelina had already wrapped her arms around my torso.

I felt the heat rise in my cheeks," Umm o-ok, now just hold on tight, alright?" I ask.

" Alright..." Angelina replied, placing her head on my back, causing my body to tense up a bit.

I let out a shaky sigh - my face burning up by Angelina's touch - before grabbing the clutches a zooming off towards the restaurant.

-----

For most of the drive to Hanjip, Angelina stayed clutching to me. But once we entered the city, Angelina seemed to grow less nervous. She had her head off my back as she looked at all the city lights - that were beautiful at night - as I drove. Soon, she had only one hand holding me while the other hung loose in the air," This is so much fun!" She cheered, a huge smile on her face as her hair flowed in the wind.

I felt a smile creep up on my face," I glad you're having fun!" I shouted back to her, who was too busy laughing to hear.

Once Hanjip came into view, I slowed down the bike a bit, pulling over at the sidewalk as the engine rumbled. Once as a complete stop, I hoped off the bike - once I shut the engine off and took the keys, both Angelina and I taking our helmets off - and lend my hand out to Angelina, who excitedly accepted it.

We then walked into the restaurant, the sound of chatter filling our ears. We walked over to the hostess, who was busy helping the person in front of us. I let go of Angelina's hand once we reached the hostess," Hello. Welcome to Hanjip! How may I help you?" She asked, her voice kind.

" Lucifer, table for two." I stated as Angelina pinned her hawaiian flower back into her hair.

" Ah! Mr. Akuma, right this way." She replied, gesturing towards the table behind her.

The restaurant had a very unique vibe to it. The walls of the restaurant were beautiful wood, one wall being the scenery of a mountain range ion black and white while another was a window that showed the busy street of L.A. The table wood matched the wall, and had white chairs for seating. And the lights inside were metal cylinders that help give the place it's unique vibe, along with everything else.

Hanjip was the 6th best restaurant for a first date on the website I was scrolling on, and I could see why.

Both Angelina and I followed the hostess towards our table, which was seated right next to the window, giving us an amazing view of the city.

" Here is your table," The hostess stated, gesturing towards the table," Your waiter will be here soon to take your orders."

" Thank you." Angelina states, smiling at her as the hostess walks back to her position in the front.

I scurry over to Angelina's seat, pulling it out for her," Why thank you." She says, kissing my cheek as she sits down.

My cheeks heat up quickly," Told you I had manners." I state with a smirk as I walk over to my seat, plopping down in it.

" I you still upset about that?" She asks as she grabs her menu.

" No! I just want to show you that I do IN FACT have manners." I state.

She giggles a bit," Whatever Lucy~"

" I've told you not to call me that..!" I protest as Angelina laughs a bit more; at least she's enjoy this so far.

" Either way, how were you able to get out of the house?" I ask, a bit curious.

" I just told my father that I was going over to Kate's house - he's known her for a while - to study for a big test; he really cares for grades." She states as if it is no big deal.

" Wow Angel, I think I'm really rubbing off on you~" I comment with a smirk.

" I guess so. It was actually easy to do." Angelina states as our waiter comes walking up to us, his eyes immediately scanning all over Angelina.

I growl under my breath, catching the attention of our waiter," O-Oh, my name is Austin, and I'll be your waiter this evening..." he states, winking at Angelina before speaking again," Shall I start you guys off with your drinks?"

" I'll like to have a strawberry lemonade, please." Angelina states with a small smile; Angelina does seem to be the type to get a fruity drink, don't you think?

" Great choice m'lady~" He stated in a some-what flirty tone, which ticked me off," And you sir?" His expression was almost disgusted when he asked, and his tone was more bland then before.

" Coke..." I state, glaring at him. I felt something small kick my leg from under the table, I turned my head to see Angelina giving a - almost motherly - look, saying to behave,"...please."

He wrote down our drinks," Alright. I'll be back with your drinks." he states before walking away.

" What was that about?" Angelina asked," It was a bit rude to glare at him."

" Nothing...just, nothing..." I grumbled, slumping down in my chair a bit; I really didn't want to ruin our date, but this flirt is really ticking me off!

" Don't tell me you jealous again, are you?" She asked.

" N-No! I was...never mind..." I mumbled, now grabbing my menu and holding it up to where she couldn't see my face.

" Jealous~" I heard Angelina chime in a teasing voice.

" I wasn't!" I protest, shoving my menu down to look at her.

She giggled at my reaction, causing pink to dust my cheeks," Aww Lucy~ Don't worry, I find it cute!"

Now my face was beat red, probably the color of my shirt," I-I told you not to call me that..."

   " Aww, don't get embarrassed!"

