The first episode of the Edolas Arc with its first half opening. 

(0:04 to 0:21)

The opening starts at a Anima with Y/N (in his Devil Trigger) carrying Ruby and Natsu and Modeus (in his demon form) carrying Wendy while flying up towards the Anima with Happy and Carla who are carrying Pyra and Raven. There were flashing lights coming out of the Anima before a big flashed on the camera. 

(0:22 to 0:45) 

The screen changes to the world of Edolas where we see the title of the book. Then it changes to Ruby on a grassy field with Jaune, Nora, Ren, and Qrow looking at the sunny horizon. 

The background changes to a sunset as Y/N takes Ruby's place. He looked at Pyra, Nia, Dromarch, Natsu, Lucy, Happy, Gray, Erza, Wendy, Carla, Ur, Raven, Juvia, Gajeel, Kat, Trish, Lady, Modeus, Cloud, Tifa, Aerith, Barret, Red, Bayonetta, Cana, Levy, Mirajane, Elfman, and Makarov before the background changes while they were being swallowed up an Anima. 

(0:46 to 1:10) 

The scene changes B/N, Malos, and the Four Divine Kings walking out the destruction of the Kingdom of Judas before it changes to Gildarts smiling at the camera in his house. 

It changes again to Wendy who was surprised with tears as she was in front of Mystogan on a raining day at Magnolia. 

The scene changes to Y/N and Ruby as Y/N looks away from his sister with a sad expression while Ruby looked worried. 

The scene changes to Lucy before the background changed to Edolas as she was replaced by her Edolas counterpart along with Natsu's Edolas counterpart, the whited hooded woman, Nichiya, and Nabi before it changes to Happy running with Carla. 

The scene changes to Vholran, Nelo Angelo, Airachnid, and Darkwing in front of the Edolas Army before they being replaced by Faust with Hughes, Sugar Boy, Byro, Coco, Lily, and Erza's Edolas counterpart in front of him before it changes to the three red glowing eyes of Mundus. 

(1:11 to 1:34) 

The scene changes to the Fairy Tail Guildhall and all of Magnolia being swallowed up by the Anima leaving Wendy, Pyra, Y/N, Raven, Modeus and Ruby the only ones that haven't being taken way. 

The scene changes to Natsu running towards Lisanna as they reached out their hands to each other before they slipped. The opening ends with Y/N, Pyra, Raven, Ruby, Natsu, Lucy, their Edolas counterparts, Modeus, Happy, and Carla in front of the Edolas Fairy Tail. 

That's the opening done, now on to the chapter. One quick note though, expect some minor AU changes to the main storyline of Fairy Tail.

The scene begins with Y/N looking outside the balcony of his house. He was deep in thought, and didn't not notice someone tapping him on his shoulder.

???: Hey you in there or do I have to get the battering ram?

Y/N: (snaps out of thought) Huh?

Y/N turned to see Raven with a towel wrapped around her body and was drying her hair with a smaller towel.

Y/N: (blush) Raven, do you have to approach me while you're drying off naked?

Raven: (smirk) What's the matter? It's not like you haven't seen me naked before~. 

Y/N: (pouts, blushing) D-Don't tease me like that.

Raven: Alright. (push her chest out) This is better~?

Y/N: (blush) Are you trying to flirt with me?!

Raven: (grin) Is it working?

Y/N: (pouts, mutters) Y-Yes...

Raven: (grin) I heard that. (finishing drying her hair)

Y/N blushed more before he sighs and calms down.

Y/N: I was wondering what Ruby and the others are doing. Ever since the fall of Beacon, we never had any contact with each other. I bet Team RWBY is still hurting after everything that happened that night.  

Raven: (sigh) Yeah, I can imagine that still going on. If I could just work the nerve to go see Yang, but......... I don't know what will happen.

Y/N places his hand on her shoulder and pulls her toward him.

Y/N: Don't worry, I'm sure she'll forgive you once you've explained everything to her.

Raven: Yeah, how do you tell your daughter that you left her to run away from a fight that seems hopeless, killed the previous Spring Maiden, and how you're responsible for making her lose her only mother figure to ever know.

Y/N: Stop thinking about the negative stuff and focus on the positive. (smile) After all, we are a couple now, aren't we?

Raven: (small smile) Yeah, we are. (grab his cheeks and pulls him in for a kiss)

Y/N blushed while widening his eyes but closed them and started kissing back. 

Raven: (pulls back) Bed. NOW!

Y/N: (scared) Y-Yes ma'am!

He allows himself to be pushed onto the bed and then Raven straddles him while giving him a seductive smile.

Y/N: (blush) We're gonna do it again, aren't we?

Raven: Yes, after all you did make me happy. How else am I going to reward you~?

Y/N: (blush) R-R-R-Reward me?

Raven: Yes, for getting me out of that funk I was. (leans closer) Now shall we?

Y/N blushed madly but he nodded. As Raven got closer to his lips, someone knocked on the door.

Happy: Y/N? It's Happy, Natsu and I are coming to see you.

Y/N: Oh crap!

Raven: (malice pouring out from her) That's it, I'm gonna kill them!

Y/N: (to Raven) Turn into your bird form!

Happy: Y/N, are you in there?

Y/N: Umm... yeah, just a second! 

Raven: Can't I just kill them? It's not like anyone would miss them.

Y/N: Raven, shhh!

Suddenly, the door was opened by Bayonetta as she saw Raven straddling on top of Y/N, much to him blushing in embarrassment while scared.

Bayonetta: (cross her arms) Well.... What do we have here?

Y/N: (smile innocently) Hi, Bayonetta, how are you today?

Raven: (smirk) Morning.

Y/N: (nervous) This is not what it looks like, I swear! 

Bayonetta: Really? (raise an eyebrow) So you are not being straddled by Raven who's just in a towel?

Y/N: ................ I'm sorry.

Raven: (hold out her hand begin waving her off) Can you come back later? Probably in an hour or two?

Y/N: Raven!

Raven: What?! I'm horny!

Y/N: Can't you keep it in check?

Raven: Well, if we weren't interrupted I would be in check!

Y/N was about to argue when he felt a dark aura coming from Bayonetta who was holding a whip.

