SEASON 1: ATLAS IS ALWAYS THERE WHEN OPHELIA'S ANTICS GET OUT OF CONTROL

Chumsworth siblings: Ophelia and her older brother Atlas. They are the children of Aspheera and Pythora Chumsworth, nephew and niece of Cyrus.P.Chumsworth.

Atlas is a young hybrid of Anacondrai and Hypnobrai. He has completely white skin with a few patches of purple scales, and has pink eyes with emerald green pupils. Atlas... hatched from an egg with genetic defects that greatly varied his appearance. His right hand is purple, while his left hand is black.

In character, young Serpentine is very smart, sensible, friendly, kind and supportive of his loved ones. But he can also be very shy and insecure. You see... Atlas considers himself a freak, an outcast, an alien. Because of his appearance and coloration, he feels that he does not belong to any of the Serpentine races.

Atlas is most afraid of finger-pointing and taunting, because of how he looks. He thinks his sister is better because she has better appearance traits than he does, which his sister denies.

Ophelia, on the other hand, has more traits belonging to Hypnobrai like her mother, and not like her brother, Anacondrai traits. Ophelia is a young Serpentine who has purple colored scales and with a few golden elements, highlighting her Hypnobrai traits.

Ophelia's character is completely inherited from her mother. Rebellious, bold, with a sharp tongue. But for her siblings, she is playful, eager to adventure and get into trouble, fond of playing with magic and spells she learned from her mother. A positively twisted girl, seasoned to battle adversity, tough and unyielding. A veritable volcano of emotions.

The only thing in the world she fears is her mother and her hard stare. She gets along quite well with Pythor, but disregards his words, so it is always Pythor who calls his wife to help him tame their daughter.

Ophelia always helps Atlas with bullies who whisper about him and may even be willing to pick a fight, just to protect her Serpentine's honor, which she values greatly.

Atlas and Ophelia are very different. They are like chaos and peace, day and night, sun and moon. They have different dreams and visions about the future; Atlas would like to become a musician like Cyrus and Goldie, whom he greatly admires. Ophelia would rather become a great sorceress and wander the world, exploring new lands and cultures.

Of the two, Atlas is the voice of reason, while Ophelia is the rebel.

---

Ophelia was sitting in her room reading a book about magic, while brewing some strange broth. In a black, tiny cauldron was bubbling a strange substance that was purple, almost black in color and the consistency resembled some kind of boiling stew.

- Okay... now you have to add... Fruit of the fiery bush.... Then stir, lightly and not too slowly. - She read aloud and nodded.

She took a black ladle in her hand and took an orange fruit, resembling a plum, from the cutting board, cut it in half and dropped it into the cauldron with the strange substance. She began stirring the mysterious decoction, which released after a while a very unpleasant smell, resembling a combination of dill and rotten fish.

The door to Ophelia's room opened and Atlas walked in, and as soon as he entered he choked and his face turned green. He covered his mouth with his hand and swallowed. - Sister...! What... What are you doing again!?

- Another decoction. This time... Devil's Mix. - She replied, not smelling scent in her room at all.

- What...!? You know how it... this thing smells!!? Like a combination of dill.... and some other rotten thing. - He replied and choked again. - I'm about to suffocate! I'll open the window...

- I don't know what you mean. Either you have a broken sense of smell, or mine has been damaged.... I bet on the former. - She shrugged her shoulders, re-reading the instructions.

Atlas opened the window quickly and took a deep breath, whooping. A bird flew in front of the window, smelled the potion and fell like a jackdaw to the ground. Atlas's jaw dropped in silent shock.

- Shucks... Rest in peace, brother. - He said to the bird, which hit the sidewalk below. - If the smell is already unbearable, what if it drinks it up?

He closed the window so that more birds, wonders of nature, would not fall from the smell of this substance that his sister is cooking.

- You seriously think that this liquor is some kind of magic potion? - He asked in disbelief, walking closer to the desk. Atlas choked again and a shudder of disgust went through him.

- Don't worry, bro! I read the instructions carefully and everything should come out as expected. I'm following this recipe. - She said in a self-satisfied tone and showed her brother the book.

The young hybrid took the textbook on potions in his hands and began to read the recipe for this "magical" drink.

=The recipe of elixir of the Devil's Mix =

1. Spider venom extract.

2. Juice of poisoned apples - you can use a spell that causes poisoning of a particular fruit or vegetable, plant with the spell ,, Virtigo''.

3. Bat blood. - It can be taken from the infected animal to give a better effect!!!

4. Three leaves of poison ivy - chopped into particles and must appear from them poisonous mucus

5. Water - five drops, only five!!

6. Four thorns of red rose, they can still be soaked with rapeseed oil - so that the victim's muscles can be ####.

7. Tarantula venom fang

8. Fruit of the Fire bush - must be freshly picked

9. Add a glass of apple cider

10. Add a stalk of common nettle.

11. Add snake venom - any snake, as long as its venom is poisonous, such as basilisk.

In this simple to grasp way you will get ####. For whoever drinks even one glass or is given to the desired object by injection immediately your victim will be ####.

Atlas had a concerned look on his face as he saw the blurry side effect of the potion. What could be behind it and could it be dangerous.

- Sister... Did you read the second page of this recipe? - He asked worriedly.

- No, I haven't gotten to it yet. I have the eighth point. - She replied confused.

- Well, maybe it's better not to finish it, okay?

- Why?

- This is some kind of potion that doesn't know what it does. There is no side effect or what will happen to whoever drinks it.... Where did you get this book?

Ophelia shrugged her shoulders. - I found it between the magic decoction sections in the library, why?

- Who is the author of this thing anyway?

- I don't know, it was written strangely.

Atlas took the book and turned the page to the very beginning and there he saw the inscription, most likely of the book's creator.

"A book about Potions and other hidden properties of them. It was written by Mushlord. To help his companions learn about the useful, properties of potions developed by Unia, the Council of Wizards. Obvious #### who have caused much #### for him and his comrades in arms. "Long live the tribe"!

- Ok... let's burn this book. - Atlas said.

- Yeah. This is creepy. So much of my work has gone to waste!!! I still have to clean it up! - groaned Ophelia.

- Don't worry about it, I'll help you destroy it and we'll burn it. And above all... I'll protect you from mom's wrath.

- Thanks, man. I think she would kill me for that, for experimenting with some dark book.

- No problem. And now! Let's get rid of it.

= END OF CHAPTER FIVE =

A/N: A bit of a dark vibe in this chapter, but that's okay. It's already a hidden introduction to the second season and a foretaste about new enemies. Enjoy the chapter! Over and out.