" Well you're not helping the situation..."

She giggled," Sorry! It's just fun to tease you."

'Just as the mood began to lighten up, our waiter came back with our drinks," A strawberry lemonade for the lovely lady," Austin said in a flirty tone as he place Angelina's drink down with a smile," And a coke for you."

My blood boiled. I really, really, REALLY hated this waiter...there is no way I'm tipping him.

" Thank you!" Angelina thanked with a bright smile before grabbing her drink and taking a small sip from it.

" Are you two ready to order?" He asked, already pulling out his notepad.

Angelina looked at me for a moment before answering," Not yet."

" Alright. I'll be back to take your orders in a bit." He stated before walking away again.

Once he was out of sight, I looked back at Angelina and spoke," Can you see my problem now?"

" Umm...no..." she said, oblivious; Look, I know I told you I loved her - I really do - but come on! She can't be this oblivious!

" That fuc- I mean, that waiter is flirting with you!" I state, pointing at the waiter from across the room.

" Hey! It is rude to point." She says as she pulls my arm down," And besides, he is just being nice."

" Does nice consist of flirting and winking?"

   " Well...no. But-"

" Seriously Angelina? How can you not see this..."

" I'm sorry!" She shouted, a little angry," I'm sorry that I'm too oblivious to see what's going on at times, alright.?!"

And that right there is how to ruin a date.

" I-I'm sorry Lucifer... for being too stupid to see what's happening around me..." She kept her head down as tears threatened to spill; How in the world did this date go from perfect to this!? God, I'm the worst...I forget how emotional Angelina can be...

" Hey Angel...it's not your fault..." I say as I reach over and grab her hand that had been laying on the table," I was just...jealous in a way...I can't help to be protective around you..."

She looks up at me with a smile," I like that you're over-protective. It makes me feel special in a way..."

" You are special..." I say, rubbing my thumb on her hand in a circle,"To me, you are my light in the darkness, I couldn't last a day without you..."

Her face blushed bright red," You say that as if I'm some kind of jewel to you..."

" You are a jewel. You are like a diamond, beautiful in every way, are very hard to find, hard to get, people always want you, and you are one of a kind..." I state with a soft smile, pink dusting my cheeks ever so slightly.

" Y-You're so cheesy, you know that, don't you?" She asks, as she tries to hide her blushing face from me.

" I do. And I know you love it when I'm cheesy." I say with a smirk, causing a giggle to escape her lips. I lift up her hand and gently kiss it, then looking up at her with a small smirk, still holding her hand as I kept my head in place," Don't you?"

Angelina looked like she was about to blow a steam pipe by how red she looked,"I-I do..." she stuttered out, her heart beating out of her chest.

Angelina felt like she was about to pass out. Her heart throbbed and her stomach felt like it was about to explode with butterflies.' What kind of cliche love story is this..?!' she thought, her heart beating in her ears as her face matched the color of the red shirt I was wearing. She was hopelessly in love, but of course she couldn't admit that. She started to panic and quickly pulled her hand away from my grip." W-Well! What are you going to get for dinner?" She asks, now hiding her face in her menu as she tried to change the subject as quickly as she could.

I let out a small chuckle. She was cute when she was embarrassed, the way her face looked when she was blushing always made my heart throbbed, how could no one love this women? " The beef brisket looks pretty good." I state as I look at the menu again," You?"

" O-Oh! I was planning on getting the garlic beef. To me it seems good." She replies, slowly starting to cool down, she face going back to it's normal shade.

" That does look good." I comment, smiling at her.

She smiles back, and as I were about to say something else, our 'amazing' waiter comes back," Are you two ready to order now?" Austin asks as he takes out his notepad again. I really hate this guy, but right now, I won'y let it show.

Angelina nods," Yes we are. I'll be getting the garlic beef." She states as our waiter nods.

" Excellent choice." He comments, smiling at her as he writes done her order," And you sir?"

" I'll be getting the beef brisket." I state, trying my best to smile at him, even though I wanted to strangle him to death just for flirting with Angelina.

" Alright! Your orders will be out soon." Austin states before leaving with our order. Once gone, Angelina turns to me and smiles," I can see how he is a bit of a flirt." She says, letting out a small laugh.

" More then a little flirty to me." I grumble, causing Angelina to laugh.

-----

" Alright, so if my name wasn't Angelina - say it was Jasmine - what would my nickname be then?" Angelina asks, curious.

This is what we've been doing for the last ten minutes while we waited for our food to arrive, just making small conversation by asking each other little questions.

