Rin's POV

Lucy had walked off to pick something up off the ground. She, apparently, has the attention span of a butterfly! Yukio and I had followed her so she wouldn't get hurt.

She had picked up two golden keys; They were like the ones on her holster, but had a different design on them.

"Yukino..." she mumbled before she fainted. Luckily, I caught her before she hit the ground.

"What the hell was that about?" I asked, not hiding my confusion.

"We should find out who this 'Yukino' person." Yukio said, adjusting his glasses.

Just then we heard a girl with white hair chanting, "My keys, my keys, my keys! They're gonna kill me!"

"Are you, by chance, Yukino?" Yukio asked.

"Yes, but have you seen my keys? If I don't find them quick they might stolen! I'm really worried about my spirits! They're my only family I have left!" She panicked.

I took the two golden keys Lucy still had in her hands and asked, "These?"

Her eyes widened as she noticed Lucy, "Lucy?! Why is she here? Where's her guild mark?! Why does she look so... different?"

"Umm... ?" I said.

"Okay... Thank her for finding my keys for me! I know for a fact if anyone else saw them first, they'd steal them!" She said looking suspiciously around the hall.

She was about to walk away before Yukio asked, "How do you recognized Lucy?"

"I can't really explain it, but I guess when you know who someone really is, their outer appearance doesn't really have an effect on who they are... or something along those lines." She giggled at the end.

"O-Oh," was all he said in response.

"Yukino, do you know anyone who could help Lucy other than her guild members?" I asked.

"I guess Sting or Rogue could help her..." She trailed off at the end.

"Could you take us to them after Yukio puts our stuff in out room?" I asked.

"Sure! Anything for Lucy!" She smiled.

"Who said I was gonna put the stuff away?" Yukio questioned.

"I did, because it would be a challenge carrying so many suitcases and an unconscious girl." I replied sighing to emphasize the trouble.

"Fine..." He grumbled as he dragged our luggage to our room.

"So, how do you know Lucy?" I ask Yukino.

"I should be asking you that." She answered.

"Our families have always been close," I lied.

"Oh, well Lucy and her friends helped me and my guild. She helped me realize what I had been doing; she gave me hope. And she helped the world to not be ruled by dragons." Yukino said.

"How did she do that?!" I asked in disbelief.

"It's a story that we don't have time for because Yukio is back." She said as Yukio was walking back to us. "Now, we have to go to Sabertooth. That's where Sting and Rogue are."

We walked to this 'Sabertooth' place. I had been carrying Lucy bridal style and it was hurting my arms! I started to give her a piggyback ride instead. We arrived in front of Sabertooth and strolled right in.

I heard many people greet Yukino and others whisper about Lucy, Yukio, and me. I guess we did look kinda weird... Even to mages.

"Where's Sting and Rogue?" Yukio asked someone.

"Master is in his office with Rogue." The person responded.

"Thanks," She said and guided us to Sting's, who was apparently the 'master' of this place, office. She knocked on the door and he said to come in.

We walked in and I saw a blonde boy, probably just as old as me, with two cats. I sensed another presence, but didn't see anyone else.

"I'm guessing you're Sting." Yukio said, "And the other person in this room, besides Yukino, is Rogue."

"Yeah, but how did you know Rogue was here?" Sting asked.

"He's in the shadows," Yukio pointed to a dark corner. A guy, as old as Sting, with black hair and red eyes, came out of the shadows and stood beside Sting.

"Why do you have Lucy?" Rogue asked me.

"Why is she unconscious?" Sting asked. They were getting suspicious.

"Lucy is traveling with us, and when we were going to our hotel room so we could rest, she found two celestial spirit keys on the ground. When she touched them she passed out, then Yukino came looking for the keys that Lucy had found. Yada yada yada, a conversation that we had with Yukino later, we ended up here with the promise that you could help her." I answered.

"Mmhm, but where's Natsu-San? He almost never leaves her side." Sting said.

"We don't know that, all we know is what Lucy told us and she said not to tell anyone." Yukio answered.

"Who are you two?" Rogue asked.

I was getting a little mad so I said, "Can we worry about the interrogation later?! I have an unconscious girl on my back that needs help!"

"Oh, yeah! Rogue, aren't you good at healing and hospital stuff?" Sting said as an afterthought.

"Not as good as Wendy, but decent." He answered emotionlessly. "I could take her to the infirmary, and notify Fairy Tail."

"N-No, you don't want to do that! She quit..." I said nervously.

