???: Hey bro.....what do you want to do when the Cirvik Insurrection ends?

A guard talks to his brother who stood behind a closed gate.

???2: Don't know man...get a family....get a farm....live the remaining years of my life in peace.

???: *scoff* Like that would work. We're just the everyday knights.

They had a good laugh with some jokes as a rustle can be heard.

???: Brother.......let's just hope this-

*TWACK*

They are both knocked unconscious as Y/N and Leone stood above their fallen bodies.

Y/N: They are pure of heart. No reason to kill them.

Leone: You sure?

Y/N: I can read their souls.

Leone: Oooook. I'm not gonna question that.

Y/N: Now let's go.

She nods and they jump onto the rooftop of a building before running to the main one.

Leone: Let's keep our distance now. We don't have to charge in and be reckless-

Later

*SLICE*

Y/N slices a soldier in half before slamming his foot against a table, letting it fly and splatter two other knights against the wall. The warden of the building shakily stood in front of the metal vault, holding a gun as he points it at Y/N.

Warden: S-STAY BACK! DON'T GET ANY CLOSE-

*SPLATTER*

Leone punches straight through his head, killing him immediately before flicking the blood off her hands.

Leone: Well looks like stealth wasn't needed. You sure we don't need to worry about this?

Y/N: No one will visit this place for days. By then everything will be finished.

Leone: Finished?

Y/N doesn't utter a single word before slicing the door to the vault in pieces, revealing a room full of artifacts and such with glass covering them.

Leone:......For a vault this looks fucking ugly.

While she was looking at the countless treasure chests filled with gold coins, Y/N walks over to a massive chest on the side, attempting to pull it open.

Leone: Yeah that's a Kreex chest. Nothing can open tha-

*SHATTER*

Y/N punches straight through it, shattering the entire chest with the help of his chakra as Leone zooms right to him.

Leone:.......T-Their Teigus....

Y/N: This was Sheele's.

Leone grabs the scissors, hugging it tightly along with Y/N as they examine the Teigu.

Leone: It has been kept in good condition. For some reason they never bothered destroying these.......

Y/N: Like Pumpkin here.

They both grab a hold of the artillery rifle, touching its various components as Y/N activated a mechanism that warms it up.

Y/N: It's still useable....interesting....

Leone: *sad* Mine..........

Y/N:.....She was a good friend......

They both hugged out in sadness, their arms wrapped warmly around each other before they  gather both weapons into a magic-suppressant sack.

Y/N: Incursio...........

Leone: Yeah........

Y/N: Bulat and Tatsumi.....they used this Teigu......

He covers it in a cloth before tossing it into the bag.

Y/N: Cross Tails.....

Leone: Heh....*sad smile* Still remember those times Lubbock used to spy on me.....he was a good friend though.

Y/N opens a container, placing Cross Tails into there before tossing it into the sack as Leone pulls out Murasame.

Y/N: Akame's blade....the one cut kill.

Leone: There's still blood on it but....that doesn't matter though.

Y/N: I'll keep it by me.

Y/N grabs the sheathe before putting the sword into it and dematerializing it before........

Y/N: I-I..........

Leone takes the box, seeing that Y/N was quivering, on the verge of tears at the sight of it as she opens it to reveal its contents.

Leone: It's.....Chelsea's.........Y/N.....I'm sorry I couldn't save your wife...........

Y/N: I-I know.........

Y/N had an empty tone to his voice, his face emotionless with tears running down as Leone handed him the box.

Y/N: Wait.....there's something.

Looking inside, he noticed a flash and reaches out to pull out two slips of paper from the bottom.

Leone: Wait it's a letter!

Y/N uncrumbles the paper, fearing for the worst as they read it.

Hello my lovely husband!

I know it's been a week since we met since I'm so busy and you're on a mission but good news! I'm pregnant with your child!

I really didn't want to worry you though so I wrote this message in case you come home and hid it in my Teigu. To be honest....I'm a bit scared. Having a child in the middle of the Cirvik Civil War like we folks call it isn't the best thing to happen. I'm worried our child will grow up in a hostile environment and I want what's best for our family. But I believe you'll make a great dad once this is all over!

Night Raid has been missing you, so we'll be staying at your main house for a while alright? Your pet fox loves us.

The letter goes on and on, Leone having a horrified look on her face as Y/N stares at a photo of Chelsea posing cutely.

Leone: Y-Y/N.....I-I didn't know......

Y/N: *empty* She was pregnant with my child........and they killed her....

His tears had dried up, an empty look on his face as he gets up, dazed, indifferent about the experience as Leone stood up and pats his shoulder.

Leone: I-I didn't know......S-Sorry.......

Y/N: She was pregnant with my child.......*ROAR* AND THEY KILLED HER!