" Mine." I state in a flirty tone as a smirk danced on my lips. Angelina's face turned as red as my shirt again," Aw...You're blushing~"

" D-Don't say things like that..!" She states, once again hiding her face in her hands," But seriously, what would it be?"

I thought for a moment before speaking again," Hmm...how about shortcake?"

" Shortcake? Why that?" She asks, tilting her head a bit in confusion," Why not something like 'sweetheart' or 'flower'?"

" Those were my second options," I say as I lean my head on my hand," but I would call you shortcake because how sweet and tiny you are~"

" H-Hey! Don't call me tiny!" She says with a - super cute - pouty-face," I'm only tiny to you because you're so tall!"

" That and because you are short." I state.

   " Are not!"

   " Are too."

   " Are not!"

   " Are too."

   " Are not!"

   " Are not."

   " Are too- wait what?"

I chuckle as our waiter slowly comes towards us with our food," Hah hah. I win." I say as I lean back in my chair, smiling at my victory.

She huffs before crossing her arms - cutely - on her chest," Whatever..."

" Aww~ Angelina, don't be sad~" I say in a teasing tone as our waiter finally makes it to our table with our food.

" The garlic beef for the pretty lady~" Austin says with a smirk as he gently places Angelina's food in front of her," And he beef brisket for you."

" Thank you Austin." Angelina thanks before he walks away. Once he was out of sight, Angelina turned to me and spoke," I can see how flirty he is now." She lets out a little giggle as I smile at her.

   " See? Told you."

   " Yeah yeah, whatever Lucy..."

" Hey! This is the third time I told you not to call me that!"

   " But it's fun to tease you~"

" Lets just eat already." I state as I grabbed my fork and knife and began to cut my food and eat it.

" Alright..!" Angelina replies gleefully, digging into her own food.

We ate in a comfortable silence, exchanging a few words here and the about the food. Once we finished eating, Angelina grabbed a napkin and dabbed her mouth," That food was amazing..!" she comments as she takes another small sip of her - half full - strawberry lemonade.

" Yeah, it was." I say as I once again lean back in my chair," Do you want desert?"

" Yes! But I don't think they have deserts here." Angelina replies.

" We can go get some ice or something if you'd like?" I asked as Angelina's eyes lit up with joy as she nodded rapidly; she must really like sweets," Alright. I'll pay the check and we'll go."

" Wait! Let me pay." Angelina said as she grabbed her hand purse and began to take out a small wallet.

" Nope, not this time. You have paid CRAZY amounts of money for me - that I know I'll never repay - so just let me pay for a simple dinner..!" I was practically begging.

She sighed," Fiinneee....! I'll let you pay." She says in defeat," But you better let me pay for the ice cream."

" No promises." I reply with a smirk as our waiter comes back with our check," Thank you Austin."

" My pleasure." He says as he walks away from our table again.

I open the check to see the price, lucky for me, it wasn't much. I grabbed my wallet, taking out the amount of money needed to pay," How much are you gonna tip him?" Angelina asks from across the table.

" How about...a penny?" I asks in a teasing manner, causing Angelina to burst into giggles.

" Lucifer!" She scolded playfully, reaching over the table and gently slapping my arm.

" I know I know. I'll pay him five dollars, okay?" I ask as Angelina nods happily in response.

I place the money in the check before standing up, walking over to Angelina and lending out my hand, which she gladly takes and allows me to lift her up. We then walk towards the front of the restaurant, saying our goodbyes to the hostess before leaving the building and being greeted by the sounds of the city.

" Do you want to walk? I think there is a Rite Aid around the corner with a Thrifty's Ice cream inside." I ask as Angelina looks up at me with bright eyes.

" I love Thrifty's ice cream! My mom use to take me there after my singing practices sometimes." She replies with her radiant smile," Let's go!"

I smile down at her before we began to walk to the Rite Aids, our hands intertwined with each other.

We walked in a comfortable silence, Angelina was humming a familiar tune that I couldn't place my finger on. Where had I heard it from? I've heard her hum in before, and it still confused me on where I had heard it. The tune made me feel a hole in my chest, as if a a memory wanted to rise.

I shook away the thoughts once the Rite Aid came into view," There it is! Come on!" Angelina cheered as she now pulled me in the direction of the store.

Once we got inside, Angelina quickly raced over to the ice cream area like a small child," OooOooO~ They have all the flavors!" She stated, quite excited to get some ice cream.

I smiled in amusement, Angelina was like a child at times, he found it extremely cute," What flavor are you going to get?" Angelina asked in a child-like manner.

I took a long glance at all the options before answering," I think I'll cotten candy." Angelina began to giggle," What?"

" N-Nothing!" She giggled," It's just...I didn't know you had a sweet tooth! Cotton candy is one of my favorites too."