Y/N: (scared) B-B-B-B-Bayonetta? What are you doing with that?

Bayonetta: (smirk) Isn't it obvious, love? I'm gonna give you the punishment you deserve.

Raven: Can't it wait, until we're done?

Y/N: You're making it worse!

Raven: Well I'm getting more annoyed every second you're not inside me!

Bayonetta: Oh, don't worry Raven. I'll make sure to do it quickly so you can have fun. (readies her whip) Now then, any last words, Y/N?

Y/N: Well........... (run away while leaving a cloud shaped like him) GOTTA GO FAST!!!

Raven and Bayonetta: Y/N!!!!!!!!!

Guild Hall

Lucy looked to see two certain female Devil Hunters sitting at a table. Lady was drinking a thing of beer, while Trish was reading a magazine. 

Lucy: Gotta say, you two are looking quite at home here in Fairy Tail.

Lady: This place isn't so bad, really. Aside from the constant fights and flying beer mugs.

Trish: (smile) Yep, my kind of place. Just moved into Fairy Hills, now that's something fancy.

Lady: How come you're not there Blondie?

Lucy: Yeah well, I didn't find out till after I got my apartment. Besides, the rent there is like 100,000 Jewel a month. My apartment is way more affordable.

Trish: Not to mention you're broke.

Lucy: (sweat dropped) Don't remind me.

Nia: (walk up from behind Lucy) That place cost an arm and leg to live there!

Lucy: Hey Nia. 

Nia: Hey Blondie, anyone see Devil Boy? I've been looking for him, but I can't find him. (cross her arms) Some bodyguard he is!

Lucy: I think he's still in his house with Raven and Bayonetta. Natsu and Happy went over to check on him.

Juvia: (pops out of nowhere) Oh this is so cruel!

Nia: (surprised) Ahhh! Where did you come from?!

Lady: Hey Juvia, what's up with mooding attitude?

Juvia: (puts a hand to her forehead) My sweet Beloved is living in a house with two womens and not me!

Trish: If you wanted to, you could've asked him to invite. No need to get jealous.

Nia: (scoff) Like that Ocean Head would be allowed to live there. Besides, what would you two do anyhow?

At another nearby table sat another new addition to the guild, the former apprentice of Sparda, the black-clad demon swordsman, Modeus. The only thing different was a white Fairy Tail emblem on his left arm. He was drinking some tea when a certain Dragon Slayer sat next to him.

Wendy: Hey Modeus, how are you doing?

Modeus: Oh Wendy. I'm doing quite well, thank you.

Wendy chose her next words carefully given what recently happened.

Wendy: I'm sorry that things turned out how they did, but... if you need anything...

Modeus smiled as he patted her head.

Modeus: You have a kind heart Wendy, and I appreciate your concern.

Carla: (flew up towards him) It seems Wendy's grown quite fond of you, you serve a much better role model than the likes of Y/N or Natsu.

Both Modeus and Wendy gave nervous laughter at that comment.

Soon Pyra walked through the guild doors and looked around.

Pyra: He's not here. Where did he go?

Kat: (approaches her) Hey Pyra. You looking for someone?

Pyra: Hello, Kat and yes. For some reason, Y/N just ran out of the house.

Kat: He did?

Pyra: Yes. And I don't why but Bayonetta ran after him as well.

Kat: (sweat drop) Well, knowing her, she probably thought Y/N upset her and probably was gonna punish him for that.

Pyra: (puts a finger to her chin) That would explain the whip. 

Kat: But don't worry, I'm sure he'll make it back.

Speaking of Y/N, he ran in the guild and hid underneath a table.

Y/N: (scared) Just hide in here and pretend nobody sees you.

Nia: (looks at him) One problem, we saw you.

Y/N: Damn it!

Lucy: (looks at him) Y/N...... What are you doing under there?

Y/N: Hiding from her. What else?

Lucy: (confused) Her? (thinks for a moment) Wait, you don't mean Bayonetta?

Y/N: Bingo.

Lucy: I don't know about that. She and I talked the other day, and she seems nice to me.

Y/N: Yeah, but wait until you see her training, not to mention punishments she'll give if we do something bad in front of her. And don't give me started with Gomorrah who still wants to eat me alive.

Nia: What's the deal with that anyway?

Y/N: Oh that? That's its way of play time, I guess.

Dromarch: Doesn't seem like a good version though.

Y/N: Tell me about it. 

Lucy: Does it have to do with the whole Sparda betraying all of demon kind?

Y/N: Not exactly...

Everyone was chilling when Warren and Max suddenly burst into the guild's entrance.

Warren and Max: BIG NEWS!

All the sudden, multiple church bells began ringing all throughout the town of Magnolia, drawing the attention of all the citizens, and even those in Fairy Tail as they heard it all the way from there.

Trish: What's that?

Lady: Sounds like some kind of bells.

Nia: (raise any eyebrow) What's with the bells? Is it a festival or something?

Pyra: Must be something with all the bells.

Modeus: (looks at Wendy and Carla) Does this happen often?

Wendy and Carla and both just shrugged. Modeus looked towards Lucy who also shrugged in response. As she did, Natsu and Happy excitedly entered the guild hall.

Natsu: I bet I know why they're ringing.

Happy: Aye!

Soon most, if not all, of Fairy Tail began to smile in anticipation as well.

Elfman: Yeah!

Gray: That's awesome!

Natsu: (wide smile) Old Gildarts is coming back home!

Happy: Oh yeah!

Y/N, Pyra, Lucy, Nia, Dromarch, Kat, Trish, Modeus, Lady, Wendy, and Carla: Gildarts?

It was the first time they heard that name.

Fairy Tail: GILDARTS IS BACK!!!

All the Fairy Tail wizards cheered as they had now begun to celebrate.

Nia: (confused) Gildarts? Who is this guy? Someone who plays darts?

Trish: Someone in the guild?

Lucy: I've never heard of him before.

Mirajane: He's the strongest wizard in Fairy Tail.

Y/N: (shocked) WAIT WHAT?!?!?!?! But I thought Erza is the strongest wizard in Fairy Tail!

Erza: All modesty aside, I don't even hold a candle to him.

Lucy: I'll bet that this guy must be the king of breaking stuff then.

