I’ve finally finished my short story collection—what a relief, and what a joy! It all began with A Midsummer Night’s Dream, which I wrote almost on a whim. Later came Once Upon a Macabre Mistress, when I realized there was still more to explore about these demons and the fragile humans who fall prey to them. And now, I’ve ended with The Devil on My Shoulder, a tale of how obsession can turn humans dangerous.

Writing this 10,000-word anthology was no easy task, but your votes, comments, graphics, and awards kept me going. You motivated me to push through, and because of that, I feel I’ve grown as a writer. Maybe not the best yet, but certainly better than when I began.

For now, I’ll be focusing on finishing my three fanfictions—YD is already complete, and I can’t wait to wrap up the others. I’m not sure what new stories the future holds, but I know this much: I never want to stop writing. It’s one of the best things that has ever happened to me.