" Well I do, ok?" I asked, a little embarrassed," Either way, what are you gonna get?"

" Oh! I'll be getting the birthday cake, it's my favorite!" She stated excitedly before one of the workers finally came over from the registers to serve us.

" Hello. What can I get for you two today?" The worker asked as I looked down at Angelina, telling her to go first.

" I'll be getting two scoops of birthday cake in a cup please!" Angelina happily answered.

" And you?" The worker asked as he began to do Angelina's order.

" Two scoops of...cotton candy please..." I state, a little embarrassed.

The worker nodded and quickly did both of our orders," That'll be ten bucks." The worker stated casually as Angelina began to happily eat her treat once she received it.

I nodded and pulled out ten bucks from my wallet before gabbing a spoon for myself and walking out the store with Angelina at my side, happily eating her ice cream," This is so good! Thank you again!" Angelina said, smiling at me brightly with a bit of ice cream on her lips.

I chuckled a bit," No problem Angel. But you got something right there." I say as I point to my face.

" Where?!" She asks - coming to a small stop - as she frantically rubs her face, missing the ice cream every time.

" Here let me help you. It's right..." I say as I bend down to her face, licking the ice cream off her lips,"...there."

Angelina covered her lips in embarrassment as I pulled away, standing up straight and seeing how red Angelina's face really was," T-Thanks..." she stuttered out as she began to eat her ice cream again.

" You're welcome Angel." I say I began to eat my ice cream.

Since I couldn't drive while eating my sweet treat - even though I drove to Angelina's house with my phone out - we decided to walk around the city as we ate. We made small talk, talking about movies, music, and other things. The city was truly beautiful at night, and with Angelina at my side, the lights around us seemed to glow brighter.

Does that sound cliche? Yes. Yes it does. But I wouldn't have it any other way.

By the time we finished eating Angelina and I ended up - magically - circling back around to Hanjip, where I saw my bike still parked with our helmets," Are you ready to go?" I asked, looking back at Angelina who stared back at me with her sparkling eyes.

" Yeah! I do need to head home soon anyways." That's right. Angelina's father did say she needed to be home before ten o'clock.

" Ok, hop on." I stated, sitting on my bike as I placed my helmet on my head.

Angelina nodded, taking her hawaiian flower out of her hair and placing the helmet on before hopping onto my bike, wrapping her arms securely around me.

I smiled before clutching the handles again and zooming off.

-----

Though the drive was silent, I could tell Angelina was having a great time on the bike. It was about 9:50 when we reached Angelina's house. We both took our helmets off - Angelina placing her flower pin back into her hair - and began to walk to her front door, hand-in-hand.

Once we reached the steps of her house, we both turned and faced each other, holding each other's hands," I had a wonderful time tonight." Angelina stated with her radiant smile, her cheeks dusted pink.

" Even if you were being flirted by the waiter?" I ask playfully, causing Angelina to giggle.

" Yes, even if the waiter was flirting with me."

" Good, cause tonight was amazing too."

Since I was holding both of her hands, I easily pulled Angelina towards me, kissing her passionately. Her lips were soft and still tasted like her birthday cake ice cream. She kissed back, now wrapping her arms around my neck.

Once we pulled apart from our kiss, Angelina was blushing madly," I love you Angelina..." I say as I lean my forehead on hers.

It takes me a full minute to realize what I had just said, and it takes the same amount of time for Angelina to process what I had said.

Once we were done processing, we both looked at each other with wide eyes," U-Umm, uh, I didn't mean to- I - umm..." Well, I doomed.

As I continue to stutter out words Angelina mind is racing. I loved her? She could barely process it. Then suddenly, she began to laugh," W-What's so funny?" I asked, embarrassed as hell.

" I-It's nothing really, but..." She says as she looks up at me with a loving smile," I-I love you too Lucy!"

I didn't care that she called me Lucy again, instead - out of excitement - I bent down and kissed her again with passion.

Once we pulled away from another - amazing - kiss, I pulled Angelina into a hug," You don't know how long I wanted to tell you that. And I am...so happy that you love me back..." I say, stroking Angelina's lovely blond locks.

" I l-love you too...so much..!" Angelina says, her voice a bit muffled in my chest.

" Now you should go. I'll text you when I get home." I say as I pull away from our hug.

Angelina nods a plants a kiss on my cheek," Alright, goodnight Lucifer!~" Angelina says as she opens her front door, blowing me a kiss before closing the door.

I was...hopelessly in love with her...

I held my chest again as I walked back to my motorcycle, the same feeling in my chest. It felt just like when I first met Angelina, except now I know what it means...

   ...love...