*BOOM*

He roars and punches the nearby wall, the entire left side of the building exploding while the shockwave carving a path of destruction at least a kilometer into the forest. Leone backs away, shocked by his strength as he slumps to the ground.

Y/N: *broken* I-I was about to be a dad.......I-I had everything I needed despite being in this accursed war.....a family, a loving wife, friends.....everything I always wanted since my parents died in the battle of Karlov City in BRAM.......

Leone: Y-Y/N.......

She pats his shoulder, worried about him.....before he materializes both Mortal Blades into his hands.

Y/N: Leave.

Leone: W-What do you mean?

He turns around, his face softening up at her frightful expression as the bloodlust around him disappears.

Y/N: Leone.....we're arriving at the Capital in 3 days. I'm afraid I can't be with you till then.

Leone: Wait what?

He grabs the map in the corner of the room which displayed all outposts of the Empire in addition to military bases and all including those in the Capital before stuffing them into the sack on his back. He grabs the bag full of Teigu before dematerializing them.

Y/N: I'll be busy till then. So leave.....

Leone: But-

*HUG*

Y/N drops his swords before wrapping her in a tight hug, surprising her though she sighs and leans onto him comfortably, enjoying his touch.

Y/N: I'll be back soon. I promise I will. But you must go now.

Leone: Y/N..........*grin* For once don't be stupid and die off alone alright? I'm counting on you!

Y/N: Leone...I'll be fine.

Leone sheds a tear, sad that she'll not be seeing Y/N for 3 days per his request after spending a lot of time with him for 2 weeks straight on her cartel mission. After exchanging some goodbyes, she jumps out of the hole in the building before running into the woods, leaving Y/N to stand out and grab his two swords.

Y/N: I try to control it, but sometimes I can't help but let the beast inside emerge. For the Capital......

His body begins to emite a red, deathly smoke, a look of pure rage on his face as he raises the Black Mortal Blade to the sky. Immediately the area around the building bursts into flames, the base destroying itself in a fiery blast, unconscious soldiers now conscious running away in terror as he had a dark look on his face.

Y/N: Shura..........is coming for you all.

*BOOM*

He jumps off into the air, destroying the entire base under his feet with a shockwave before heading to the nearest outpost in seconds.

2 days later

Honest: *gulp* What is it?

*THUD*

Several military members barge into the meeting room, panicking with some of them clearly injured as the Emperor raises a brow.

Emperor: *confused What is the meaning of this?! We are in a meeting!

???: *cough* S-Sir! We need reinforcements!

Honest: Oh? Is the revolutionary acting up?

???2: OUR ENTIRE ARMY FORCES ARE DOWN BY 95%!

They all reeled back in shock as one of the soldiers collapse from their wounds, dying right there and then.

Emperor: IMPOSSIBLE! NO FORCE CAN CAUSE SO MUCH DESTRUCTION THIS CLOSE TO THE CAPITA-

Captain: *shaking* I-I'm being honest! Our forces in the north and south regions were wiped out in the span of 6 hours! Our forces in the west and east regions were also wiped out in 6 hours. We are losing contact with all our military bases left and right and.........

Emperor: SPIT IT OUT!

The captain shakes, remembering the horrific scene he witnessed as he fled for his life.

Captain: I-It was like a demon....h-he wiped out so much of our military force in just a few days......w-We-

Esdeath: *scoff* Incompetent worms.....Let us handle this!

Honest: Captain....*chuckle* Please come up with a more believable story next time. There's no way our 10 million person army would be wiped out in a span of 2 days.....Cirvik would never let that happen!

Emperor: Guards! Take him away!

???: NO NO PLEASE WE'RE TELLING THE TRUTH! DON'T FIGHT HIM! YOU'RE ALL GOING TO DIE! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!!!

The guards all drag the 3 screaming and hysterical soldiers and captain away, leaving Esdeath and the Jaegars to get up.

Esdeath: He may be exaggerating very much, but it's best to be cautious. By the tone of his expression, a lot of our forces have been wiped outside the perimeter of the Capital.

Honest: I trust you can handle this issue today, right?

Esdeath: Indeed. MOVE OUT!

Jaegars: YES ESDEATH!

They all run away, preparing to grab their weapons and all as Esdeath had a wicked smile on her face.

Esdeath: 'Like a demon huh.......nothing like I can't handle.'

Kurome: 'I need food.'

Dr.Stylish: 'If we defeat this threat I call dibs on experiments!'

Seryu: 'TIME TO ENACT JUSTICE!'

Bols: 'Sorry Logue....daddy's going to be late today.'

Run: *sigh* 'Let's get this over with.'

Wave: 'Why do I have the feeling this is all about to go wrong?'

Unbeknownst to them, this was their fatal mistake.