"What?!" Sting practically yelled. He got out of his 'throne'-like chair and inspected her right hand. "I guess she did leave... I wonder how Natsu-San feels about this, I bet he's not happy..."

"I'm gonna take her now," Rogue said taking Lucy off my back and down to the infirmary.

I didn't even have a chance to object before Rogue disappeared. Yukio, Yukino, Sting, and I stood in an awkward silence.

"I'm going to go on a job!" Yukino said and left us.

"So..." I said breaking the silence. "How do you know Lucy?"

"Her guild and my guild competed against each other in a tournament." Sting answered.

I'm guessing this place was a guild, I could tell Yukio was thinking the same. He was about to speak, but Rogue came into the room.

"Does she use fire magic? I don't remember her being able to use fire magic. She's somehow using fire magic." Rogue said with a little (very little) emotion; panic.

Yukio and I immediately knew what he was talking about. "I taught her a little, but she can't quite control it. You should have everyone get out of this place, now would be nice." I said, sweet with sarcasm.

Yukio looked at me and I nodded. We sprinted to the infirmary to see how bad it was.

"My keys!" Yukino shouted as her keys flew away from her, and towards Lucy.

She kept running after them, but Yukio stopped her as they went to Lucy. All of the gold keys had formed a circle around her. I was really confused.

Lucy's Dream (her POV)

I was in a dingy, cramped classroom. I saw someone at the front of the classroom. As I looked at her more I realized who she was.

"M-Mother?"

"You need to know what you are, let's leave the introductions for later. We don't have much time."

"Of course!" I said, so glad to see Mother's kind face once more.

"You are part demon, as are the Okumura twins. They are the sons of satan, but you are the daughter of a Lucifer. Me, to be exact. Even though in Christian beliefs Lucifer is another name for Satan, in reality it's a different 'race' of demons. We reside in the human world never to enter Satan's territory. He banished us because of our power, and how much of a threat we pose. Got it so far?" She said.

I nodded in response as she continued, "I fell in love with your father after years of living here, on Earthland. You see, we are immortal once we gain our powers, we don't age. We can only be killed certain ways, but you don't need to know that stuff. Back to the topic; once you were born I had to seal your powers. I did so using the 12 strongest demons I knew. I put them in 12 golden celestial keys, and had them contracted to you. As you grew up, 2 of the 12 got lost (and were apparently found)."

"Will they turn into a sword? Will I not see them again?!" I asked concerned.

"They will turn into a sword similar to Rin's and you will still be able to summon them. Once you wake up, your sword will be complete and you will be able to unlock all your powers. You will still have the ability to use magic (and you will have more abilities), but you should focus on your flames. You are-" She was cut short.

(Not in the 'dream' anymore this is reality)

I shot up, surveying my surroundings. My flames circled around me, and a sword lay at my feet. I saw Rin at the entrance staring at me.

"Can you make these diappear?" Rin asked pointing at my flames. I nodded and, somehow, made them go away.

Just after that, Yukio came in and saw I was awake... with a sword. "I'll let everyone know they can come back in..." he said and walked out.

"Where are we?" I asked Rin.

"Sabertooth." He answered.

"I would like to speak with Rogue, Sting, and Yukino." I stated.

"I am not your butler!" He yelled.

I gave him a death glare, and he gave me one back. He eventually gave up and said, "Fine." and walked out to get them.

Once they were with me in the infirmary I called Rin again, "I need you and Yukio in here, too."

I told them what had happened while I was unconscious (explaining more to Sting Rogue and Yukino) by the end Yukino was in tears. I tried comforting her, but she held me responsible for her spirits' disappearances.

Rogue and Sting stared at me with a blank expression. They seemed to have snapped out of their faze and began to bombarde me with questions as Yukio comforted Yukino explaining why I wasn't at fault. Rin helped me answer most of Rogue and Sting's questions.

After about 45 minutes of interrogation Sting and Rogue had apparently decided on keeping my secret. 10 minutes later Yukino agreed and apologized for her actions beforehand.

"We need to go back to the hotel, so I guess this is goodbye for now!" I smiled at them as Rin, Yukio and I left.

"What a talkative bunch," Yukio said with a sigh.

"Well, I like 'em!" I smiled.

We got to our room, and I got a bed to myself while Yukio and Rin shared.

"Are you sure you don't want me to sleep on the ground?" I asked Rin.

"It's okay, Yukio and I had to share a bed when we were kids anyway! Just go to sleep, we'll be fine." He said.

"Goodnight, Rin, Yukio." I said then fell asleep in my bed.