Trish: (grin) Oh, now I'm interested.

The entire guild was cheering quite loudly; which was being observed by Erza, Y/N, Pyra, Modeus, Lucy, Trish, Kat, Nia, Dromarch, Ur, Wendy, Lady, Mirajane, and Carla.

Y/N: (comes out from the table) Man, this Gildarts must be impressive.

Modeus: Well they seem certainly excited.

Lucy: I get it's good he's back and all, but everyone seems to be going nuts.

Wendy: Look how happy they all are.

Carla: They seem more out of control than usual.

Lady: Which says a lot, coming from this particular guild.

Mirajane: It's only natural that they're excited. He's been gone quite a while; three years in fact.

Ur: Three years?!

Pyra: What could keep him away for so long?

Mirajane: Well as most of you all know; we have regular jobs and S-Class quests. Above those are SS-Class quests. And above those jobs are called Decade quests.

Lucy and Y/N: (surprised) Decade quests?! 

Erza: Their jobs that no one has been able to complete in ten years; thus the name Decade quests. Actually, Gildarts took a job higher than that, a Century quest.

Nia: (shocked) What the?! You tell me this guy picked something called a Century quest?! He must be nuts or something!

Lucy: You gotta be kidding me! Who in their right mind would take on a job that lasts a HUNDRED YEARS?!?!

Erza: Him.

Modeus: Seems like something my mentor Sparda would undertake.

Trish: (grin) I'm liking this guy more and more.

Y/N: (smile) He's gotta be strong like my old man.

???: Yes, he must be, love.

???: Not that you're gonna see him, not after we done with you.

Y/N jumps and looks towards to see both Bayonetta and Raven.

Y/N: Oh, Bayonetta! Raven! Um... can't we just take a break from this, please?

Bayonetta and Raven: No.

Y/N: (comical depressed) I knew you would say that.

Soon the two began to slowly walk toward him with malice leaking around them.

In Magnolia, all the townspeople were preparing for Gildarts's arrival back to Fairy Tail. There was even a floating mega-phone speaker giving an announcement; telling the town to prepare for something called a 'Magnolia Gildarts shift'.

Lady: This guy's got quite the reputation

Carla: I'm all for the festive, but this is just ridiculous.

Trish: Maybe because you're a major buzz-kill. 

This earned a slight glare from the white cat.

Wendy: They sure seem excited.

Pyra: (confused) Gildarts..... Shift?

Nia: (looks at Mirajane) Oie, Model? What's this "Gildarts shift" thing?

Erza: Step outside and see for yourself.

The entire town of Magnolia just began to shift and change, almost like an earthquake was occurring.

Lucy, Wendy, Carla, Nia, Dromarch, Pyra, Ur, Kat, Trish, Modeus, and Lady all looked outside to see this with surprise evident on each of their faces.

It wasn't long before a giant pathway was formed that led straight to the Fairy Tail guildhall.

Kat: What the hell just happened?!

Nia: (surprised) Oie, did the entire town just split in two? Or am I going crazy?

Natsu: Nope. This always happens when Gildarts shows up!

Dromarch: He must certainly be something if this happens everytime.

Happy: Well, they kinda have to do that. His magic lets him destroy pretty much everything he touches.

Pyra: Everything he touches?! 

Erza: This you're seeing is a precautionary measure for Gildarts' Crush magic.

Mirajane: Since he destroys everything that he touches, it's much better for everyone if he stays clear of their homes and businesses.

Kat: You're saying his magic is so powerful that he can destroy the entire town?!

Nia: Now he shows up? (annoyed) Where was he when B/N and Malos were here?!

Wendy: He sounds amazing.

Carla: Yes. Amazingly... stupid.

Y/N: (avoiding Bayonetta and Raven) Sounds like the kind of person I want to meet.

Raven and Bayonetta: (chasing Y/N) NOT HAPPENING!!!

Y/N: Oh for the love... IF YOU TWO DON'T STOP I WON'T GIVE YOU HUGS OR KISSES, GOT IT?!?!?

Raven and Bayonetta: WE'RE TAKE THEM FROM YOU!!!!

Y/N: Shit...

Natsu: You're in luck, cause here he comes!

Happy: Aye!

Everyone looked down to see a middle-aged man man wearing a mostly brown robe with short orange hair walking towards the guild.

Inside the guildhall, nearly every wizard waited in deep anticipation as Gildarts walked inside the building. He looked around a bit while looking confused before he gave a slight sigh in disappointment.

Natsu had a big grin on his face upon seeing him.

Natsu: Come on you old geyser! Let's throw down!

Elfman: That's no way to treat a man!

Nia: Gonna have to agree with him on this one.

Mirajane: Welcome home.

Gildarts approached her.

Lucy: He's the most powerful guy in the guild?

Lady: He really doesn't look like much.

Ur: You know, he looks more like a pirate than a wizard to me for some reason.

Modeus: I wouldn't underestimate him. I can sense his magic, and it is truly powerful, one of the most powerful I've seen so far.

That earned looks of surprise from Lucy, Ur, Nia, Dromarch, Trish, Lady, and Wendy.

Gildarts: (to Mirajane) Er, sorry to bother you, Miss. But I'm looking for a guild that used to be around these parts called Fairy Tail.

Mirajane: This is it. Remember me? Mirajane.

Gildarts: (surprised) Huh? Mira? (remembers her being a punk) Wow! You sure have grown up a lot, little girl! (looks around) And did you change some stuff around the hall, too?!

Trish: He didn't notice that from outside?

Nia: Guy must not have all the gears running.

Natsu: Gildarts!

Gildarts: (looks at Natsu) Natsu. Hey pal. There's someone I recognize.

Natsu chuckles and jumps up to punch him.

Natsu: Good to see ya! (readies his fist) Now let's party!

Gildarts gave an amused smile as he caught Natsu, spins him around a bit and tosses up to the ceiling, leaving an impression. 

Gildarts: Not now kid.

Y/N with his collar in the grip of Bayonetta looked at this raised-eyebrow and gave a slight whistle.

Y/N: Not bad.

Bayonetta: (look at Gildarts) Yes, I must say that is a bit impressive. (turned to Y/N) Now! Are you ready for your punishment, dear?

