You have the day off and you are pacing around the office of Nelson and Murdock waiting for Foggy to return from an errand. You are also visibly stressed about last night's discovery 

"is there anything I can do for you?" Karen Page asks 

"no thank you no offence but I would rather get advice from Foggy because its of the legal kind" you reply as sincerely as possible 

"it's all good... can I get you anything?" she replies 

"umm... no thank you" you say. 

A minute later you hear two voices, one belonging to Matt and the other Foggy 

"I'm telling you Matt we should take the case" Foggy says really enthusiastic as he enters the office with Matt

"I'll think about it" he replies 

"Hello (Y|N)" Matt says making you feel really uncomfortable

 "hey Matt hay Foggy" you say your voice a little shaky 

"what's wrong (Y|N)?"  Foggy asks noticing your shaky voice 

"I need your advice but it's a little awkward to tell in front of Matt" you say but you are not sure if Foggy knows about Matt being the daredevil 

"ok how about we take a walk and talk while we are walking" he replies trying to defuse your uneasiness

"ok, that sounds like a good idea."

You are walking down the street with Foggy 

"so (Y|N) what advice do you need?" Foggy asks 

"ok so hypothetically what should I do if one of my friends is a vigilante that is actually making a difference?" you pose the question so it doesn't give you as the cannery away you see him wincing  

"ok for explanation's sake let's say you did actually find out how did you find out?" he says doing the natural thing that lawyers do 

"so I was being mugged by someone and then he rescues me but he got badly beaten up so I returned the favour by taking off his mask and tending to his wounds" you reply 

"ok so what I would do is I would try and find him and offer assistance but if he hates you then report it to the police" he replies

"hey do you get the feeling someone is following us" you say alert 

"yea actually I do" he says looking over his shoulder but before you or Foggy can do anything a taxi pulls aside you and three men get out 

"Hey Sergei shall we take the girl or rattle her up?" one of the men says in a recognisable Russian accent

"orders are take Foggy Nelson and leave anyone else rattled so they will talk" the other man Sergei replies 

"how battered shall we leave her?" the third man asks 

"a knock to the head and a few cuts should do it I'll take..." he says before he is rudely interrupted

"you should just get on with it you know" Foggy says not realising  how bad the situation is going to get into 

"fine" Sergei says as he pulls a gun on both of you

"now let's make this easy Foggy come with us or she dies" 

"yea well you said you need someone to talk" you say 

"yea true" he says 

"but..." he says pondering his situation but before he can do anything you kick the gun from his hand 

"whaa..." he says taking a back but he realises that fighting you would be a good enough distraction.

He punches back but you deflect it. You notice out of the corner of your eye that they have incapacitated Foggy and are placing him in the taxi. You have broken free Sergei and you are about to stop the other two when you feel this massive force on your temple, you've been hit with a baseball bat. You stagger back but before you come to your sensors the Russians get in the taxi and go.

A few seconds later Matt has made it to where the kidnapping had just taken place and you are sitting on the curbside

"(Y/N) are you alright?" He asks 

"they took Foggy" you utter

 "come on we will talk while I tend to your wound," Matt says as he helps you up.
