After the battle with the Ace-Ops, your group has set up a base in Pietro's Pharmacy. A rescue team has gone out to save Oscar while you keep an eye out. You notice Penny walk up and you feel tense. Maybe because while she was split from the group, she had become the Winter Maiden. Maybe it was your Giff Cells reacting negatively... But you felt like you should know her from somewhere before this.

Penny: Are you okay?

Y/N: ... Y-Yeah... Just worried... We did lose a Relic after all.

While your group fought the Ace-Ops, Oscar and Jaune's team fought Neo, who stole the Relic of Knowledge. Jaune, Yang, and Ren come in with Oscar and Nora checks him for any injuries. Oscar tells you about what happened with him and Ironwood in the Winter Vault.

Y/N: Tch... I'm gonna rip that metal arm off and beat him with it...

After the confrontation you had with Salem, everyone has noticed you get more agitated.

Vice: Y/N...

Ruby: We need to think of a plan to get the people in Mantle to safety.

Emily: Unfortunately, Iron Face has probably set up all sorts of security.

Weiss: There is one thing Ironwood doesn't have access to. The SDC Dust Transport System.

Ruby: ... Amity Tower... We can use it to send a message to warn the world what's going on.

Pietro: It's not impossible, but we would need the launch code. I can get you into my Atlas office through Penny.

One of Robyn's friends, May, walks up.

May: That's good and all but we need people down here to help too.

Y/N: We'll split up. Ruby, Weiss, Blake, Nora, Penny, and I will go up to Atlas with May. The rest of you will stay here and help where you can.

Jaune: Right.

Your group leaves and reaches a rooftop when Ironwood calls Penny on her Scroll.

Ironwood: Penny... I'm glad I could reach you... We need you back in Atlas.

Ruby: Not until you help the people down in Mantle.

Ironwood: You're still concerned about Mantle?! There's a war going on! Do you want even more deaths on your conscience?!

You swipe the Scroll from Penny's hands and crush it, tossing it away.

Y/N: Sorry... I'll get you a new one...

Weiss: Y/N... Are you okay?

Y/N: I... I'm fine... Just a bit stressed out... Let's get moving.

Meanwhile...

Cinder enters Salem's Grimm Whale mobile headquarters with Neo in tow. Once she reaches Salem's throne room, the Fall Maiden bows.

Cinder: Your Grace...

Cinder offers the Lamp of Knowledge to the immortal woman.

Salem: Cinder... I take it you have learned your lesson?

Cinder: I have... Without you... I have nothing.

Salem smiles and turns her attention to Neo, who shuffles her feet anxiously.

Cinder: This is Neo. She is quite the asset.

Vail: I figured you'd crawl your way back here...

Cinder turns to see the Demon.

Cinder: That voice... You were with Olteca.

Vail: I'm not bound to a Driver anymore. I'm free to hunt as I wish...

Lucius appears from a mass of shadow.

Lucius: Indeed. You are not the only one who acquired an ally, Miss Fall.

He turns his attention to Salem.

Lucius: Watts has unfortunately been captured.

Salem: Cinder... I trust that you can return Watts to us.

Cinder: Yes...

Cinder gets up as she and Neo leave.

Salem: So... Has Giff finished preparing his latest project?

Lucius nods as he removes his glove, revealing a stone similar to the one in Giff's casket imbedded in his palm. He holds it up and a portal opens where a new Demon comes out.

Lucius: This is a Hell Gifftarian. Lord Giff put a lot of effort into creating this special Demon.

Salem: I have a job for it. The boy... The one who Ozma has reincarnated into this time... Bring him to me. Only Ozma would know how to access the Relic's abilities. I shall have an experiment of mine assist.

A large canine Grimm lumbers into view.

Hell Gifftarian: It will be done...

The two creatures sniff the Relic and vanish as Lucius puts on his glove.

Lucius: I had best return to Ironwood's side. The General has been quite easy to manipulate since you arrived.

He vanishes into shadows once more as he manifests in his office before walking to the medical bay where they take away Clover's dead body. The man looks at the Ace-Ops and watches as the Council members from the dinner party storm in.

Sleet: James, you had better have a good explanation for this! Declaring martial law? What is goi-

The councilman doesn't have a chance to finish his sentence as Ironwood shoots him, killing him instantly.

Lucius: James, I think you should go take a breather. I can watch over everything for a while.

Ironwood looks at him but when he makes eye contact with Lucius, his own eyes glaze over a bit.

Ironwood: Right... I'll trust you with this.

As Ironwood walks off, Lucius heads towards the holding cells with a smirk. He stops when he hears something in his head.

Lucius' Thoughts: I see. Thank you, Lord Giff.

Back to your group, you arrive at a plant that transports mined Dust up to Atlas

Weiss: One of these should lead to Atlas Academy. Here it is.

Nora: Oh! Button!

Nora presses a button and the pipe Weiss approached sucked her in and dragged her up.

Nora: ... My turn!

After taking the transport pipe up, you reach the destination and look around.

May: Hey, we'll be able to stay hidden with my Semblance.

Y/N: That's not what I'm worried about...

You can't help but shake this feeling of anxiety as if even with invisibility, you're still being watched. You reach Pietro's office and the old man remotely uses Penny to input his security code. The group enters and Ruby gets the launch codes but as soon as Penny leaves the room, the door shuts and separates her  and you from the others.

Ruby: Penny! Y/N!

The Winter Maiden turns to see the Ace-Ops.

Harriet: Alright, you're coming with us to see the General.

Penny: I'm not going anywhere with you.

Y/N: You heard the lady.

Thunder Gale!

Y/N: Henshin!

Kamen Rider Revice!

You transform and dash around the Ace-Ops with lightning fast speed. Harriet uses her Semblance to chase you but you suddenly stop and clock her in the face.

Revice: Let's do this...

Harriet: Bring it!

The two of you rush around and trade blows as Penny fights the other three Operatives.

Marrow: Stay!

The dog Faunus freezes Penny in place but you grab Harriet and throw her at him to break his focus. You remove the Thunder Gale Vistamp from your Driver and hold up the Mammoth Vistamp with it.

Mammoth!
Charge!
Lightning Tornado!

You press the button on the Thunder Gale Vistamp and slam into Marrow, knocking the Faunus unconscious.

Revice: Penny, run!

Penny: I can't leave you or the others!

Revice: You're the one they want! This is not the time to argue!

You catch Elm's hammer and headbutt her, knocking her back before getting pinned by Vine's Semblance.

Vine: I'm truly sorry about this.

Revice: You're really good at showing it!

You shoot electricity off your body and it travels down Vine's arms, stunning him long enough to break free.

Harriet: Ahh!!!

She rushes at you and hits you with a flurry of punches. You catch her fist and bend her wrist.

Revice: You... Are getting on my nerves!

You punch her with enough force to send her flying into a wall but you get shot from behind by Elm's hammer in its rocket launcher mode. Penny activates her Maiden powers and sends the Ace-Ops flying as Nora busts through the door.

Revice: We need to go!

Weiss coats the floor with ice and you stamp the Ohinbuster with the Volcano Vistamp.

You strike the ice and cause a massive steam cloud, giving your group to escape.

Elm: Damn it!

Harriet: We... Haven't lost yet.

She reveals something. During the chaos, she managed to steal one of Penny's swords.