Y/N: Hell no! 

Bayonetta: Oh sweetie. That wasn't a question. That was a demand.

Lucy is surprised by the action but instead of Natsu being mad like normal, he's excited.

Gray: Same old tough guy we've always known.

Elfman: A good old fashioned man's man.

Gildarts: (looking around the guild) I see some new faces here as well. A lot has happened while I was gone.

Makarov: Gildarts.

Gildarts approached the bar where the guild master was sitting.

Gildarts: Oh master. You're looking well.

Makarov: How'd the job go?

Gildarts gave a laugh before speaking again.

Gildarts: No good, way too much for me.

That hit hard for every wizard in the guild, especially Natsu and Happy. Y/N himself was quite surprised at that.

Random guild member #1: No way!

Random guild member #2: But that's Gildarts!

Random guild member #3: He failed?

Random guild member #4: He is joking, right?

Gray: I can't believe he'd just give up like this.

Elfman: I guess it takes a big man to admit defeat.

Lucy: (thoughts) The Century Quest is too much for even the strongest wizard in Fairy Tail? I wonder what it takes to complete—

Erza: I know what you're thinking over there and you should stop it. There's no way.

Lucy: (panicked) Oh! I wasn't thinking about anything at all, I swear! My mind is totally blank!

Trish: (raised her eyebrow and smile) You were thinking about taking on a Century-quest.

Lucy: No I wasn't!

Modeus gave a slight chuckle before putting a hand on her shoulder.

Modeus: Lucy, allow me to give you one of the first lessons Sparda ever taught me: know your limits. It's fine if you want to become stronger, but don't jump the gun, all you'll be doing is signing your own death warrant.

Lucy: (gulped a bit) I'll try to remember that.

Modeus smiled as he patted her shoulder.

Makarov: I see, the job was too tough.

Gildarts: Forgive me for bringing shame to the guild.

Makarov: No. You've only brought yourself back in one piece. That's no small feat in itself. As far as I know, you're the only one who's made the journey home alive.

Gildarts: (chuckles) Thanks, boss. Oh, by the way, I brought someone over who you might be interested in.

Makarov: Oh?

Gildarts: (looks at the entrance) Hey kid! You can come in now!

Bayonetta: (ready her whip) Any last words, Y/N?

Y/N: I said I...

He was cut off when he saw something approaching the guild which made him widen his eyes in shock with a gasp.

Y/N: (shocked) Is that........

Approaching the guild was a fair-skinned young girl with silver eyes and neck-length black hair with red tips. Her hair has grown slightly longer that maintains the color gradation from black at the roots to red at the tips and her new design sports a white high-neck décolletage blouse with brown studded wristbands on the arms. Her outfit retains the use of a black skirt with red tulle underneath, somewhat similar to her original outfit, but her waist cincher has been replaced with an Overbust corset with red strip holding it in place. A black belt bordered in red holds the magnetic clip for Crescent Rose and its ammunition. She also has brown straps on her blouse that allow her to wear a small brown backpack.

In lieu of her usual full black stockings, She wears thigh-high stockings reaching to a few inches below the hem of her skirt, decorated by an image of a long-stemmed rose. Her red-soled black boots contain four straps and buckles apiece.

Her cloak has a singular clip on the right shoulder in the shape of her emblem, replacing the cross-shaped clips from her original attire. Both the cloak and the stockings show tears from hard wear.

Y/N: (shocked) .......Ruby?

Ruby: (nervous) Umm... hi everyone, I'm Ruby Rose. Uh... nice to meet you all?

Lucy: Did you say Ruby Rose?

Ruby: Yeah, that's right.

Erza: Ruby Rose from Vale? Father Taiyang Xiao Long and mother Summer Rose?

Ruby: (confused) H-How did you know that?

Y/N: Because I told them.

Ruby looked over before she widened her eyes in shock. 

Ruby: Y-Y-Y/N?

Y/N: (nervous smile) H-Hey, Ruby. Long time no see.

Then without warning, she shot off leaving rose petals in her wake as she headed toward Y/N and hugged him with all her strength.

Ruby: BIG BROTHER!!!

Y/N groaned in pain as he fell toward the floor as Ruby hugged him tight.

Ruby: (happy) IT'S YOU!!! IT'S REALLY YOU!!! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!!! I WAS SO WORRIED ABOUT YOU!!! WHY ARE YOU HERE?! WHY HAVEN'T YOU CALL? DID YOU MISS ME? OH! I MISSED YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Y/N: (struggling) R-R-Ruby...... Air!

Ruby: (realized) Oops! (releases the hug) I'm sorry! 

Y/N: (panting) Everytime, Rubies! Everytime you hug me, you somehow cut off my air supply! Didn't Yang tell you not to do that!

Ruby: But I've missed you for so long! I was worried something bad happened to you since you didn't come back home!

Y/N: Well (rubs the back of his head) a lotta things have happened. (turns to Ruby) But I really missed you too, little sis. (hugs her) I really did.

Ruby started crying with tears of joy before she hugs back her brother.

Y/N: (pulls back) Is anyone else with you? Yang? Weiss? Blake?

Ruby: (loses smile) Yang is still at home. Same thing with Weiss at Atlas. And Blake... I don't know where she is right now.

Y/N: So you came here all alone?

Ruby: Um, actually I'm not alone. Jaune, Nora, and Ren are with me. And Uncle Qrow. 

Y/N: (nervous) Nora? Where is she?

???: Y/N?

Y/N: (afraid) Oh no.......

Suddenly, he picked up and was hugged like a stress ball by someone who ran through the doors.

It was a fair-skinned young woman with orange hair and turquoise/jade/aqua eyes. Her hair is now shoulder-length, she has pink eyeshadow around the far upper corners of her eyes and her design is updated. She retains her gloves and wears a white sleeveless turtleneck top that is similar to her old one, though the heart cut-out on the top has a diagonal cut through it. She also wears a shorter, detached white sleeve on her left arm. Over the shirt, she wears an open cropped, short-sleeved navy-blue bomber jacket with a damaged print of her emblem visible on the back and pink stripes along the sleeves alongside pink buckled cuffs. and red lining on the collar. The jacket appeared to have a worn leather material. She wears a pleated pink skirt with two wide belt loops for matching belt, the skirt has a white layered tulle. She wears knee-high pink socks just visible above her white calf-length boots with pink laces and black low heels, soles and toes.

