Fay pt. 2
When they got back to the dropship Clarke got her into the medical area on the first level of the ship. She tried to take the blanket so she could examine her and find any serious injuries, but Fay would not willingly give it up. Clarke didn't want to cause another panic attack so she just handed her some broth to drink before giving her some jerky and water and leading her to a tent outside. "You can rest here and I'll be by later to check on you."
Fay was trying to process everything. She was rescued but Bellamy was here so she wasn't safe. She wanted to sneak out and get as far away as possible but her body felt so tired and her eyelids were closing on their own. Clarke must have put something in her broth to help her sleep. She laid down on the cot and let her body get some much needed rest.
Bellamy was trying to quietly get his stuff out of his tent without waking Fay, he was studying her as she slept, she was so skinny and clearly hadn't been allowed to bathe. His heart was heavy and he didn't know how to help her. Fay snuggled into her covers more, she was finally warm again, her eyes fluttered open and her heart dropped into her stomach. Bellamy Blake was standing in front of her bed, staring at her. A whimper escapes her throat as she struggles to scoot into a corner away from him. He reaches out a hand to comfort her and she flinches away before squeezing her eyes shut.
"I..I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you." He said while backing away from her. Fay's breathing slowed down, "Get out!" She demanded. "Fay, please.." Bellamy got cut off by Fay's yell, "Get away from me! I fucking hate you! You left me out there to die!" Bellamy caught the pillow she threw at him before grounding out, "I didn't leave you, I got shot in the leg and by the time Clarke got to me you were gone. I searched for you for weeks!" He threw the pillow back and immediately regretted it as the force slightly swayed her weak frame.
"Well it wasn't long enough!" She spat. "While you were freely doing as you pleased and living your life I was locked up! They did things to me Blake." Bellamy had never heard her use his last name and it just shoved the knife deeper into his heart. "They made me wish I was dead." Her eyes showed so much pain before she numbed herself to the memories and looked Bellamy right in the eyes. "I never left that tent, they kept me locked up, starved me and did as they wished with my body."
Bellamy fell into the chair behind him and ran his hands over his face. "Fay, I'm so sorry. You have to believe me, I did everything I could. Once Clarke made the alliance with King Roan he told us he had you because we had his medicine man and he was willing to make a trade. I have never forgiven myself for what happened. Hell, I've barely slept or ate, I thought about you constantly."
Fay had noticed his weight and the dark bags under his eyes but she couldn't find it in herself to forgive him. He searched her eyes for any emotion but she just stared right through him. Bellamy sighed and stood up to leave. "Bellamy." The use of his first name had him coming to a halt and sharply turning around. Fay unwrapped the blanket she had from yesterday and Bellamy's eyes widened.
Despite her being starved Fay's stomach was larger than the last time he saw her, that could only mean one thing. "I'm pregnant and I don't know if the baby is yours or one of the fourteen men that have raped me." Fay confessed as the tears began falling down her dirty cheeks.