Nora: (happy) IT'S YOU!!! IT'S REALLY YOU!!! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!!! I WAS SO WORRIED ABOUT YOU!!! WHY ARE YOU HERE?! WHY HAVEN'T YOU CALL? DID YOU MISS ME? OH! I MISSED YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Y/N: (struggling) N-N-Nora!...... Air!

Nora: Huh? (lets go of him)

Y/N: (takes deep breath of air) Is it "Hug Y/N Until He Can't Breathe" day?

Nora: Oh, sorry about that. 

Y/N: (look at her) Next time, don't do it!

???: Y/N?

???: Is that you?

Y/N then saw two other people. One of them is a tall young man with fair skin, blond hair and dark-blue eyes. He is quite toned, having strong muscles in his arms, shoulders, and upper chest. He retains his black hoodie, but he instead wears a modified pure white chest plate covering a bit more of his upper abdomen trimmed with gold lining and similarly colored bracers. Additionally, he wears black gloves with gold-colored metal armor plates over his fingers, and he appears to wear a red sash around his waist, similar in design to the late Pyrrha Nikos. He wears dark brown laced boots and a single brown belt with a pouch included around his waist. 

The other is a young man with long black hair that ends midway down his back. There is a magenta streak on the left side of his hair. His eyes match the streak in his hair, and his clothing often appears to be influenced by Chinese culture. Ren wears his hair down, and it has grown longer, as his concept art notes, "almost butt-length". His attire is similar to before in color. He now has a longer, sleeveless tailcoat with black and silver trimming. Under it, he wears a black, sleeveless turtleneck with red, tasseled ropes over the hips, pants that get tighter below the knees and calf-high open-toed sandals. From his middle finger to his biceps run gradient pink-to-black detached sleeves ending in metal armbands.

Y/N: Jaune! Ren! Good to see you guys. Look if you guys are going to hug me, don't. I've already been nearly hugged to death twice today and I don't want two more.

Jaune: (smile) It's good to see you.

Ren: (smile) Indeed, it's been a while.

Y/N: (get up and dust himself off) Yeah, I know. Where's Qrow?

???: Right here.

Y/N then saw a man with graying black, spiky hair, faded red eyes, and slight stubble along his jawline. Along with a red, tattered cloak, he wears a gray dress shirt with a long tail, black dress pants and black dress shoes.

He also wears a ring on his right index finger, two other rings on his right ring finger and a necklace with a crooked cross-shaped pendant.

Qrow's bangs are down most of the time, but he sometimes pushes his hair back when fighting. In addition, his hair is made to look like it is composed entirely of feathers.

Qrow: Hey kiddo.

Y/N: Hey, uncle.

Qrow: (places his hand on his head) Look at you, you're looking like your old man besides the black hair.

Y/N: Well (take his hand off) still walking up in trash cans? 

Qrow: Very funny. Still, it's good to see you again. 

Y/N: Yeah it is.

Ruby: (smile) Oh is B/N here?! We haven't seen him either! He's gotta be here too right?

Y/N gasped as he looked away in sadness. Everyone else besides Gildarts, Team RJNR, and Qrow had a mixture of sad/glare expressions.

Ruby: Y/N? What's wrong?

Y/N: (sighs) Well...

30 minutes of explaining later

Ruby: (eyes widened in shock) No...... that's....... He wouldn't do that! Not to you or anyone else!

Y/N: But he...

Raven: He did, I got the scar to prove it.

Y/N: I'm sorry about this, Ruby. I didn't tell you and Yang about it earlier because I knew you got involved, especially since you were hurting after the fall of Beacon. That's why I never came back.

Ruby: No, no, no, no, no, no, no! (close her eyes) It's not true! It's not!!!!

Y/N then pulls her into a comfort hug as he places her head on his chest.

Y/N: I'm sorry. I wanted to save him, but I wasn't strong enough.

Ruby: (tearing) Why? Why did he do it? You were his brother? He and you were family?

Y/N: I don't think he wanted a family, not after he learned about what happened to Mom. 

Ruby then started to cry in his hold, he then rubbed her back in a soothing manner. Qrow looked at his niece with a heartbroken look, before he turned to Raven with anger.

Qrow: And you helped her? You knew what she was trying to do? You didn't try to stop her?! 

Raven: It was her idea to save Dante. He was important to her just like Y/N and Ruby were, even B/N. She was willing to do anything it took to get him back and in her arms again. It's not like I didn't try to find a way to get her back.

Y/N: She's right, Qrow. Besides, she's changed now. She proved that to me when she took the blow for me while I was fighting B/N. She's not a coward, nor is she the bandit tribe's leader.

Jaune: But still B/N did all that? But during all that time he was at Beacon?

Y/N: ........

Makarov: (walks over to Ruby) Excuse me, young Rose.

Nora: (appears next to him) Look at him! He's so short!

Y/N: (sweat drop) Yeah, he is.

Makarov: (to Ruby) I know all of this is a lot to take in, especially with your elder brother, B/N, but do not blame yourself. Whatever happened to him was his own choice. Though most of us, including me, had his share of kidnapping, battles, and his goal of wanting power, that doesn't mean this was Y/N's responsibility alone. And I'm sure you've been through so much in such a young age, which is why I came with an offer to you. 

Ruby: (wipes a tear from her eyes) An offer?

Makarov: It is a simple one, how would you like to be with Y/N again by joining Fairy Tail?

Ruby: Join this place? Are you sure?

Makarov: The choice is yours, my dear. You don't have to if you want, but you will gain new and happier memories in the guild.

Y/N: He's right, Ruby. Take me and Raven for example, we were just like you before we came to Fairy Tail. And believe me, they're the best guild and family anyone could ever want. 

Ruby: (looks down while thinking) ....... Okay, (looks at Y/N) But I want you to promise not to leave me behind again! Got it!

Y/N: (smile) Of course, welcome to Fairy Tail. 

Ruby smiled back before hugging him again. But were broken apart when Nora came over while holding Happy by his head.

Nora: Y/N! Look, look, look, look, look! A blue talking cat!

Happy: Aye!

Y/N: Yup, that's Happy.

Nora: (holds Happy up) Ohhhhh! He is so adorable! (hugs Happy) I want to keep him!

Happy: Owie! She's squeezing me!

Nora: Ohhhhh! You are so adorable!

Y/N: (to Ruby) I see Nora is still the same.

Ruby: Yeah, she sure is.

Cana: She is quite the cheering girl, isn't she? (takes a drink from a barrel)

Ruby: SHE'S DRINKING A BARREL?!?!?!

Y/N: (sweat drop) Yeah, you're gonna have to get used to it.

Qrow: (walks over to Cana) Where have you been my life?

Cana: Beat it, dead-bird. I don't drink with homeless old people like you.

Qrow: (shocked) H-H-H-Homeless old people?

Raven: HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Fits you like like a glove!

While everyone was talking to their new visitors, Makarov came over to Gildarts. 

Makarov: Gildarts, her eyes.

Gildarts: Yeah, she's a Silver-Eyed Warrior.

Makarov: I thought so. If those legends I heard are true. Then she'll come here, won't she?

Gildarts: She's already been targeted by Salem's followers, I thought bringing her here would be much safer. Is that okay with you, Master?

Makarov: (looking at Ruby who was poking Happy in his stomach) It's already good for her. She's finally back with her older brother after all.

Gildarts: Yeah.

Ruby: Incredible! (pokes Happy's stomach again) You can talk?

Happy: Aye. And I grow wings that let me fly.

Ruby: No way! (gently hugs him) You're so amazing! OH! I wish I had one of ..... Whatever you are! (scratch his ear)

Happy: (bliss) Ooohhh... that feels so good.

Gildarts smiled back as he began to walk out.

Gildarts: Now I gotta get back home so that I actually feel alive. Rest my weary bones.

Natsu, Wendy, Y/N, and Happy watched, as he was about to leave.

Gildarts: Oh, Natsu. Stop by later. I brought something back for you.

Natsu smiled as Gildarts walked towards a wall.

Gildarts: Well I'm outta here you guys.

Gildarts looked like he was about to walk into the wall, only for the actual wall to explode, leaving an opening for Gildarts to walk through.

Ruby: HE DID IT AGAIN! HOW DOES THAT KEEP HAPPENING?!?!?!?!?!

Y/N, Nia, Lucy, Kat, Trish, and Lady looked quite shocked/surprised while Ur, Modeus and Mirajane had more amused smiles.

Mirajane: I was afraid of that. 

Warren: YOU CAN USE THE FRONT DOOR, YOU KNOW!!!!

Modeus: I assume he hasn't heard of a front door.

Ur: Amazing! I knew Fairy Tail had some amazing wizards, but nothing like this!

Bayonetta: (shrugs) Now I've seen everything.

Natsu's smile was still present as his fist lit on fire.

Natsu: Ha ha. I wonder what the old man's got for me! I'm fired up just thinking about it!

He punched a hole through the wall, earing amused smiles from most guild wizards.

Max: ONE WALL BROKEN OVER HERE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH!!!!!

Ruby: Y/N? I have a question.

Y/N: Yes? 

Ruby: Are all the people here insane or something?

Y/N: You have no idea. Speaking of which, how did you even meet Gildarts anyway?

Ruby: (nervous) Well...... before I say anything. Can you promise not to get mad or angry?

Y/N: (confused) Why would I get mad or angry?

Ruby: Well...... I kinda got........ Attacked?

Y/N: .................. WWWWWWWWWWWWWHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTT?!?!?!?!?! (panics, checks over Ruby) You were attacked?! When?! How?! Who?! Where?! You weren't injured, were you?! Please don't tell me they gave you a scar or anything!

Ruby: (annoyed) BIIIIIIGGGGG BROOOOOOOTHER!!!!!! Can you stop it?! I hate it when you do this!

Y/N: (stops, chuckles nervously) Sorry... 

Lucy: Wow! Y/N sure acts really protective over Ruby.

Wendy: Makes Carla worrying over me like nothing.

Carla: HEY!

Nia: Same with Dromarch.

Dromarch: Excuse me?

Mirajane: It's really cute. 

Pyra: Yeah, it's almost like she's his daughter.

Ruby: (to Y/N) You know how much I hate you worrying over me like that! (cross her arms and turn away from him) I was actually glad that during the time you were gone that I didn't have to deal with it!

Y/N gained a shocked expression before he was seen crouching at the back of a corner while feeling depressed comically.

Y/N: That was so hurtful. I never thought my little sister would be such a cold-hearted person. 

Levy: Wow, I never seen anyone look so depressed before.

Dromarch: Indeed. 

Pyra: (walks over to Y/N) It's alright, Y/N. (pat his back)

Y/N: (lightens up) Thanks Pyra. At least you cared about me unlike some people. 

Ruby: (look at Pyra) Hey....... By chance, are you Y/N's girlfriend?

Pyra: (blush) G-G-G-Girlfriend?!

Y/N: (blush) Ruby, we're not dating! (mutters) Not yet anyway.

Ruby: What was that?

Y/N: Nothing! 

Gray: Going back to what you said earlier, you said you were attacked?

Ruby: Yes, (turns to Gray) I wa...... KYAAAAAAAA! (runs behind Y/N) WHERE ARE YOUR CLOTHES?!?!?!

Y/N: What?! Gray, put your clothes on!

Gray: OH CRAP!!!

Ruby: (points at him) That's a swear, you prevert!

Gray: Ouch.

Ur: (laughs) Looks like she got you there, Gray.

Nia: Anyway, back to your story.

Ruby: Right, (looks at Y/N) You promise not to go into "Big Brother Mode"?

Y/N: (sighs) Fine, I promise.

Ruby: Good. Anyway after the Fall of Beacon, I wanted answers, so me, Jaune, Nora, and Ren decided to form a team to get them. We decided to go to Mistral.

Dromrach: Mistral?

Y/N: It's a place located on our home continent. One of the four Kingdoms. 

Ruby: Yeah, as we got nearly. We ran into a small..... Problem.

Y/N: Let me guess. Grimm?

Nora: Nope, there was a crazy Faunus guy who wanted Ruby.

Y/N: Wanted? As in trying to take her away?

Ren: Unfortunately, yes.

Nia: (looks at Ruby) You? I get your brother being the grandson of Sparda, but you? No offence, but you don't look all that special.

Qrow: Actually, she is. The only thing that is special is her Silver Eyes.

Y/N: Silver Eyes? 

Raven: (looks at Qrow) You didn't tell him? For shame, Qrow.

Qrow: I mostly told him about Salem, the Maidens, the Relics, and Salem with Ozpin. Look, there's a lot to cover, okay? I quit teaching for a reason.

Bayonetta: I thought you were fired?

Y/N: Hold on, what's so special about Ruby's eyes? Sure her eyes are silver, but that doesn't make her look dangerous. Right? 

Raven: Since my idiot brother never explains them to you, I'll tell you. Y/N, your mother was special, you know that, right?

Y/N: Yeah. Because she also has silver eyes like Ruby.

Raven: Right. Because her eyes contained a power like no other. One that Grimm themselves fear, well if they can feel fear.

Y/N: What do you mean?

Raven: Your mother was a Silver-Eyed Warrior. One of an ancient lineage of legendary warriors. You can guess from the title what they had?

Y/N: Silver eyes?

Raven: Correct, your mother and sister are a part of this lineage group, it said their origins predate the establishment of both Huntsmen and Kingdoms. According to legend, all those born with silver eyes are said to be destined to lead the life of a warrior.

Y/N: So, you're saying my mother and Ruby are like descendants of a clan of warriors with silver eyes?

Raven: While their history is unclear, there is one thing we truly know. (look at Ruby) Is that those who possess them are special and the people who possess them are fighters of unprecedented prowess. Why else would your sister get early into Beacon?

Y/N: Ozpin. He must've known about them. 

Raven: Correct again. But you must wonder what it is that makes them so powerful?

Y/N: (nodded)

Raven: Because they themselves can take down a Grimm the size of a warehouse or even bigger with a single look.

Y/N: (surprised) Really?!

Nia: You're saying that Grimm, creatures that I heard that can kill a person fasting then we can breathe. (points to Ruby) Can be taking down by Rosey with just a single look?

Qrow: That's exactly what she's saying.

Y/N: Wait, after the Fall. I heard this rumor that the Grimm leading the forces was destroyed. (looks at Ruby) That was you?!

Ruby: (nodded) When I saw Pyrrha died, I felt sad. Then my eyes started flashing, and everything was just a blur. 

Y/N: Ruby...... (looks at Raven) Is that why Salem attacked you and mom? She wants to get rid of her?

Raven: Yes. 

Bayonetta: To be fair, when Dante learned about what Summer could do, he decided to protect her to the fullest of his strength. Why did you think that he took all those Grimm slaying missions? He was sending a message to Salem. The message was simple. "Keep away from Summer or else I show you what the Son of Sparda can do to you".

Y/N: (looks at Ruby) So she sends someone after you. And then what happened?

Ruby: Uncle Qrow came and fought that guy who was after me, he was about to use his Faunus trait. When.....

Nora: (grabs Y/N and made him look at her face) You should have seen, Gildarts came in and did that trick of his on the ground, forcing crazy back then he woosh! Struck him right the gut, sending him right into a building, then crazy tried to stab him with his weapon, but then he broke it! And sending him to the building again! Then crazy tried to stab him with his stringer, but Gildarts grabbed it, before he could and ripped it off!

Y/N: Okay, okay, calm down. Though, I believe every word you said, Nora.

Nora: (shakes him) It was so cool! Then Qrow told us everything and Gildarts offered us a place to stay so we could think about our next move, and then here we are, seeing you again! Is this such a lucky thing!

Ren: Nora, you're gonna make Y/N dizzy if you keep shaking him. 

Nora: (looks at Ren) Opps. (lets go of Y/N) Sorry about that Y/N, I'm just really really really happy to see you again. (puts her hand behind her back) I mean Ruby wasn't the only person who couldn't sleep at night because they were thinking about you.

Y/N: (places a hand on Nora's head, rubs it) It's alright. I'm surprised yet happy to see you again, Nora.

Nora: (smiles while leaning into his hand) I'm happy to hear that!

Erza: (walks up to Nora) If you don't mind, what happened to the person after Ruby?

Jaune: We don't know. He just left.

Raven: Probably crawling back to Salem. (turns to Qrow) Was it who I think it was?

Qrow: He said his name was Tyrian.

Raven: (sigh) Of course, crazy does fit his personality.

Nia: (shocked) Tyrian? As in that Tyrian?! Tyrian Callows?!

Jaune: You know him?

Nia: Of course, I bloody know him! He's a bloody psychopath! He makes B/N look like a saint, guy kills on a snap on a finger! (looks at Qrow) He's a part of this Salem chick group?!

Qrow: Yeah.

Nia: (looks at Ruby) And I thought I had it bad! If B/N had him, I would be sleeping with both eyes open!

Dromarch: My Lady, please don't distress the young girl, she hadn't enough due to all she learned today. (look at Ruby) My apologies, Lady Ruby. My Lady is being hunted as well.

Ruby: No, it's okay. I don't blame her.

Y/N: Well if he does come back, I'll shove Rebellion up his behind if he goes anywhere near you.

Ruby: (hugs him) Thanks Y/N. 

Y/N: (hugs back) No problem, now wanna meet my new friends?

Ruby: Yeah!

(with Natsu)

Natsu was on his way to Gildarts' house with Happy close behind.

Natsu: Wow! Maybe he's bringing back a rare fire from a magic kingdom or something!

Happy: Yeah, I wonder what it is!

Natsu kicked the door open to Gildarts' house.

Natsu: Yo!

Happy: What's up?

Gildarts: Hey, good to see ya.

Y/N: You guys ever knock? 

Ruby: Yeah! It's very rude!

Natsu: Y/N? Ruby? What are you two doing here?

Ruby: Well, Y/N wanted to personally thank Gildarts for helping me and the others, and I wanted to catch up with him as well.

Gildarts: So now you're picking fights with the grandson of Sparda, huh?

Happy: You know about Sparda?

Y/N: Well I kinda told him. (Natsu and Happy were surprised a bit as he shrugs) If we're in the same guild, might as well.

Gildarts: You hunt demons for a living, you got guts to rival Natsu's here.

Y/N: Thanks, old man.

Ruby: That's my big brother for you! Nothing stops him!

Y/N: (rubs the back of his head) Aw, Ruby. You're making me blush.

Natsu: So what you got for me pops?

Gildarts: Never mind that. 

(teased) How have you and little Lisanna been getting along since I've been gone?

Y/N: (lost his smile and thoughts) Uh oh.

Natsu: (mood turned into one of irritation) What?

Gildarts: You don't have to play coy. (laughs)

Natsu wasn't laughing back.

Natsu: (serious) Lisanna died. Two years ago.

Gildarts's face became filled with shock and regret. While Ruby looked sad too.

Gildarts: Are you serious?! (put his hand to his face) I see... that's why Mira... my condolences.

Y/N looked down a bit to, starting to feel a little sympathy towards Natsu and being more respectful.

Natsu: If that's all you want to talk about, I'm out. (starts walking out)

Happy: Natsu, wait....

Gildarts: Listen. While I was gone... I met a dragon.

Natsu stopped in his tracks and looked towards Gildarts in surprise, as did Happy; Y/N found himself interested as well, while Ruby became shocked.

Ruby: (shocked) D-D-D-D-Did you say you s-s-s-saw a DRAGON?!?!?!? As in fire breathing, flying through the air, with razor sharp teeth and claws? That dragon?!?!

Gildarts: That's right. (to Natsu) It's not the one you're looking for though. It was black as a moonless night.

Natsu: Where was it?

Gildarts: Sacred Mount Zonia. He's the real reason I failed on my quest.

Y/N: You're serious? (Gildarts nodded)

Ruby: (gulps and hides behind Y/N) I don't think I wanna meet this dragon, if you failed this quest of yours because of him.

Y/N: (sees Natsu was about to leave) Natsu, where are you going?

Natsu: Well obviously, I'll ask him if he knows where Igneel is.

Gildarts: Think again kid. That black one is long gone by now. He's out flying in the wild blue yonder.

Natsu: I don't care! I can track him down if I put my mind to it!

Gildarts began to discard his robe.

Gildarts: Natsu, look at me. 

He revealed his body to him, Y/N, Ruby, and Happy; all four could only look in wide-eyed shock, even Y/N.

Y/N: Jesus.....

Ruby looked at him with a scared look and put her hands over her mouth. Gildarts' chest was wrapped in bandages; he also had his right arm and leg removed as they were replaced with prosthetics.

Gildarts: It was over before I even knew what hit me. It ripped off my arm, my leg, then it gutted me. (puts his robe back on) Igneel may be a different kind of creature, but I'm telling you this black one is no friend to anyone. There's not a man in the world that can beat him.

Natsu's look of surprise became one of anger.

Natsu: Look! We Dragon Slayers aren't called that for nothing you know! This guy doesn't stand a chance at what I'm capable of!

Y/N: Natsu, have you ever faced a dragon before?

Natsu: This coming from a guy who never even saw a dragon before! Besides your Sparda's grandson! If you and I team up, we most certainly can bring him down!

Ruby: No! You are not dragging my brother off to fight a monster that could potentially kill him!

Y/N: And that's if we can find him.

Gildarts: Natsu, if this is what you think, then I'm not gonna try to stop you.

Natsu's anger didn't seem to vanish.

Natsu: Good! (ran out)

Happy: Natsu wait!

Y/N: (face palmed) That kid's got more guts than brains.

Ruby: Kinda reminds me of Yang a bit.

Gildarts: Hey Y/N. (gets his attention) Be sure to have his back, alright?

Y/N: (nods) Yeah, I owe a lot to this guild. Maybe no man can beat that thing, but maybe a Dragon and a Devil can. 

Happy: Aye! You and Natsu are the strongest team!

Ruby: (looks at Gildarts) Thanks again for all you've done!

Gildarts: No problem, kiddo.

The sun was now setting over Magnolia as Makarov sat on the roof, watching over the town below.

Makarov: Not only do we have three Dragon Slayers in our guild, but also Sparda's grandson, his apprentice, his old Blades, and now a Silver-Eyed Warrior. Porlyusica, it is just as you foretold. We are standing on the cusp of a new era.

Natsu found himself running on the outskirts of the city.

Natsu: Come on! Come on! I gotta find him!

Natsu tripped and began to roll down the hill and into a nearby river.

Natsu laid down in the river but a hand quickly reached and pulled him out and Natsu looked with surprise at who pulled him out.

Natsu: Y/N? Ruby?

Ruby: (holding Happy in her arms) You okay?

Natsu: ...

Y/N: Sit down. 

Both the Fire Dragon Slayer, the crimson Devil Hunter, and the black and red haired Huntress sat at the edge of the river. There was a brief moment of silence.

Natsu: You probably think I'm losing my mind, don't you?

Y/N: Nope. Everyone wants to see their parents.

Ruby: Yeah. To have them hug them, to care for them.

There was more silence.

Natsu: Do you think he's still out there? Igneel?

Ruby: He's the dragon that raised you right? Y/N and Happy here told me enough.

Y/N: Who knows? (sigh) Natsu, look, I can understand what you're going through. My grandfather left my grandma and my father and uncle. Then my dad ends up in the Underworld along with my uncle, and not to mention, I just learn that our mother left to save him, just to end up gone as well leaving my brother and my sisters, and me alone.

Ruby: You know look at the bright side, at least you don't have such a complex history of family leaving like we do.

Y/N: And I'm sorry about Lisanna too. If Igneel is still out there, I'm sure we'll find him; but it's just... sometimes knowing the truth can be worse than not knowing at all.

Natsu: I don't care. I need to know, I have to find him.

Y/N: (putting a hand on his shoulder) You're incredibly stubborn, you know that? Hey, I said I'd help you find him, remember? And I don't break my promises.

Ruby: And I'll help you out too!

Natsu: (smile) Thanks guys.

Chapter 25 ended.
